Compared to my last visit in 2018 February, theres a lot of changes. Hospital looked way too clean and luminant now. Well maintained. Staff is also helpful. I went here this time for 2nd dose of vaccination..Vaccination drive was well organized. Process went like , registration, verification, bp check, vaccination dose , wait time 20 minutes, again bp check, collect the certificate and leave. They give a free follow up in 7 days. Nurse Shwetha gave the vaccination without any pain.I was moved to see the security in groud floor sitting outside the building to make entries if visitors , help an old man get down steps..I am happy I changed to vaccination hospital from rainbows to Brookfield. Rainbows , ORR, was a mess..They have even posted a note to write Google reviews stating our feedbacks matter..

My husband Akshaya was diagnosed with Covid on May 12th, 2021 and unfortunately the situation got worse. I was consulting renowned doctors online in other reputed hospitals, but was not getting support. I got comments from doctors like they dont want to handle complicated cases like this:(.At 20th May, the situation got worse, and he had 102 fever (despite being on steroids). I did not know what to do. I talked to my office (Nokia Networks), and I found out that one bed was available in the hospital. I had not heard much about the hospital, and was skeptical. But I thought that I would use it as a stop gap solution for night, and next morning would shift him to somewhere like Fortis or Manipal.My husband reached the hospital at night 3.00 a.m and we thought that the procedures would start after 24 hours. But the doctors and team was so alert - They diagnosed the issue immediately that the viral load was increasing (all the other doctors told me not to care about the viral load, only make sure that cytokone storm does not hit).Dr. Pradeep is very experienced doctor, and he knows what is doing. Next day I got confidence in the doctor and hospital, and dropped the idea of shifting my husband. The team brought the situation in control within 2 days, and released him in 5 days. My husband came back home on 25th May.After few days, he had fever (which normally is common after covid). We did follow-up consultation over phone, and the doctor did not suggest any unwanted medicine. He just asked me to wait for 2 days, and my husband recovered.I owe a lot to the hospital and the doctor.. Why I am writing this review today - 7th October, after 4+ months? I waited for few months to be completely sure that everything is fine. Today with Gods grace and right treatment of Dr. Pradeep, Akshaya is completely well.I highly recommend this hospital and doctor!!

I went to here for my second dose of vaccination yesterday. We were three of us and the vaccine was Covaxin. I liked the fact that they followed up with me about availability of slots and made sure we got the time we wanted. Upon reaching there, the process of registration etc, was carried out smoothly. The staff here is very cooperative and always ready to help. We got the vaccine on time, got the certificates printed from them as well. Overall it was a great experience. Highly recommend them.

My mother was hospitalized for covid in this hospital. The doctors and nurses took care of her very well and she was discharged after 7 days. To my surprise the bill was also picket friendly.The responsible doctors were reachable for any query during those 7 days and were explaining clearly what medicines were given to my mother and also how she was reacting.My mother was suggested to take medicine for 14 days after discharge, during those 14 days also the doctor was reachable on phone for any questions.I thank hospital management, doctors, nurses and other supporting staff for wonderful service during pandemic.I recommend this hospital for those who are in need.

I moved recently from Mumbai and was looking for medicine while continuing with my doctors in Mumbai. The pharmacy had those meds and asked me to come and collect on seeing the prescription they denied. A girl at pharmacy Manujla so some similar name. Clearly told me since my prescription is not from their Hospital she will not give medicine. Wow I was shocked. Even animals have better emotions and sensitivity than people working in this Hospital.

Worst hospital, just for dehydration they admitted and charged 14k just for half day.. although it happened Like 5 years ago but they were rude ,when we asked them to explain us the bill in detail..never ever go to this hospital. (This is to the one who replied, is there any rule which says I should not Review your looting hospital after 5 years, I do it at my convenience)

I was apprehensive of the ongoing situation, however the doctors here assured me that they would give their best and made no false promises. I was hospitalized for covid in this hospital and the care which I got during my 7days in hospital is something i am very much great full. Sisters and doctors are always on their toes to provide utmost care to each of the patients, the way they treat you in terms of checking sugar level providing insulin shots in midnight which will make you feel that you are in safe hands. I am sure I would not have gotten any better care than this.. I am so very thankful that I got bed in Brookfield hospital on time and thanks to the sisters who are doing very damn good job during this pandemic.

The hospital was clean and good care was taken. I was a covid patient. They had physiotherapy person as well who helped with breathing excerises. They do have follow up session with the same covid treating doctor, which is helpful as they have the record of medication and treatment previously given.

I had to take B12 & D3 injection for couple of weeks. I am very afraid of injections but Sister Bhagya was so good that I didn’t even realise that she is giving me injection.

I had taken my father for COVID vacation, it was our first time at Brookfield Hospital. The staff was really helpful and especially Sr. Susan Joseph who is very well experienced, calm and very generous. She constantly monitored my fathers BP as it was high and patiently waited till it got to normal. Sr. Susan sent us back only after the BP got to normal post vaccination. I dont know about how others were treated, but Im completely disheartened by this hospital last week..It all started from Saturday morning on which I gave my RTPCR sample and asked for the report..they told like they will give me back my report before 48 hours but failed to give and it has been 4 days Im yet to receive. So what I did is I straightaway went to the lab where this hospital used to send people samples..their I got to know that the report is already sent to them and at the same time they gave me the report instantly.. but even though I have not said anything to the Brookfield hospital and moved to airport with the report quickly..and finally see what happens next..those airline staffs rejected my report saying this report is expired.. and now Im waiting again for my report from some trustworthy medical company at the airport ..hope they wont make same mistakes...and Im happy to give five stars rating to this hospital...please to the management dont make it happen to anyone else..I may have the gods most patience talent after seeing this but others cant take... thats all thank you

The vaccination service has been very smooth. Very cooperative staff. Nurses will put you at ease.

( It happened in 2016), I had fever for 3 days but was recovered soon (at home itself) and was hail and hearty. I just went to get myself tested so to know what really caused it. Got myself tested and the report showed symptoms of Typhoid . I asked doctor to prescribe few medicines in case required as i was not feeling any sort of weakness but the doctor forced to get admitted and said that he cannot treat me without getting myself admitted. That moment i knew that he wanted to exploit money out of patients. I thought to leave the doctors cabin as i knew he was talking rubbish and i am wasting my time. But as i had company insurance, I got myself admitted and wanted some break from office work :). Soon, they started their business. They started giving me saline bottles (you only need if you are dehydrated , i wasnt), almost 8 bottles in 3 days. Then they will call some dietician and add to your bill without consent. Then they did unrelated tests like ultrasound (i had no gastric problem). Finally the bill came up to 28000 in 3 days. Luckily, i had company insurance to cover for me. They are just exploiting money out of people. i gave 1 star because the staffs were friendly( although more like a devils smile). Not sure, how poor people would afford such bills. Please better go to general clinic rather than such hospitals.updated:Hi Brookfield team , just wanted to respond to your accusation. this isnt a fake review. All this is true. Although it happened 5 years back. After that incident, i never dared to waste money by visiting your hospital. Better, please be patient centric. Money is very much needed to run the hospital but please dont extort money, its hard earned.

Evangelin joe The best doctor to treat Covid patients. I must say, she is the reason for my family and my survival. My family was tested positive for typhoid, we were treated for typhoid 3weeks in different hospital but our health situation got worse. There were no RTPCr kits available in bangalore to get tested, No sample collection, reports would take 3days and our saturation levels were dropping, that is when Evangelin doctor came to rescue. We were treated for covid drug, medication which she prescribed made us feel good in a days time.She was in constant touch to monitor health situation.. My mom was diagnosed with severe covid Pneumonia. Severity score was 23/25. Lung involvement was Severe. There was blood in her sputum. Her condition was very critical. But she is doing fine now all thanks to Brookefield hospital and its staff.It was difficult time but all doctors were very cooperative. We never ever felt alone.it was best decision that we took her to Brookefield hospital. Treatment was very good. Doctors were really good. There are no words to describe there dedication towards their duty. There were times when whole icu team use to skip there meals to treat patients.moms condition improved every day. I have visited many labs and hospitals for Covid tests and all of them gave report on time and as they promised during sampling. This hospital doesnt have in-house testing facility. The hid the fact and they dont have any idea of the time needed for result. Please dont visit for testing.

I was hospitalized here for almost 22 days because of COVID. I had a very good experience in terms of treatment and care. The doctors and staff have been very kind, communicative and always there when in need. I got a chance to see the struggles of healthcare staffs in saving peoples lives. Hats off to their hard work. I was in search of Covid bed and Manisha mam helped me with one immediately.. Big thanks to her.. the medical staff are very helpful and they are doing the best they can. My wife and son also got positive and needed bed as saturation was dipping and we were all alone in Bangalore.. Manisha mam helped us again in this grim situation and provided the bed for my family too. We were under Dr. Pradeep supervision and he is very good and experienced and helped us to overcome this situation.they do clean the COVID ward very frequently and maintain the cleanliness. I certainly recommend Brookfield hospital in case of any medical emergency.

Firstly DR advised us not to get scared and advised about routine diet and how to monitor our health. She also advised to monitor the oxygen level and temperature and send the same on daily basis both in morning and evening and DOCTOR also responded immediately on seeing our whatsapp message Moreover as a Doctor she herself voluntarily called over phone and enquired about the new symptoms if any found. Now we both have become COVID FREE by GODS GRACE. AT the same time I would like to vouch the full credit to DR EVANGELU who was fully supporting us during the treatment. Good hospital and we got our vaccination done

This hospital provides the worst service, even sometimes the few staffs roam without wearing mask. Its been 6 days I have given covid test but I have not got the report. I have interacted with covid positive person so I gave the test and also mentioned thsi but still I have not received the covid report . Very bad service , they dont care of patients.

Very good support for COVID vaccination. Friendly staff.Need to increase waiting area as can accommodate 15-20 persons at a time. Social distancing needs to be followed.

Complete fraudsters at the reception. They deduct more money from the card. Later when I checked the bill, the total was less that what I paid. I have been running behind them for a refund of the extra amount paid but they keep dodging. This happened to me twice.

Took the covishield vaccine at the pai Layout association camp, the doctor and the team from brookshield hospital were very good, patiently heard our questions out, didnt even realise the pain when the nurse vaccinated us...thank you to the association members for such a well organised camp!
