One star also weast for this hospital.., its look like this hospital was built with tears of so many patients.. just they concentrate on bills only no progress in patients health... very very very very money minded hospital. Dont care of patients health. Unnecessary they charge all consultation charges of all doctors who are there in hospital and they do all Unnecessary tests. They have done all Unnecessary tests and billed.we came here for my mom. 0.01 results also not came just we return back with same situation and problem....🙏🙏🙏🙏 please dont go to this hospital if u want to recover your patients...We are leaving from here with lot of pain even charged so much amount...

I write this review with a heavy heart after the demise of a beloved one. I am not qualified to comment on the medical abilities of Doctor Arun, but I must say that, Doctors are not in a line of business rather they are in a line of service.Doctor Arun is a rude, pathetic and garbage of a human.I understand that Doctors are busy and not always available, but when you request permission for assistance when the situation is dire, the Doctors response matters.You may not be able to help, but the way of communicating it matters.It is really sad the way he behaves.

This review is not about Dr. Ratkal or Dr. Vishal. Both of them are good and care about patients.The poor rating is for the Nephrologist (Kidney Doctor) Arun.Dr. Arun is a person with narrow mind and big attitude. He expects his patients to shut up and follow his advice as a divine order or else he himself may suggest that we go and find another Doctor.He doesnt like the patient inquiring about anything and nor has the patient recovered even after months of treatment under him. He is not approachable and his pompous attitude makes it difficult.Since we were going to Dr. Ratkal and it was easier for us to visit Nephrologist at the same hospital, we decided to go with him. If you have any choice of another Nephrologist, please do avoid Dr. Arun.He will ask you to come to Sparsh hospital in RR Nagar and his attitude shall remain the same.

The treatment is good but I havent seen this type of worst management ever and they book our appointment and they never gonna call back for the confirmation and after the appointed they wont mention any specific time for the consultation and they gonna tell to come at some irrelevant time for consultation and after the prior booking or appointment also whe have to come here and wait for so long period of time for the consultation or fir review purpose and sometimes they tell that we havent taken any prior appointment when we come and look at the hospital desk for the appointment which have alredy been taken and they need to be aware of the patients time constraints and they act according to that....😠😠😠😠

Doctors are good especially senior doctor CS Ratkal. But staff is very poor. They are not even aware what is the doctor busy with and give appointment even on a surgery day, due to which the patient will end up waiting for long hours. Most of the time the staff looked careless and unaware. If its a surgery day they should tell and then schedule the appointment. I went all the way from Attibele to Kengeri (a distance of close to 50 kms) and without any fault of mine and yet had to wait for 4 hours for a 5 minute consultation. Staff should become more vigilant about the care for patients.

Never ever visit this hospital. They simply do all tests which are not required. Consultation fees is 800 which is very high compare to premium hospitals in Bangalore.I am healthy person and never gone to hospital for 25 years. Got urinary infection and for simple urinary infection they are about to charge rs 3500.I went to another clinic for same infection they charged only rs 500 including urine test.Never ever go to this hospital. A big cheating.One more important thing is I waited for 2 hours for this pathetic service.

Met Dr. Ratkal for my husbands kidney stone removal. The vibes in the hospital will cure you 50%. Had a pleasant experience during the procedure. The treatment was explained aptly and the support staff were very polite. Had a successful surgery in quite less time. Would definitely recommend Rescue for anybody.

Dr Chandrashekar Ratkal is a great doctor and more over a great personality. He has done successfull turbt for my father who is 79 years old who was suffering from bladder tumor.It was a miracle.my father is sound and healthy now. We dont have words to thank Dr ratkal. We salute u sir.

Without knowing the interaction of medicines, Dr prescribed it. Due to which had to undergo severe side effects. Doctor is not ready to accept it and asked to consult some other doctor. Had to suffer so much due to the high dose drug interactions he prescribed.

Doctors are very good.... But the charges are very high....a middle class person cant afford their treatment... i suggest uh to plz think about patients condition.... After giving quotation of 90k for kidney stone operation they are charging 1.6 lacs which is horribly a huge amount.
