They dont have staff. The same guy at reception will be there for billing, showing glasses, bookings etc.Only one main doctor.!!Staff is good but it doesnt matter when they take entire time of yoursTake an entire day if u need to get your eyes checked.Its better to go any other clinic.This is the first n last time Im coming here.Worst experience

Visiting this clinic is a complete waste of time n money. I waited for 2 hrs and only an attendant checked eye power in that time n I was asked to wait for another 45 mins for doc consultation.As I was leaving in a hurry, I was asked to pay even if I was not given any service. I asked for power bill but not given and they forced me to pay full without even taking consultation.Not enough staff, they have spectacle shop but no one to attend that.Very money-minded and not enough service

Visited the hospital in SARJAPUR roadAnd the staff and the doctor is amazingly well in what they do.They take time to understand your concern and suggest the better solution with a detailed explanation.I got to know my eyes power have shifted to a better side and they verified it multiple times to confirm.I will definately recommend this eye hospital .

Visited Idrishti hospital for treating my wifes Chalazion. Dr. Hemant is a pro and explained the treatment and procedure very nicely. He didnt jump into the operation immediately and gave some time for reviewing and recovery without the operation. He is very friendly and kind and expressed a lot of concern and care. After a few weeks he decided to perform the operation and everything was done smoothly. The staff was very courteous and helpful including the manager. Costs are very reasonable and I recommend this clinic for all middle class families.It will be good if they provide time slot based appointments because waiting times can be long for walk-in appointments. Time based appointments will be convenient for people who need to take time off from work and visit.Overall the experience was pleasant and fulfilling.

Went for a regular check up. Very efficient service, I got my eyes tested and also examined within half an hour and was told no change require in my prescription. HIghly recommend!

Initially i gave good review but after visiting for eye problem couple of times i didnt like it.Irresponsible and they ask us to give good ratings in google.Suddenly doctor vanishes and the admin says we dont know when doctor would be back.Waste of time.

Ive been going to Manipal for a long time. And I decided to try something new with idrishti. Ive never been happier. Very thorough in terms of how everything is carried. They showed care when dilating by pupils and asking for a parent to be present. Dr. Hemanth helped us address any questiona and Anusha was also really helpful! Awesome experience. Poor facilities, they were not able to cure a simple infection. And shamelessly told upfront to go to some other hospital.

Very well interactive video consulting, I had problem with Eye due to allergy. Doctor provided good counseling and prescribed medicine along with an home remedy. During this time of covid it was really challenging to go to hospital or clinics. Appreciate it. However, if you have severe eye infection it is really hard to differentiate type of infection whether its viral or allergic.its best to visit the hospital.

Dr Hemanth is a wonderful detail oriented doctor. He was able to reconstruct my mothers entire eye history and put her treatment on the right part. He takes a holistic view including impact of general immunity, sugar etc rather than hurrying with a diagnosis. We had a different experience than with past doctors.I also needed help when I had an eye injury (sports) and felt confident about his care.The facilities are good and new, with friendly support staff.Overall highly recommend.

I had visited this hospital few months ago.. met Dr.Hemanth kumar. He was excellent, kind and flexible with language. He listened patiently all my concern. His counselling was excellent and to the point . He suggested me the spectacles which was better than my previous one. I will surely reffer this hospital to my family and friends, especially Dr.Hemanth who is very professional.

Had visited idrishti hospital just for a normal eye check-up.Dr Hemanth took me in and started with the test, felt like talking to a friend during the testing.Since I work by sitting in front on the laptop for hours he suggested me the 20min rule, do visit him for more tips on how to keep your eyes healthy.Finally he told my eyes dont require any power spectacles, but I did him to suggest me a reading/antiglare glass.I brought an antiglare specs from idrishti the price was nominal.Thank you Dr Hemanth for the tips on keeping my eyes even better.

One of the best eye hospitals on sarjapur road, I happened to visit this hospital in the month of December with cataract issue. The doctors were really good in explaining the procedure. They have done the surgery with utmost care. Especially Dr Hemant and Rizwan were very helpful, patient and supportive. The equipment and facilities are of high standards.

No proper instrument,no proper report of the test, opthomologist says all the eye tests can be done here, but the doctor says no instrument to do that particular test and ask to come once they give a call.
