Dr. Rishikesh is an awesome doctor . I was going through prolonged migraine for a very long time and recently I was having migraine attacks daily. My mother was treated by Dr Advait for a rare neurological issue called as Guillain-Barré syndrome.She was diagnosed with high BP and had her medication for a week after which she started getting imbalance while walking, slurred speech, co ordination issues etc. The situation was so acute that all of this happened in 3 days since the first symptom. I consulted the regular General Physician who did not suspect such severe issues. We went ahead and checked with a cardio specialist who suggested to check for a neurologist. Since we were not familiar with Dr’s in Bangalore, I had to google, use Practo to get an idea about whom to consult. Thanks to google first for getting us connected with Dr Advait. We immediately had a video consultation, he listened to us patiently, understood the history and observed my mother. He immediately asked us to do an MRI as the situation was serious and the degradation was acute. We had the scans and he was so concerned such that he himself came to the lab to check my mother. Things were normal and we were asked to take some blood tests suspecting some low sodium, calcium levels. We did it the next day and the results were also fine. Dr Advait then asked us to come to his clinic the next day to do a nerve study to confirm his findings. We went with zero idea on what it is going to be. After the study Dr explained us patiently about what this disease is all about, how to treat it and what could be the issues if left untreated.We went ahead with Dr’s suggestion and she was treated for the autoimmunity disorder effectively.All of this happened in the mid of the pandemic when Bangalore was at its peak with the covid cases. A big thanks to Dr Advait just for his immense care and support he gave to us. He gave a second life to my mother. God bless him and his family.

Worst doctor ever I met...he is suggesting new lady receptionist who joined recently and he suggested to get practise to put injection. He is playing in patients life..and one more fatty lady in receptionist she is very worst ever I met...he is charging 1000 rupees for consultation it is not worth at all..in app its showing 800, but they Charing more ...if you book appointments in app, but there is no use.. doctor is worst in treating patients please please dont go...all reviews are fake.....and physio is there in that same..building and they charging 700 per session and that to its for 5 to 8 minutes..waste... there is no star for negative rating.. If we ask bill for the consultation they are giving some hand written fake bills...in that there is no proper details... hospital also not in hygienic conditions.. Doctor is a money minded guy. Good point is friendly in nature.. Charging 1000 rupees for consultation is not a good one and its not worth at all

Visited recently for my wifes long history of Migraine. My mother-in-law was recently diagnosed with meningitis (she suffered back to back seizures and was unconscious). In emergency the doctors were deliberating on putting her on ventilator. The review is more for Dr Kulkarni. Not only a great doctor but a very nice human being as well. As a doctor is highly proficient with a very strong intuition around the diagnosis. Goes out of the way to make the patients comfortable including answering the most inane of queries and helping out with other stuff as well. Rarely have come across such a doctor. Highly recommended.
