Overall a happy experience in motherhood. Timely care and good hospitality. Have to tell about the nursing staff in tge second floor very caring and helpful angels. Thank you so much for all the care and services. One star less because of the delay in billing.There is very big delay in billing and discharge report.

This is on behalf of my aunt Ms Gracy Thomas1) Mrs Jean Rachel Rao, Facility Director. who was so involved in the hospital affairs & went out of the way to make my surgery for removal of the uterus & the stay during the stay at the hospital so comfortable. She even got me good soup etc from her home.. She was equally helpful during my discharge from the hospital. 2) Mrs Mary Savitha.. patient coordinator. The first person I met on entry at the hospital was Mrs Mary Savitha with her welcome smile. In spite of her busy schedule she would be available for all my needs during the stay. Now even if I need anything from the hospital pharmacy, I ring her up & she is happy to organize it. Finally the doctors, nursing staff and all other staff are highly efficient & very helpful. Also I was to get my surgery done by Dr Nandini Ravindran , gynaecologist, who did the surgery & follow up with so much of efficiency & precision that, I have made fast recovery within 7 days itself. I say this because I was battling depression etc, as I could not travel back to Bangalore from the US due to the lockdown.

Dr Sandhya has been great help for us, she made the entire process so easy. Always motivated and ensured we were fully informed about the process. Motherhood has been great with their service and entire process has been great.

Dr Anita Balakrishnan maam was a life saviour...she took care of me so well during my pregnancy period...During my labour time she even arrived at 3 am... myself and my baby will be forever grateful to her....

I would like to share my views about Dr.Gowri who is one of the fabulous doctor treated me throughout my pregnancy journey. She is very soft spoken and heard all my queries well and gave proper guidance for normal delivery. From hospital point of view facilities were all fine but faced a concern in initiating insurance process which was delayed. Overall experience was good.

As far as consultation is concerned, doctors are good. If it is about anything else, experience is pathetic. Since 5 days, i am waiting for a slot to get echo done for our baby. but neither the staff, neither the customer relation or anyone else will help you to get your test done. called them multiple times on multiple days to book a test slot - and they promise to call back, but they never called. When i visit physically, they ask me to talk to some staff personally and check the availability. That person is always busy. You are on your own! We are a doctor family and this is what our experience is. Better go to other hospital if you are looking for extended critical medical infrastructure.

This day we would like to completely erase from our memory and Motherhood Hospital Indiranagar Bangalore contributed to it largely. It was a day care procedure and our admission was completed quite quickly and the duty nurse of night was very helpful also the cleaning staff. One of the morning shift nurse and one of the evening shift nurse were very arrogant and strange with no compassion and care, they dont deserve to be even in the cleaning department of the hospital. The second issue was billing, even though we were covered under insurance and had received an approval from the insurance, the billing staff took for ever to complete the bill, largely it was the nursing stations delay, our procedure was done by 10:30 in the morning and we were ready to be discharged by our consultant Dr by 1. Duty Dr came at 3:30pm after 3 to 4 reminder to the nurses. Finally the billing was completed at 5:30 pm and uploaded to the insurance at 6. And we were told it may take 2-3 hours for the insurance to clear the bill. We had to finally pay cash to be done with the miserable treatment. We advise people to avoid Motherhood Hospital Indiranagar, at least the second floor nursing desk. We were forced to go as our consultant Dr suggested us to them.

Recently we admitted my wife to Motherhood Indiranagar hospital for delivery, had good experience with the staff , Nice place good Hospitality.Staff nurse in first floor taken care of the new born and mother very well during the stay especially during night.Food provided to mother was hygenic and good.Insurance process is smooth.We were consulting Dr Deepak Rao in Motherhood during the pregnancy and delivery done by the doctor.He is very calm, gentle and explained very well for all our queries during consultation. Have referred few friends and relatives for consultation with Dr.

Had a wonderful experience for the delivery of my baby girl. The entire staff from nurses to doctors and support Staff took great care of both baby and my wife with timely consultations, maintenance, and any help required. The canteen food was also very nutritious and given on a timely manner. Highly recommended!

Worst experience. nobody responds to calls and takes a week just to connect to the right person. I havent received my blood report even after 15days. Every time the call goes to different customer care person and they collect the details and say they will arrange a call back but nobody calls. when we call even then the same response.Update : they lost my blood samples.These tests are time sensitive and these ppl absolutely dont care.I gave sample again and again they havent responded in a week. The customer care person gives lab number, lab guy says we dont know talk to customer care.Absolutely horrible experience.

I was meaning to post a review for a very long time. A big thank you to Ms Anitha Satyabhama in customer care for her service and commitment to patients. I have been a frequent visitor to Motherhood Indiranagar as my little daughter was prone to asthma attacks. Whenever I have visited with my child, whether it was for asthma or for vaccination or once for a serious face injury due to fall, I was always greeted by Anitha madams smiling face and unfailing kindness. I was so touched by her kindness that I started thinking of her as my elder sister. My daughter was 2 years old then, she is 9 years old now. Experience was nothing less than painful, safety was not comprised since they have great medical staff but the management has devised dubious ways to cheat people. Please go through billing once coz there are chances that you might get charged for things that were never used. Duty doctor fees are coverer under packages, however the best doctors don’t show up, apprentice do a decent job though. Deluxe Rooms are substandard, there is leakages coz of rains, cabinets come without handle making it unusable, rooms are not clean and worst part is they have kept toilet paper to wipe hands to save money. Most of the positive reviews are by staff to create a good name for the hospital. You can see most of the people have only one review to their name.

Underwent two laparoscopic procedures at Motherhood Indiranagar about a month back. Pretty happy with the overall experience.Went to Motherhood specifically to consult with Dr Deepak Rao – he is a skilled professional, friendly, accessible and puts you at ease.. The entire OT team was experienced and friendly. Nursing staff and duty doctors are mostly efficient – felt they could be better empowered, better informed and processes streamlined. Motherhood facilities are clean and well maintained, the cleaning staff are good and regular. Food was good ( nutritious and well prepared from a patients perspective).

I booked an appointment for a general checkup for 5:10 pm via Practo and got a confirmation from the hospital. They asked me to reach at 4:55 itself. I was there on time. I was told the doctor is in OT and to come back at 5:30. When I went back at 5:30, they kept delaying saying 15 more mins many times and we had to wait till 7:30 pm and still couldnt see the doctor. We understand if there is an emergency OT and would have gladly come back at a later day if her schedule was unpredictable that day. Dr. Anita Balakrishna might be a good doctor(I cant comment on that) but the scheduling and lax attitude of the staff towards patients is inconsiderate at best.

I would really want to appreciate all the doctors, nurses and the other staffs. The hospital atmosphere is very clean and tidy, Im happy with the treatment and service provided. The food provided from the hospital is healthy, thank you for saving lifes.....

We were fortunate that we chose this hospital for our pregnancy journey and baby birth. From consulting all the right things to final delivery, Dr Suhasini was a rock for us. She not only took care of my wife during her pregnancy but delivered with utmost care and love. You gotta meet Mrs. Savitha (patient coordinator) for any assistance, immediate help is received. Dr. Deepa has been very polite and well educative on babys condition. However, Tom (coordinator) and Srinivas from the front office are the BEST, well mannered and extremely helpful.

Unacceptable behaviour of staff, they don’t even care to respond to queries specially when they do the scanning.Motherhood has a new definition for appointment and punctuality. They try to make sure “to be parents” don’t enjoy the feel of their baby.

Today I had been for Motherwood hospital Indranagar for vaccination of my parents who are aged 65 and 61 years.Vaccination was good and quick service was available. How ever before vaccination they will check BP of the person but her there were no one who will check BP. When asked they said nothing will happen and they gave the vaccine to my parents.Request management to look into this.

Today I got my first jab at this place. My experience was great. The staff and management were very helpful. Overall wonderful experience. Ms. Savitha assisted us and she was very caring. Best place for vaccination.

Vaccination process was pretty fast without any huddle.. Staff members were calm and responsible. Kept the vaccination drive in a separate location outside the hospital which was safe to visit.

I recently got a major surgery done at the hospital for my mother. I want to share that Dr. Suhasini Inamdar is an excellent doctor and was very kind and gentle with the patient. She also displayed immense patience in answering all our questions related to the surgery and was extremely methodical in the entire process-from initial interactions to the final surgery. Very good hospital and nice service by the doctors, sisters and housekeeping service have been very kind and good. I would like to mention few house keeping individuals names - Nagu, shobha and Jayashree who have been excellent while assisting when ever required.

Pathetic service. Extremely high charges higher than 5 star hospitals. Being a diabetic no appropriate food I am give sweet coconut water and rice khichri both high GI. They don’t even have a nutritionist on board looks like. Appalling! No sanitary napkin after a Gynaec procedure! I am in a hospital room waiting for a nurse since 1.5 hours rang the bell 20 times to no avail. It’s the worst experience of my life. Please do not waste your money here. It’s humiliating to keep asking for food and nothing being given. My case is not a serious one just a hysteroscopy. God save those who are critical and are admitted in this place. Swati Agarwal.

I dont think I can call this place a hospital. Its a pure business center. A very heartless place. Staffs and employees here are reported and tested Corona positive.My mother works here. She and the team knew that the family of head of the department was positive but was scared to inform this outside because they threatened her that she would lose the job.My dad fell sick and my brother was tested positive this week. Being a responsible citizen and as advised by doctors, my mother decided to stay away from the hospital for atleast a week, but when she asked for quarantine leaves, it was shocking to hear that they asked her to continue work and didnt grant leaves.Please be careful before going into this so-called hospital.

This is the worst hospital I have ever seen. My delivery was herein 2014. The junior doctor who was there at that time asked me immediately.. can we start c section now itself . I said why cant you induce and try atleast 5 to 6 hours. With our force they induced. Then the moment pain started they said, no chance of normal delivery and they did c section. OK fine.. Let it be anything. After that the doctor Hemandini Jayaram (who came then to do my c section) missed to give a pain killer. I had to bear severe pain after that. Doc said Oh I am so sorry.. I missed it.. Unfortunately my doctor went on leave and this doctor came in her place. This place is not hospital. This is a business place.... Each patient is their victim. The moment I was admitted, a nurse from my native told me... In this hospital normal delivery rarely happens... Everyday 7 to 8 c sections.... I hate this place to core... Never go there

We had a pleasant experience with motherhood Indiranagar. Dr Suhasini was very kind and informative through the entire pregnancy months. The OT staff were very helpful and patient with us. Dr Suhasini tried all ways possible for a normal delivery for a day and half inducing pain but finally had to go for cesarean at the end, delivering a healthy baby. Hospital infrastructure and the doctors and staffs are very good and so professional apart from a person called as Vinod working as a manager, he believes himself that he owns the hospital, he such an fraudster, I request the management to look into his activities and behaviour with clients. Cause of such single person entire hospital gets the bad name, I gave single star its because of his behaviour.

Hospital staffs and very good. But charges are high. Please go through billing once coz there are chances that you might get charged for things that were never used. Especially if you have insurance they will charge extra and will add items, which will not cover in insurence and will ask you to pay.
