I have been consulting Dr. Mahendranath for 18 years. I went to him first when I was just 20 years old but severely disabled by rheumatoid arthritis. From being bedridden and hardly able to carry out everyday activities, within 6 months of his treatment, I became independent and started leading a near-normal life. After so many years, I can confidently say that his clinical expertise and treatment approach are incomparable. I have seen him receive so much adulation, respect and god-like stature from hundreds of patients like myself.His brutal honesty is easily mistaken to be short-temper. But I believe that a doctors work is not to sweet-talk patients and constantly try to infuse false hope. They need to be frank and thats what Dr. Mahendranath does best. Having followed him closely for almost 2 decades, I know that he is the most decorated rheumatologist in the country. Im extremely thankful to him and to my parents who first took me to him in 2000.

Extremely rude behaviour and unprofessional doctor.He asked to do all tests which we did 2 months back. When received same reports and asked for the reason, he told Dont ask question if you wish to consult me. I did treatment of my wife under him for 6 months without any result.During this time had received misbehaviour, carelessness and wrong treatment from him. Noe my wife is under treatment of another reputed rheumatologist in Bangalore and doing good.Not at all satisfied and will never recommend this doctor to anybody.

I went to Dr Mahendranath when he was in Ganesh Nursing Home in 2004-05 for RA treatment. Wonderful diagnosis. I had suffered for about 25 Years prior to that. But, he has given me a Peaceful Life. Till now, absolutely no pain in any part of my body. I am totally indebted to him. He is short tempered and expensive. No problem. It is Gods Gift. I suffered chronic body pain for 14 agonising years. Went all around India with multiple blood checkup, Mri, therapy etc.. As a last resort, approached Dr Mahendranath, who diagnosed the problem(rheumatoid arthritis ) within 2 visits and recommend non steroidal medication.. Since last 6 years am free from all bodily pain and have got zeal, back in my life.. And now medication is a almost zero.. Thank you Dr Mahendranath.. Regards harish

As a doctor he should know how to talk to patients.. Cannot say i cannot do anything.. Very rude to patients and people suffering with vascolitis disease will have no hope of living.. This doctor has no patience to talk to patients and will never give hope..Pathetic behaviour.. Have experienced this twice

The right word to attribute to him is Medical Mafia. He charges 1500 which is exorbitant by any standards, not even charged by Dr with super speciality skills. Secondly he will instill fear in the patients mind to ensure that people succumb to his tricks. He was unable to diagnose fibromyalgia and prescribed toxic drugs as part of his misdiagnosis. Luckily I had a second opinion from a family ortho charging 200 rs and few more tests which confirmed fibromyalgia. Please refrain from this guy. Unfortunately the Indian Medical system governance is not stringent enough, licenses of these so called Doctors have to be cancelled.

He is a very Costly Doctor .His consultation Fee is Rs 1500. The other reputed hospitals and their doctors like Columbia Asia charge 550 to 750.The drug Prednisolone is Rs8 for 10 tabs however, the one he prescribes is Rs 92 . There is only a lady at reception to cordinate at the whole clinic who misbehaves
