Was here a couple of times, for covid vaccinations and other regular check-ups. Over-all service could be much better. The dental services could really be improved. Seems to be just one dentist catering to too many patients. The wait time is unreasonable.On days with a dental surgery scheduled, they still schedule appointments left, right and centre, expecting you to wait as if you have nothing else to do. Seems very money-oriented, and an absolute disregard for patients time.Go to another dentist instead.

Receptionists and billing counter executives here are synonyms for irresponsibility. Customer handling at govt hospitals are of better standards than this clinic. I visited for vaccination, booked appointment prior but the waiting time is huge, 1hr approx. I presumed theyll do some basic checks before vaccination and provide tablets after vaccination but nothing. Seems free camps does good job than Appollo for vaccination.

I went to see dermatologist doctor Vishnu. He was not bothered to see opd patients waiting outside from an hour instead he was busy with some procedure. After waiting for around an hour, I had to leave.The doctor should not get involved in such procedures at the time of opd, he should keep in mind that people have other work too in their life other than just waiting for him.There are other better doctors available too.

During my previous visit, i had taken my elderly father and the way the staff there speaks to elderly people is horrible. The receptionist was talking very rudely to another elderly lady aged around 75 yrs, I had to give my peace of mind to the receptionist.Today, I visited to meet the ENT doctor, Dr.SUDHIR M Nayak, I JUST DONT RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE. STERN FACE THROUGH OUT, HARDLY SPEAKS AND EVEN IF HE SPEAKS ITS HALF SPOKEN, DOES NOT ANSWER ANY QUESTION ASKED. FOR ALL THIS I HAD TO PAY Rs. 650/-I wish the staff is trained well and they improve their services before Apollo clinics lose their reputation, which will surely happen if no corrective measures are taken.Surprisingly i have seen many bad reviews about Apollo clinics in general and Electronic city branch in particular

Wish I could give 0 starsI had booked appointment for Saturday using cashless payment from my insurance company and got the confirmation but when IApollo clinic they said that doctor is on leave... And they will reschedule to mondayI said ok.....on Monday Apollo called in the morning 8am for confirmation asking if I am coming... I said yes!!!10 mins later again they called and askedI said yess!!! AgainThen when I was on the way they called again but I couldnt pick as I was drivingWent to the clinic and they said they had called to inform that doctor is not coming and that they can reschedule it again.. I said them that the payment is already doneAnd their behavior was like I was an illiterate and they know everything... When I asked about the payment they said only after I pay it can be claimed from insurance... But I dont think they know the meaning of cashless.. I called my insurance to confirm they said no need to pay anything.. Then I thought that this is not appropriate behavior so I told my insurance to cancel it from there side....

They dont pick up calls. Even if clinic is open they dont pick up. they list only one phone number but hard to get through. In that way I prefer other clinics like NH or Neo Clinic nearby which picks up on 3 to 4 rings.

The nurses and the receptionist have such attitudes here. Even when you talk to them they just walk past you ignoring the fact you’re asking them for something.Also try to have at least 2 receptionists so the other one doesn’t lose it and throws attitude at the patients.

If you are visiting here for vaccination please prepare here to wait in long queue ... first queue to get the token number and billing done ( irrespective of you have an online appointment and you have cashless ) ...then second queue to get your jab done ... good amount of time to be spent to get vaccinated ... very poorly organized ... many small hospitals and offices organize much better than this...there are multiple rooms vacant but they are giving vaccination in a single room ...

The desk staffs have no manners and is a mess. They enjoy chit chat rather than attending the patients. The lady specially doesn’t know her work and doesn’t have any ethics which is very important in the medical.Also ,They don’t even communicate prior about any change in the appointment. And when you confront them they lie that they informed correctly.They just enjoy bothering the patients. For one 2D echo test i have visited the hospital 4 times in 2 days and still its not conducted and they made me pay it in advance promising it will be done the next day at the scheduled appointment time given by them. You will sure waste your time and money here.Highly disappointed and frustrated.

Just for RT-PCR test, they are charging 1300/- saying home collection, while delivering simply sending it in email. They will not clearly communicate the procedures before the payments. Once payment is done, they will start giving many clauses. You will feel like cheated. Unfortunately there is no way to give negative rating. Never visit this place.!!!

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Vishnu (Dr Vishnu M Moodalgiri | Dermatologist) when I was facing herpes 2 years ago. He just took 4 seconds to determine it. His medicine worked amazingly and herpes was gone within 10 to 12 days. I never faced this problem again.Recently I have gone through one more surgery, that is excision. I didnt face any issues during the procedure. It is healed properly.Thank you

Very annoyed and angry with the man at the reception. He has no manners at all. Please do make it a point to keep someone with reasonably decent manner at the reception if you do not want clients to have a very poor first impression. He argued with me because when I told him that he should have typed the full name of the patient on the prescription as well as lab reports instead of typing the first name only. He was trying to justify that the full name is on the receipt/bill copy. For submitting the prescription and lab reports to any office, the full name is mandatory. But who can make a thick headed, arrogant understand that??!!! He needs training before being allowed to sit at the reception

Everything is okay, except internet and mobile connectivity inside of hospital.

I went there for doing some blood tests. They gave reports for only 2 out of 5 tests. They dont even have clue of when will the other reports come. Whenever tried to followup, I got very irresponsible answers. And even today, I didi not receive the remaining reports. Looks some thing seriously wrong with this Apollo unit. Also they have pharmacy in the same premises. They charged money for 7 different medicines. However, after reaching home, I could see that only 2 medicines are available in the cover. Overall, complete cheating in this clinic, pharmacy even in this tough and critical situations. I would strongly recommend not to visit this unit at any cost.

I really dont know how these guys have a 4.4 rating. Pretty sure they are fake reviews. Never opt them. Doctors are never available. I took an appointment today at 11:30 am. And the doctor didnt show up till 12:30 am and the worst part is that the reception guys are not aware where the doctor is. I cancelled my appointment and went to Kauvery hospital. Surprisingly, the same doctor was available there.

I happened to visit Apollo clinic on Neeladri Road for Vitamin b12 injection. Sister Anita gave me the vaccine and as a person who has always cried in pain after a vaccination I was pleasantly surprised by the way she dealt. It was almost a painless experience thanks to her expertise and experience. Thank you again!

Dr Sudhir Nayik, performed completely unnecessary procedure on my 5 year old daughter which included full day fasting, anaesthesia and multiple medications injections, just to scoop out a Pearl Beed from her nose. He did not even try it once without anaesthesia. Once he heard I have insurance he got so greedy and only suggested full day process of hospitalisation and anaesthesia procedure for my daughter. The female doctor available at the time in April seemed inexperenced and did permutation combinations for a dust allergy case for high eosinophils were detected after blood test but not happy with the advice. An experienced medical officer from a reputed Bengaluru college hospital will build up confidence if you have a good doctor managing the clinic.

My husband and I visited this clinic for annual health check up (including tests and consultation). The entire experience was great. The staff are very cordial and helpful. Even though we visited during COVID-19 pandemic, we didn’t face any issues and everything was done smoothly. I would highly recommend this place.

Worst and pathetic clinic. Today I went to do a covid test around 1 pm and they asked to visit again in between 3-4pm. Cam back and they mentioned it will start from 3:30pm. Agreed to wait and was enquiring about the cost and the first receptionist mentioned that it will cost 1200+100 if not registered and 3 days to get the report. I was not happy with the fact that it will take 3 days to get the report. I spoke to my sister who is also a doctor at Bhopal and she asked me to give the phone to the receptionist. I gave it to the second receptionist, sister was asking for rapid test as me and my brother were having symptoms of covid and was not feeling well from few days. She yelled at me- please take your phone, I am not sitting idle to receive other calls and all. Go somewhere else if you do not want to do. Is this how you speak to patients. We are not in a good condition and these people do not have audicity to reply properly. We left the place because they to do respect any patient and brother was feeling sick, so went back home. These people are pathetic and I hope they understand the importance of being good to people.

Very bad response from reception number and not even ready to understand the patients queries. Asking for appointment and without it they don’t entertain. There is no proper information to take the appointment and half of the time they don’t respond to call

Be ready to be ripped off. First they will charge registration fee of rs.100 (even if you dont intend to be their regular patient) then in the Practo app it was written that Apollo clinic might charge rs.100 extra as Covid charges but there will be no social distancing or any other precaution. They are building a monopoly because the medicine their doctors recommend will not be available anywhere in Bangalore. You have to buy from their chemist downstairs. Such a petty way of making money. I went for a follow-up session within 7 days (which should be free as per their policy) but they asked me to pay the consultation again. When I asked them to at least talk to doctor Vishnu , even the doctor refused to talk to me. So they only after money.

I visited Dr Snehi Chopra at the Dental department , Neeladri Road with a tongue white spot with pain , on 11-11-2020. She saw me with utmost care and prescribed med. What struck me the most is her professionalism and empathy. She called me after 3 days personally , to find out - how Im doing ?. Im perfectly all right now and wish to thank her for her care and also wish her all the very best in future. I strongly recommend her to others , who has dental problems , and visit the same clinic.

I had booked an online appointment. Doctor did not turn even after 1 hour 30 mins of waiting. When I called the clinic the attendant bahaved rudely and cut the call. In this it was 9 pm and I could not get any other doctor consultation in the night. Is this how medical services shoud be??
