They don’t know how to treat the patient. They give more importance to money. As soon as we entered the hospital they are asking if u can pay 600 rs we can check the patient. We came in car and the security guy did not let us park the car he is telling park the car somewhere and get the patient in. The receptionist was very rude and didn’t know how to talk to patient guardian and asked if u can pay 600. This hospital is just money minded ppl. Please don’t go there.

My Mom and Dad were admitted in Axon Hospital about a month ago. They were covid-19 patients then.Dr Amar and team worked meticulously, taking care of my parents, monitoring their conditions, providing them all the required medications timely and regularly providing me accurate details on their improvement. We didnt face any shortage of medicines or other medical supplies.I am extremely grateful to God for sending my parents to Axon Hospital timely and saving my parents life. They are healthy now and doing much well. Dr Amar and his team of Doctors were very cheerful and keen with their treatment making it a good experience for us even at the worst times.Special thanks to the nurses, brothers, Canteen guys, ward boys & women for taking care of my parents day and night.

A month ago had rushed to Axon for moms illness.Consulted Dr. Amar and there was immediate diagnosis of potential infection - CovidOn confirmation and review of medical situation admission was advised. On completion of simple admission process that took no longer than 5 minutes of time, we were in the ward [opted for single occupancy].Here starts the real care:- Once in ward, the assigned nurse comes over introduces herself and starts with treatment- Every handover of shift [nurse] is well managed with key points of the patient shared such as observations if any, patients preferences etc.- Team of doctors visits at least twice and their interaction really induces confidence. They approach works like magical medicine and am sure that helps in faster recovery- Insurance desk is set up in a way wherein on admission if confirmed for insurance cover and details provided at insurance desk - Rest is taken care of!What really helped was the cafeteria - The cafeteria service is such that the patient can opt for his / her choice of meal / snack / breakfast and the same will be freshly cooked and served. Homely taste. At any point requesting for juice, soup, kashaya etc. is possible and you will see a smiling face handing over your request at the ward. This surely helps when there is loss of taste or craving for a particular taste.Overall it was a very positive experience and have already recommended Axon to my known circle of people.

My family and I have been consulting at Axon since 2012. My mother who was 78yrs old had a fall and fractured her Femur bone. We admitted her late on Saturday night. Dr. Praveen saw her the same night and surgery was scheduled on Sunday morning. He operated on her and she was back home within a week. She recovered and was back on her feet within 6months. Thanks to Dr.Praveen and Dr.Vijay Kumar, Axon physiotherapist. In 2014, she was admitted again with stomach pain and vomiting. One look at her and Dr.Amar diagnosed it as kidney stone. Her kidney was severely infected. He got Urologist Dr.Mohan to see her too. She was very critical and was admitted in Axon for treatment. We had lost hopes. Thanks to Dr.Amar and Dr.Mohan, my mother recovered and was back on her feet again.I had a fall on 11th Jan this year while riding pillion on bike, hit my head, had severe pain and dizziness. To welcome you, the receptionist will just nod to your questions only to later realize what cheap harassment they put you through. At the end of treatment they will put forward a receipt full of undesired checkups which you had already made clear for not needing it.The last statement from the receptionist will be SORRY SIR, it was a miscommunication. Why should a patient suffer for the mistakes done by hospital management???

Dr. Prema koujalgi is the best gynaecologist. I had my hysterectomy done at axon. The surgery was successful. Of course a money making hospital. The insurance dept cannot handle cashless transaction. I ended up paying a huge amt of cash at the time of discharge. Where as the committed amount by insurance dept was only Rs.5k-6k. The hospital is very fishy about disclosing an estimate for the surgery. I dont recommend this hospital at all.

This hospital does not even deserve one star, I feel government hospitals are better.Nursing employees does not even know basics. They spill blood two times while injecting on hand, all are new joiners. You have to keep reminding the nursing staff about changing bedsheets, cleaning rooms, refill hand wash etc etc..Doctors will come to your room stay for 1 or 2 mins maximum, they are not ready to listen to what we say, they come say what they wanted to say and disappear. Only doctor who listened to us was Dr Santhosh-Neurologist. None of them care about the patients. First thing they will say is you have to get admitted and they will keep the reason secret and disclose once they earn good money. everyday they will say waiting for report,Pl avoid this hospital if you want to live long.

Dr. Amar & Dr. Praveen are two amazing individuals. They make time for us out of their busy schedule and are patient to listen to us before they conclude. They are my familys first point of contact for any assistance..

Worst experience at Axon hospital, recently admitted my brother who suffering from Dengue, the entire staff, doctors and receptionist only wants to know if has and insurance,at the time of admission his platelet count was 20K which was know to us through Chinmaya hospital, We requested for Blood transfusion but doctor wanted to wait for 1 day, they made me get around 4K worth of medicine in a matter of 1 hr. Next day doctor claimed my brothers platelet count has gone to 12K, we all were shocked and requested for blood transfusion but he said no we will wait, we will keep him in ICU. They kept him in ICU and gave him the same drip which they were giving outside, I asked them if I can see the report where it says his platelets have come down to 12K, they claimed it was confidential and that it cant be shared..Then I had to literally fight to make them shift him to normal ward, for which they claimed there is no normal ward available he will need to continue in ICU.. During this entire episode they kept on giving us wage numbers about his platelet count and tried to make it seem as if the platelet count goes up only when he is ICU and drops when he is in normal ward... Hope this helps anyone planning on getting admitted at Axon.. the worst place.. Doctors only think of how they can mint money from a patient..

This place has ridiculous service charge for emergency services and fleece the patient. Puting a canula costs 100Putting syringes to canula to take blood seperate charges 50Drawing blood seperate charge-50*varies again on mlGiving injection through canula seperate charge-100varies again on mlPutting IV connector to canula seperate charge-200Most hilarious is that giving iv fluid through canula - rs500per bottle of ns / rlso in average for a low bp patient who goes to emergency should be carrying about 2000rs just to get some medical attention of low quality. Not to mention that another bill of 1000plus awaits you at the basement with a false GSTIN number. Got it verified at gst.gov.in.The nurses are also pathetic approach, sitting in front of patient and mocking the patients around not even knowing if the patient understands the language.Word of caution beware!

Took my friend for high fever and throat pain. Given treatment was paracetamol infusion and then came back home after giving blood sample and paying more than 2k. Doc said if fever persists come back, get admitted and do more tests so as to confirm if it is viral fever!

Hi am MEGHA here. My granny was admitted at Axon speciality hospital, after trying out at various hospitals finally found solution for her problem at Axon. She was suffering from breathing difficulty and cough cold fatigue along with old-age problems. The treatment was excellent. The specialists were available immediately and attended the case. Dr. Mallesh and Dr. Amar were prompt and quick with the diagnosis and treatment was processed immediately. Nursing staff were very sincere and kind eough to help for a comfortable stay. Had a happy experience with all the staffs and hospital service. Will surely recommend this hospital for a quick recovery. Thanks to the Axon team

The doctors and management are rude. We wanted to read side effects of medication prescribed to our patient on the internet, this just made the head doctor angry. I was also sure we dont want to work with a culturally retarded hospital, moved our patient to another hospital.
