Very good hospital to work with I have been working 18 years. Good staff. you can improve your skills.Staff safety. Good management.you will learn a lot from doctors. I have received patients from states and outside India in that way you will automatically learn patients language.

Known to its name, Narayana is one of the best hospital for cardiology in India. They use technology properly and all the renowned doctors are there for you. Only thing that bothered me was the time. You have to wait in line for registration, wait in line for tests, wait in line for consultation, wait in line for medicine.. waiting is okay, but waiting for one or two hours without prior knowledge seems a little mismanagement. I found out that receptionists were not at their desks during their duty, maybe attending to more important business than attending patients, benefit of the doubt given. The process isnt clear for the first timers and they do not tell you the entire process beforehand so a lot is time is spent by going here and there. The canteens in the basement are good. Tests results are updated soon in the NH care app than in physical so please download that app.. also, walk-in patients are treated as per doctors time, not as per appointment time so take an appointment beforehand. Overall, a good hospital, but with a little bit of mismanagement.

Best hospital for cardiac problem...in Bangalore.For registration you have to choose a doctor whom you prefer to consult.Then take a new registration form and fill it up there and go to the queue in the registration counter and then pay the fee..enter the premises submit the file to the doctors PA infront of the chamber. Wait for your turn to call your name..Now if the doctor prescribes some test then go to the cash counter queue deposit the required cash and they will write in the bill where you have to go..Everywhere you go take at first take a token first. Then wait for the token to call.If you need to admit the patient then come with all the report you get.As it is the tym of Covid, the RTPCR negative report must produce there either you will not be able to admit the patient.I think this will help people regarding the treatment here.

The review is for covid vaccination center, not for hospital.We went for Sputnik covid vaccination here, as its only available in few places. The registration location is quite crowded with non existent social distancing, some employees were missing because of which crowd were piling up during registration and payment. Had to wait for almost 1.5 hours just for registration and payment, and that too in a crowded line for 30+ mins, which defeats the whole purpose of covid vaccination.At one instance the incharge has come and was surprised to see employees missing near registration and he himself started doing the job so that the crowd is eased. So theres process and instructions in place to be followed by employees, but they are not doing their job properly. So this needs to be looked into.Vaccination process is smooth, care should be taken during registration and payment so that crowd doesnt build up and wait in a big queue, this defeats the whole purpose of vaccination.If you need to take covishield or covaxin better go to other places, now a days in almost every private hospital you get both vaccines with extremely smooth and crowd free experience.

I would like to give minus starsReally the worst ever hospital I have ever seen in my life. The admissions insurance person is very irresponsible I had my appointment on Friday 8 October morning, I have been calling him since 3 days he finally picked yesterday which is one day before the appointment and said we will call you back in 2 hours and he said the same thing on the day of appointment he said I will confirm you and hung the call we called him he says 2 hours again then again cut the call we called him again and asked if we are going to have the bed he says it has been blocked for us. we asked him can we come to the hospital he said I will confirm you ,don’t call meTo be honest I feel that we are so lucky we did not have any emergencies. People please don’t choose this hospital if until you don’t have any other choice

One of the best hospitals in all over India for heart .I personally taken my Dad to this hospital since 2009 . And he is still good .Doctor are also well experienced and good nature too. Hospital is very big around one km walk in side the hospital campus.Every thing is their in the hospital . Fully cleaned .Food are is also walk able . Parking is different. Park as well. Temple + mosque + gurudwara+ church.They have more than 1000 doctor its self in this hospital.Are is bommasandra Bangalore. Its actually 30 kms from the main railway station + majestic bus stand .Near that u will also get cheap hotels around 700 to 2000 rs double bed and for monthly rent also .

Do not enter the main gate for vaccination. Drive down to next gate which has parking and tent for waiting as well as billing and vaccination center.Good facility, but time consuming as you first have to get registered with a medical record number, only then the billing and verification is done.

Went there for vaccination today. The vaccination center is just before the entrance to the hospital but there was no board indicating the same so went inside the hospital and parked the car inside hospital parking. Had to walk back 10 minutes for the vaccination. Apart from this the entire vaccination process was smooth

Weekend vaccination was super crowded, took 1 HR in the queue, 10 mins for the jab but overall good experience.

They are accepting payments in US dollars for NRIs but while returning the change they are giving INR. what kind of rule is this? also the exchange rate they are providing is much lower than the daily market rate. People are blind to give away anything to save their loved ones so they never bother to hold up this issue.and they utilizing this opportunity to gain as much. Running such a big institute when you make such policies then do provide the facility of it. There is no option to exchange money on their premises. nor outside the premises.

There is need for streamlining the registration of appointments with doctors. Competence of doctors is impeccable. Support systems need improvement. Urgent need for more furniture for patients.

I was here on 31st August 2021 for a routine checkup with my father. We were in the OPD . No social distancing at all, no markings on chair. The waiting areas is chaotic. Most of the staff do not wear mask (mask were on chin). They are careless. This place is always crowded, the management should follow all the protocols. We are still in the pandemic. Couple of months back we were in second wave. Really a bad experience for us. Patients should be safe and always wear a mask. People from all around the country, visit this place. Stay safe people.

Thieves! The staff gave only half dose of Sputnik-V today. Ask them to show the vial and the syringe before injecting. The other staff was looking at her and my face when the staff loaded only 0.25ml. They are charging 996 rupees and cheating the public in the pandemic times also.Just imagine what kind of service they offer generally.

Have had repeated bad experiences while trying to get treatments for my mother-in-law. It seems like because of its popularity they get a lot of patients, but unfortunately doctors never seem to have the time to speak to the patients and explain the problem and the procedure that are to be done. It probably works for people with routine procedures if you just let your destiny rest in the doctors mercy. Lost so much time and money here because of such attitude from the doctors. Irreparable impact on patients health. If you ask any questions to doctors to understand the procedures, one gets shouted at and dismissed without proper answer. First we thought it was a doctor specific issue, but had same experience in both cardiac and ophthalmology dept. Utter negligence.A simple suggestion for the management: if the doctors r too busy to just clear off the next person in the que, pls hire more doctors so that each one can do their job more effectively.

Dr Nagendra and Dr Murali were very helpful in assisting the vaccination of my son. He was born complex heart problem and asplinea, so we had to be very careful about vaccinated him. I visited the hospital a countless times in a span of three-four months and my father went through two major surgeries during the period.Most of us do not realize that the quality of care they provide at the most cost effective way possible.Dr Devi Prasad Shetty is a pioneer in heart surgery in our country, a philanthropist and an absolute gentleman. He doesnt have to apologize for being few mins late for OPD, but he does it anyways [sometimes he has to visit the OT as well, and hence the delay].This hospital has the finest group of doctors and nursing staff and they put a very sincere effort in everything they do.Since the treatment is affordable, the hospital will always be crowded and that is just the law of nature.

To NH,Doctor priyankar Sinha.. one the best cardiology surgeon I have ever met.. the way he explain the illness and the treatment he has provided is beyond imagination.. for us the patient heart was 10% had to do two grafting which was risky as the age of patient was 74 yrs .. But Dr Priyankar sir did what is best for the patient and now the patient is healthy and stable…Thank you so much sir you are a life saviour for us.

I visited this hospital along with my 75+ years old parents to consult about my father with Dr. Shetty. I had my worst experience there. After spending 10K INR and around 6 hrs, Dr refused even to review his current medication. We just came back empty handed. What I felt both Dr and hospital are too greedy and zero care for patients.

We met Dr.Srikanth K V MD, DM, FESC, IAACC ( for cardiology)for my moms counseling, he is good at listening the problem and replying in a calm way and suggested some tests to analyse the current health condition. Also we have got good coordinator to consult with him, her name is Pavithra.Actually this is my first time visiting this hospital, but she made us feel like a known person for a longtime. My experiences at Narayana Hrudalaya yesterday has been top notch. I live in Kolkata but wanted to get a checkup done at NH Bommasandra facilities as i visit Bangalore frequently on work. Since i would have to get a medical checkup in a defined time span, i was in email correspondence with the Help Desk and Nursing station to make sure the arrangements were coordinated, so that i could return back to Kolkata the same day. One of the Best and affordable hospital in Bengaluru.Best known for Heart treatment but almost all facilities available, Hospital campus has separate buildings for different treatments.Almost all health cards accepted here, including govt health cards. This is the reason you can see more number of poor and middle class people here. But service and quality here is nothing less than any corporate hospital. Liked it and will definitely refer others.

I have gone for Master Health Check (5000 rs) in Narayana Health, Bommasandra. I reached 8:30 AM and completed only by 6:30 PM. I got token no. 77. Best time to be there is between 7 to 7:30. Staff coordination is really bad. Support staff could have organized well. Staff should have advised/suggested proper way to go through all the tests. At the end only one doctor available to review the test results. As I observed most of the people lost patience and were in arguments with the hospital staff. Attaching the brochure of health check packages.

Expensive like a tier I place. But, the services and policies are like government hospital. We paid for mother and baby combined 35 thousand a day for the period we stayed there (NICU+private ward+ medicines). A lot of things are broken in policies and the attendant has to run for many things but what irrated the hell out me was that they have policy of not giving more than 3 bottles of water for patient and attendant combined. If you somehow drink more than that- then, fetch for yourself.If you are thinking of a private ward. Its really not worth the money or care. Their policies and service standards are more or less same for all wards. So, general ward has good service in less money. I underwent AVR and MVR on 3rd July,2017 at this institute under the respected Surgeon Dr Priyankar Sinha. The surgery was a real success by Dr Sinha though very critical and I was given further lease of healthy life. Since then I am under regular follow-up and advice by Dr Sinha. He is a very nice and jovial person besides being a very very good surgeon. Whenever I met him , I got re-energised myself again. He is really such a doctor. I thank him from my heart and wish him a long healthy life.
