Got a very bad experience. The sales person doesn’t know what’s mean by politeness or humbleness. I took a product with their review without opening the product which is totally unworthy or not correct with the information what they have provided only after coming to home I noticed and took back to check whether they can be exchanged but the store people behaviour made me really upset and made me think why the hell we did shopping here. Nearly ₹1500 loss for me. 😅. Even thought it’s our mistake there should be some respect and humbleness in the speech.

Please do not buy headsets from Miniso. I bought recently one headset and within 20 days mic is not working. When I took the defective product to the store, they response is only 15 days they can accept and do exchange. Its better they dont sell headsets when products are get defective within a month. Its really surprised to see that they are not ready to even check whats the problem.Store manager is very much happy to get bad review. They are welcoming to write a bad review instead see the actual problem and help customers.Completely disappointed with Miniso headsets. Never ever buy headsets from Miniso, its simply waste of money. I hope with other products also, please check the quality.

Ideally located on the 100 Feet Road, the place is a must visit. The brand is affordable and the quality of products is top notch. I especially liked the cosmetic products such as lipsticks, nail polish, face masks. Along with that you have good perfumes, home essentials, bags. The designs are cute and adorable. It is certainly worth the money.

Very peaceful place with a lot of options for shopping! They have many segments covered in this store ranging from clothing to cutlery, stationery to cosmetics! The store is well laid out with a basement as well which is equally spacious as the main floor, so if you’re not able to find something on the main floor, just ask for help as the staff are quite friendly!Good value for money! Parking can be a bit of an issue here given it’s Indiranagar but there are options in the neighbourhood for parking!

Mostly well designed stuff for everyday use. Priced reasonably as well. Some items may seem unnecessary but a lot of their products are really useful. A must visit, especially during their discount periods.

The Miniso store at Indiranagar has a good collection of products catering to the categories viz. home decor, figurines/collectibles/toys, personal care/beauty and hygiene, stationary items, and also some tableware/kitchen ware/dining category items. They have a basefloor accessible through stairs in addition to the ground floor. Some items are priced reasonably while some may seem a bit high priced. Definitely a good collection of attractive products. Every time I go to Miniso, the visit just uplifts my mood, coz whether I buy all the things or not, seeing them on display is a fun-filled experience. My only complaint is that most/all of the items are Made in China, and in view of the recent turn of events be it the COVID-19 pandemic or the stand-off near the Indo-Chinese border at Ladakh, I have developed an aversion to Chinese products so I just hope that Miniso starts producing/manufacturing all their products in Japan/India or any other Asian country but not China.

Love to see some fashion accessories for women(lyk fashion jewelry, belts etc.) & electronic spare parts like headphone cushions. They would gain a lot of popularity if they can sell anime printed stuff too :)

I just adore this place!!! Cute is the definition of this place. So, theres a bunch of things available here- some are pointless and some are extremely clever. The foldable storage pieces are extremely useful and priced at about 450-600, a thorough value for money. I mostly pick up something for my home when I visit here, its just really small things that can spruce up your home with their cuteness and utter convenience. Also, they have a cosmetic section. I was skeptical about it, but the BB cream is wonderful. It blends really well to give you a pinkish glow. You can pick up assorted nail paints, handbags, bathroom mirrors, foldable drawers, gift boxes and other miscellaneous things that you didnt know you needed. Be careful about evaluating whether youre really going to use any of the products post your purchase.If you need a quick pick me up, just delight in the quirk and enchantment of Miniso.

I bought a pair of shades from this store 3 days back. Used it for one day. Frames got cracks and broke (There are micro cracks all around the frame). Today I took it to the showroom and showed the Manager what is happening. He said You are not supposed to wear this under direct sunlight!!!. What a quality product! and what a reason!

Always love the collection here, but some things are less as compared to other stores I have visited. Always love the things I get here, all the cosmetic, bags , Mobile accessories are really good.

They have a problem with the timing. The shop doesnt open at 11h, definitely. I waited till 11h25 and declined because I was tired for waiting stand up outside while the staff were organising the shop yet. Then I went to the market and came back there later. There are many good and beautiful products, some of them are cheap, others are average and others are a little expensive. You need think well before to buy because neither all of things are cheap. Because these things, four stars.
