Bought a W 200 Webcam from HP world@Rs 2800. Same product was available through Amazon for 1799. My bad that I did not check before buying. Called HP World Malleswaram immediately. Very bad suggestions from the staff.. I told them the purpose behind buying a laptop and yet they suggested me a wrong one. I wanted an AMD processor and I clearly told them the specs but they suggested me an Intel one andwand tried to push it just because AMD is an online exclusive and they would lose business if I buy it online. They were ready to suggest me a laptop which is not suited to my requirements just because they dont want to lose out on the sale. Thank heavens I didnt go for the Intel one like they suggested me to otherwise I wouldnt be able to run applications smoothly. Please do your research before you go because they will give you wrong information just to make a sale. Besides, they dont pick up calls and they just tell you that the stocks are low to make the the sale quicker, on case youre trying to take a few days to explore your options, its called the scarcity effect. Please go to HP Rajajinagar, atleast they were honest that they dont have AMD and didnt try to sell me intel.

Im Very much dissapointed to tell this but I had the worst experience at this store, they misguided me. I had given me laptop due to some restoration issue but they had changed my windows bios everything and had not done proper installation but instead told me that my graphic card is damaged and in future I have to change the complete board and it may cost around 20k but the next day I took my laptop to other technicians and I got to know there was no issues with my graphic card or board and they installed evrything properly and now my laptop is working at its best with all the high end softwares installed. I would never suggest anybody to this store.

I have the worst experience with their customer service and problem handling.I have given my HP laptop for fan replacement and after the repair my speakers went bad. I went and asked them. Their reply was illogical and blaming on me.They r not ready to take the responsibility and want to play safe game.I doubt what type of repairing they have done.I have thought that giving the laptop to a HP service centre will be good. Its uselessI strongly dont recommend it.Let the HP people know keeping this incompetent people will loose their customers.

A very customer friendly HP World (KBM) @Malleswsram. I have bought all my desktops, laptops & peripherals here almost from the time they started several years ago. All my buying experience here have been wonderful.

This store has one of the worst customer services ever seen. They give wrong information about product availability on the phone and put customers to a lot of inconvenience. They even lie to suit their own interests and are very inefficient. Stay away and visit quality high-end stores for your needs.

The staff there clearly proves that the customer who comes to purchase all only get that delightful customer experience. But the customer who comes for service for laptops they cant even exoent 10% customer experience and is treated like a dog. As if they r doing some sort of greaaat help by taking the gadget for service. I could clearly see this when I had gone to give the laptop for service. The attender who was attending me just left me midway of conversation and went to attend the other customer who had actually come to buy a highly configured laptop. I really do t know the name of executive. I its not only about that particular executive, everybody are the same. So wen we rely on HP for getting the service done only ant authority centre so that we would get that experience or else it does not take much time to get it done from somewhere else who charges less compared to you guys. I think HP should train their people to behave and also provoyp good cusyocus experience. Really dissappdisap with wat I faced.

I had purchased HP laptop in october2019, i had paid for free survice while purchase. My laptop is heating, performance is slow, very frequently screen is becoming blank(black) etc. I am highly unsatisfied with the performance even the configuration is very high. I am continiously following the service center to get the support but they had not yet responded. It is really pathetic after sales service HP is not giving proper responce. My issues are not yet resolved as they had commited door to door service.Please dont go with HP product
