I gave 1 star I will do it thatToday I went to mini so with husband forum Shantiniketan mall the staff was so rude more over he is on phone from the time we were entering even for the billing we have to him by ourselves but still shows his attitude and south at us .Not knowing the value of customer while every store are struggling to put the lost of pendamic.no respect nothing.Finaly he took our product and scan and say he did not have a change with a rude manner and he even argued and say if you want to report to anyone you can.No one can do anything to me.i know we didnt buy much but,still not every customer s will give you big bill,this is really really disappointing very10000000 bad service .I took the photo of him and he even ask me to take his Id. It my earnest request please train your staff well,for a business lost of 1 customer is equivalent to thousand.please take a serious action that this doesnt happen to none of your customers again.

Miniso - Japanese Brand with useful products comes with affordable pricing.Good customer Service, Product density also good. They have good deals.

It is a good store if you never have to return your products maybe. They sold me a defective hula hoop. After confirming that the product is actually defective, the issue was on thier side and seeing receipt from just a week before they allowed me to buy some other product in exchange but said I could not buy anything on sale. This rule made no sense as I was not able to come to the amount charged for the hula hoop with the non sale items, so I ended up losing some money not to mention the time and effort spent in returning the defective product to.the store.My advice is buy from here only if you are 100% sure of quality as return is not possible and exchange policy is skewed and unfriendly.

If you want to remove an item after it is scannned by by the cashier/bill desk, it cant br removed. You have yo purchase it. They dont have option to remove that product.

I bought a balloon inflator for my kid ,it stopped working on the first day itself . When I took it for the excchange in 5 days the so called manager in store was not helpful and didnt give me refund or exchange, as I never thought I should keep the bill for a toy as i didnt anticipate a brand marketed and hyped this way will go wrong very soon and they dont have a system to track it with my customer ID or mobile number. And the products in store are specific to MINISO and no doubt that its some other brand or not , . store ppl r like if you want I can complain to his seniors but not ready to help .Do sell only quality items and have better policies In place and do follow the ethics in business !

Substandard Chinese goods sold here in the name of a Japanese fashion brand, bought a headset that was faulty, they do not have a customer service desk also to address the problemLack the basic facility of tracking the customer bill video contact details or even with the payment mode
