Extremely rude attitude of sales guys who are full of themselves. Being an international brand Crosolite has to take care of training and checking attitude of their retail franchisees or they will swiftly lose loyal customers who are using Crocs and love it. When asked if they would match online prices the sales guys pretty much blew thir top and said not to mention the word online also.At least same product available for 30 to 50% discount online, if u can wait for a couple of days, why not save upto 50%.

This place is situated in main road itself. Place is in basement but their company board is on the road side... parking is a bit difficult.. sometimes you might get in front of the shop or have to go in search of it. The products are of good quality ...but costumer service needs to be improved a lot. The salesman who attended us... was not interested... he needed to be asked many times and then he was showing. They are lucky that we are loyal to the brand croc or else seeing the behaviour of the sales man who attended us we would have not bought it. For people who do not have any knowledge about the product will find it difficult to shop as they are not guided properly. Owner seems friendly take his help.Recommend to visit and decide.

Visited Crocs today to purchase my much awaited clogs. The store has wide variety of patterns for all age categories including for kids (the clogs would look good on those small feets 😊). Price is little higher. But, worth paying considering the product durability. The staff was polite. Will recommend this store for all.

Had nice crocs collection , but you dont get all the colours of a model. I didnt like their service. I asked them if i can try them on, but he was somehow convinced that i am not gonna buy anything and said you can try them if you are going to buy them. Only After i said pack them he started treating me nicely , It was not worth it pay extra for that kind of service.

Bad service and behaviour of salesman...one young one particularly...who told you have come here trice before and didnt buy anything...even tough we went for first time...he was very rude and called his senior who was good and told sorry to us.....they are not up to mark with the Crocs brand standards...after reviewing others many people has also experienced the same thing before. ...I guess its his habit to be rude with Crocs buyer...

Totally dis-interested staff. They looked unhappy that we landed there. When asked if they had other designs, we were told to go and buy online. We promptly walked out. Not sure why Crocs needs a shop, if the people there tell us to buy online!

The staff here look like they are trying to sabotage the reputation of Crocs! They dont know the difference between the different kinds of technologies used in the footwear! Wanted to try this brand after hearing so much from friends. I still want to. But not in this showroom! Would recommend everyone to try their Indiranagar branch.

This store is located in basement very next to manyavar at Jaynagar bit difficult to spot as there are two Manyavar in the same lane.Comparatively the store is smaller in size even the amount of collection of Crocs at display is also too less hope they have sufficient amount of stocks to fulfill customer needs.

Worst staff...dont have time to show or explain things..dont care about customer. When I ask him for softer meterial in kids..his answer was, it will become softer after some time...they dont know why people comes for Crocs or they dont want to explain in details...

Located in Jayanage 4th Block, a small shop in a basement of a buliding on the main road. It has got very less collections of its products compared to its other stores. But it has all the newly launched/arrived products as well.

This is totally outdated fashion in India, and too costly when compared to other Indian brands.

Only drawback is the price difference online and offline, can get it for cheaper online

I didnt buy anything ,they didnt have Crocs which I wanted but they let check the size of other products.....and salesmen were very kind...
