My overall experience was great about Dr. Arvind Bhateja 🙏 . He is not only a good doctor but also a great human being. From the way he made us to eloborate my moms spine problem till the last date of discharge explaining all other details about the surgery is incredible. A few words cant define him at all. I visited Sparsh Hospital with severe lower back and sciatic pain. I had a history of back pain due to disc bulge since last 5 years. I consulted the chief neuro surgeon Dr.Arvind Bhateja at Sparsh. Doctor was very responsive. Physical examination revealed that it could be a severe disc bulge. Initially he advised conservative treatments such as physio and medicines which didn’t yield great results. At a point I was unable to stand and walk. After an MRI, doctor advised that I’m a fit case for micro Discectomy surgery as the disc extrusion L5-S1 was too big to be healed by physio. He cleared all my apprehensions. I got my MLD surgery done at the age of 29. I was never nervous, thanks to the confidence given by the doctor. All my regular consultations were taken care of and I never waited with pain in OPD for more than 15 minutes, thanks to doctor’s secretary Ms Renuka who scheduled all appointments hassle free. Date for surgery was fixed and 2 days before the surgery doctor briefed Pre-Op procedures and admission process. The surgery was very smooth. The hospital staff were extremely cordial and service oriented. Dedicated staff used to visit the room and asked if there is any deficiency in service. Surgery was in the morning and I could walk slowly with the help of brace the same day. Mr.Bhateja met me the next day morning at IPD. He briefed about the dos and dont’s for next 1-2 months and fixed the next appointments to assist me in recovery and rehabilitation. I’m actively looking forward to my rehabilitation phase with physio sessions after 3 weeks.For the success of any spinal surgery, a skilful and experienced doctor, sanitised hospital environment and an effective rehab facility are important and Sparsh hospital provided me with such facility.Thanks to Sparsh, gratitude to doctor Arvind Bhateja and entire staff for helping me come out of this pain.

We had consulted with Dr. Arvind Bhateja for my mom and she went through a brain surgery for the tumor to be removed. She recovered very well and is doing good now. Id say without a doubt, Dr. Arvind Bhateja one of the top neurologists in Bangalore. He was a real ray of hope for us. He explained the condition in detail and was very empathetic at all times. The hospital also was equipped with the latest tech and everything went really well without any hassle and any request was served without any delay.

They have given a number in all there sites and when we call nobody picks it up! So if you cant attend an emergency call then why do you have to provide a number to call?? Ridiculous.
