Giving even a star is waste for the servcie they give. very unhappy with their treatment. Every time i went they charged nothing less than 4000 , and then if we talk about medications not working they ask you to visit and then charge 500 again for the consultation . Made my skin even worst after the medications used which were prescribed . WORST SERVICE EVER .This is my reply for your response1) Yes I visited Doctor in the month of March and she suggested me to come back after a month , i couldnt visit because of the lockdown. And about the basic creams ,those basic creams costed a lot. And definitely i didnt expect any magic pill !!!!2) Yes i have visited doctor again after things got better outside and yes my skin didnt get any better ,yet again she advised few tablets ,ad chemical peels , i didnt choose either because shes gonna charge bomb for those and opted for chemical peel from ORDINARY which was around 2000rs its just isnt some home based chemical peel and asked me to use it every night but where as its written to not use more than 10mins on bottle . THE REASON WHY MY SKIN GOT WORSE !!!3) And about ive called to the respective number and told about treatment not working and here to cover up your mistake you just wrote that ive yelled at the receptionist !!4)And finally ive called again day before to consult the doctor and show my skin which got worse because of what doctor prescribed ,and definitely told them i wont be paying consultation fee because i wasnt ready to pay 500 and then get another 3000 worth products from them.They advice some creams and stuff which doesnt work and then ask you to come for follow up and then charge 500 and then again suggest some heavily expensive treatme

Been to this clinic to get treated as I am suffering with heavy itching at the infection areas on skin and consulted Doctor Shilpa, who is very helpful and was able to identify that it is because of Herpes Zoster and the prescribed medicine worked as expected.
