We had a good experience at Lotus Diagnostic Centre, Indira Nagar. We went for taking Ultrasound Scan for my wife. They were following the social distancing and other COVID precautions strictly. Only one person was allowed at a time. The staffs were very polite and professional.

My dad and I went to Lotus Diagnostics Centre, Indira Nagar for a master health checkup. The ambience was good and the cost for the checkup was reasonable compared with the other centres in Indira Nagar.

Had a very poor experience of Sonography of my patient today. Nobody informed us that another session is needed after emptying the bladder. When we asked, the ladies at the desk, specially the manager gave us an earful about we dont do it, its not done. Thankfully my brother knew about it, confirmed it with the doctor and ensure an empty bladder imaging was done. It was instrumental in diagnosing my patients condition.My suggestion to the management / owner is to make the staff sensitive of customers / patients need, instead of shouting them down and grandstanding. They should confirm with knowledgeable doctors questions raised by patients instead of giving wrong information that may be potentially harmful.I am an old customer, respect the doctors and (most of the) staff who are good professionals, but I am seriously considering to not waste my time and money on ill informed non professionals employed at the Indiranagar center

Im happy to visit Lotus Diagnostic Centre the service in lotus is very good. I’m satisfied with their services and they have treated me so well when i went for consultation and the hospital is so neat and hygiene

Very bad experience, called twice to check on the appointment, was told to walk in as there is no appointment process.Called before coming in, they just ask to come in, dont give the appointment numbers and dont even explain the procedures.After making us wait for 2 hours, when checked on process, they say that appointments are there for the day and post those appointments, the walk-in patients will be seen.Then they inform the doc that due to the miss communication, we are creating noise and requested the doctor to see us instead of seeing the appointment patients.Very bad management, instead of making the person responsible for miscommunication accountable, they make Doctor to attend us with reason that we are creating noise, when all we asked was to get the person responsible to be accounted.

We had been to lotus diagnostics today consaltant doctor was good provided sufficient information.But Dr. Shailaja is very rude don’t fit to be a doctor profession, did not even prepare patient before test. Behave very rude because she wanted to rush to home. She has choosend such a great profession not everyone gets this chance. Please see how many patients hv reported about her behaviour.To management please consider this type of behaviour will spoil reputation of the place and creat dab name to other doctor. Please take this serious. She is not doing a free service or where she can frustrate because of patients load. I don’t prefer Dr Shailaja to any doctor

Very bad attentive timing making people to wait more than an hour without checking doctor availability. Response from staff and front office is very bad and always doing Gossips and noise.

We went for ultra sound scan today and Dr shaleija was veryyy rude with the patient , entire time she was chatting and looking in the phone, very unprofessional. She made us feel like she is doing some charity to us by doing the scan..I should highlight that the nurses , staff , and our consulting doctor are very helpful and professionalBut would never suggest to get any scans done via Dr shaleija.

Worst experience even during this pandemic situations still the patients are filled with collecting fees and making them wait for hours together for an simple tests and scanning and only patient with pains are allowed in seating and attender is seated out with no facility of water also... please search for a better diagnostic or keep escalating if you go there for your turn or waste you’re whole day there... all the best...And just saw some reviews which should have been seen earlier to coming here and good defending of facility but seriously attitude in your front desks are very supportive but some floors it’s worst they don’t even recognise your wait time and what you’re waiting forI hav me been here for mammography from morning 10 and it’s 1.30 still have no sight of its ending and I got answer as patients wait time where I could see it was empty when I came in and not sure how others got in before me when it’s time for consulting and finally after some escalation in first floor I got my mom moved for consultancy roomIt could definitely be better then what it was is my point here not to disrespect the service.

Absolute cheats and money minded. I called to check RT-PCR travel few days before international travel with home collection, and they told it was Rs 1100 and gave a number to whatsapp on the day test is needed. I even informed that this is for international travel.When I sent the details on day on which the test was required fo travel. They said they charge Rs 2100 for RT-PCR for international travel !!! What daylight robbery trying to take advantage!!! Also dont understand how the price will differ because you are travelling internationally ???I immediately booked and got excellent service from Apollo Diagnostics and timely report!!!Will never be taking another test at Lotus for sure.

Lotus charges 1250 Rs for RTPCR even now, while every lab in Bangalore does it for 800 Rs or less. They should review the pricing.

They do not include vitamin D in complete blood profile and charge 1950 for the individual test . Apollo includes vitamin D for home collection with a host of other tests and charges only 2k. I dont know why such labs are charging so high .

I was once told the name of the Lotus Diagnostic Center by a close friend. It was a pleasant experience going there. The best thing I found about the diagnostic center was the positive attitude towards the patients. They were joyous and never let anyone feel that the illness from which they are suffering was too severe. They had the positive approach to tackle all the patients.

I have very good responses from this Medical Centre. They are very attentive, and helping at all times.I have to mention one particular field staff Mr. THYAGU, who is very sincere and always prompt when we call for Home Collection. I really grateful for hisservicesdedication

I am very scared of needles. So when I was asked to get a few blood tests done, I was very scared. My brother suggested going to Lotus Diagnostic Centre as that near our house. And Im glad I went there. The pathologist was very friendly. He understood immediately that I was scared of needles. He calmed me down and took the blood very skillfully. The staff was also helpful and they guided me through the whole procedure effortlessly. It did not hurt even a bit. The reports were also very detailed. My doctor was very happy with the reports. I will definitely go there again if I need to get blood tests again.

A friend of mine suggested Lotus Diagnostic Centre for the tests. We got an appointment and went there. The whole system at Lotus Diagnostic was amazing. Very systematic, very strategical. The staff was very helpful, they knew what they were doing. My father was very comfortable the entire time. We were very happy and satisfied with Lotus and the services provided.

I had visited Lotus Diagnostic Centre for an ultrasound imaging. I was asked by the doctor to get one done and was referred here by her. Although I was a little scared at first but the hospitality shown by the staff at Lotus was commendable. The doctor who was doing the imaging knew what to do and helped me feel at ease. The imaging was also done correctly and I can understand why my doctor referred Lotus to me. I will recommend everyone to visit Lotus for their tests, no matter what they are.

They charged wayy too much for covid test, after all the wait finally got test done. They told me that the test results will be on site but the site itself doesnt load. 503 server error.I contacted customer care, and the lady was very very rude! She said your reports will come on site... I said site is down, she repeated itll come on site and told me to wait and then disconnected call saying she has other calls to attend.I saw in the reviews, there were other same issues faced by people of site issue, around 8 months old.. just how is this business still up??

Gynea- After long search of good gynaecologist I met dr Prabha Nambiar.. doctor is well experienced and prefers only normal delivery if everything is ok.she is very friendly and listens to all your concerns. Very polite.For this doctor i can rate 5/5.Lotus diagnosis center- I had done my last scan here, scan doctor is very good at explaining each organs of your baby. Time taking though.Covid- I suggest not to take covid test here, since I had undergone testing here they falsely reported positive.. where reported negative by government later the next day. It needs minimum 24 hrs to test the covid results but they have super advanced technology which gives u false report after charging 4k and pushes you in trouble. So better for covid test always go through govt.. and its mandatory for all pregnant women to undergo test. In Bangalore its very common now a days in fraudulent covid results.

Exorbitant charges, and yet the service experience so poor. Covid RT-PCR test cost is almost doubly priced at Rs.1600/-, conducted in their basement area with the Lab technician not even wearing a PPE kit.The test results are inaccurate due to poor sampling and hence we repeated the test in another Lab.

One RTPCR report shows negative and later after 5 days(individual was in quarantine) it showed positive in Lotus and we did in other places which showed as negative

Leaders of the clinic should think about a two wheeler parking atleast , or do they expect the ladies to go in and spouses wait outside . the security shows up 2 parking spots which are always full by vehicles of the clinic and surrounding banks/shops

RT-PCR Test charges for international travelers were charged 2100/- where as other diagnostic center charges starts from 800 to 900. Just imagine how many folds they are billing for other services. no justification in prices.

Have been here for covid test. Have paid 1300rs, but got bill for 800rs only, they asked to collect 500rs bill (a rough paper kind of receipt, the one we use for rent receipts, you cant use this for medical claims). If you are collecting 1300 rs in 1st floor, why cant u give bills for 1300rs there itself ? No other center is collecting any sample collection charges like you are doing. Even if they do so, they are genuine in giving bills at the same time. I am surprised why you have to give hand written bills for 500rs, that too if we explicitly ask.

I am 100% satisfied with the Doctor Anil Agarwal’s presentation of ULtra sound scanning for my pregnant wife. Well explained and pleasant handling, she is totally inspired with his presentation of each and every points. Got covid 19 rtpcr test for our 400 employees. Everything was done smoothly. Got the report same day evening.

Please don’t visit this center. It is mandatory to pay consultation fee only by Cash they do not accept card. They do not give you bill for consultation. In which ears do you live that you force your patient to pay by cash only for consultation? And you don’t give bill until requested for. Security checks for body temperature during this COVID 19 with a non functional machine when asked the security about it he says management asked him to just collect the data with name and mobile number. He does not even know what should be the ideal temperature. Just for name sake they check temperature and collect your data. How come a health center collect data of patients with a faulty temperature gauge ? Pity there service. I alerted this to receptionist area there were least bothered about it. I spoke to guy by name Gokul he was even more least bothered and asked to talk to MD. I even wonder if the MD is a doctor who understand what should be a ideal temperature fora human. Human reading is less that 80 F with faulty machine.. What an irony a health center does things for name sake and forces its patients to pay only by cash for consultation even with out the bills. Are you actually paying Tax to government with such an action ?

Such a terrible medical organization which follows unethical practice for making extra money during times of pandemic.Actual cost for test of rtpcr is increased by 500/- and a tax invoice for the same is not given.The actual bill of 1250/- is provided and a separate receipt of 500/- hand written is asked to be collected at basement. Such a scam in daylight, online reports does not work well, no one responds to the call.Pathetic and outright disgusting practice.

The staff is ok, responsive. The diagnostic centre is situated near amar jyothi hospital. Had been there as it was part of company annual check up. They make sure we are given preference and help us get the needed tests at the earliest. Theres a pharmacy downstairs and x-ray room at the basement, the ground floor has the ultrasound scan facility and is mostly crowded most of the time. They have maintained the outside atmosphere very well with some good amount of greenery and some water flow...Decent experience with every visit I have made here.

The people at the reception confirmed on a call at 5:00pm to come by 6:00pm to meet Dr Umesh Akki.On arriving at the centre by 5:55pm the receptionist says that you cannot meet the doctor today !!Please try and be a little sensible and a little more considerate towards the time of patients because some of us travel from far away distances to meet specific doctors.Please ask your front desk and receptionists to improve their communication !!!

SHAILJA as she shouts around & boss on her staff that pregnant women who are already fragile would never feel easy or good here.Incase of bladder full scanning she will put you in waiting line all over again that your first 2 hours waiting then another hour would add on eating your whole noon / day.Go anywhere where even if you have to wait for doctors they give you warm welcome and make you comfortable to talk to.

Had a very bad experience first of all they are overcharging for covid test still wondering why are they charging 500rs as miscellaneous. Would advise not to go for this lab the tests they are doing for 3700 rs is being done free in primary health centres and govt hospitals.

I went to Lotus for some blood tests for my grandmother. the place was clean and well maintained. The blood sample was collected without much pain. The washroom was tidy and the front desk were able to clearly describe and explain the prescribed tests as i was not able to understand them entirely. The staff were really polite and i was able to receive the reports within a few hours. My overall experience at the diagnostic centre was very good. I will visit again.

I would like to share my experience and let people to know the fraud they do during payment...i had been there for few tests by having lots of hopes on them...they did the tests and while making payment they deducted my 6.4k (6400 rupees) based on the recipt and said they did not get the payment yet...so swiped the card again and deducted the same 6.4k ..i did the payment throught credit card...while i confirmed from bank they said the amount is paid 12.8k is paid to lotus diagnostic center...but still these lab people did not return my amount and very careless about it...they dint even respond to that.

Had to get a covid 19 RTPCR test done as i was travelling to Dubai. Googled online found lotus was doing it. Fixing the appointment for home collection was a breeze and the technician arrived in his PE suit and everything went very smoothly. Got my report same evening.

She used to explain everything in a clear manner and make us feel comfortable. She always spread the positive vibes to her patients. The rating and experience very particular to Dr. Sailaja V.had my sisters NT scan scheduled with her. 2 + hours of waiting, extremely rude and impatient. when you know a scan takes 10 minutes why are so many patients scheduled together ???does not have courtesy to answer/ inform anything about the scan. had i read previous reviews about her would have scheduled the scan with someone else.no bed side manners also. the least you can expect after such a long wait is to have a proper explanation about the scan. reading other reviews found out that she has one standard sentence to mint money - no movement of baby - sha . she must have repeated this more than twice to only create a sense of panic in the already stressed to be mother. thats just not how an experienced person behaves. no value for others time and money. we paid 2500 for the scan to just read and google the result and the meanings of it. have put it bluntly to our gynec that we will not go for further scans with her specifically.

One of the worst doctors ever - Dr Shailaja . Too much attitude. No patience to listen/tell or even reply when greeted. Money minded centre. Had taken my wife for NT scan. Baby was not coming into position. They hardly spent 5 mins and then sent us off to come back again. This happened more than 6-7 times. The charge is also very High. Can get the same scan done for far lesser price at other diagnostic centres. Finally I went to a different place and got the scan done in one day itself .

I used to go for ultrasonic scan for my wifes first pregnancy. It used to be all good. But recently I went there, it has completely changed now. The new staffs behaviour in the reception and even doctor Anils behaviour has changed a lot. I wouldnt recommend this diagnostic centre.

Facility is fine, the gynecologist are not that great since they do not advice the pregnancy women abt precautionary , they dont know the way to talk to patients properly as my experience.. Too of much fees they collect and not even take 5mins to finish the complete checkup, the gynec rush do not advice clearly i recommend newly mothers do not go there.. Its worst now a days.Thankyou.

Seems the center has no value to rules and regulations of the government. While the Covid testing prices have been formally reduced to Rs.1600 at private medical centers, I called the center to get a test done, was told they are charging Rs.3000 for center visit and Rs 4000 for home collection. How unprofessional and insensitive management.
