Pathetic staff especially Revathi. She kept cancelling and rescheduling my appointment multiple times before I could actually get there to avail my service. Also the response and attitude is overtly negative about any follow up query that you may have. I have been asking them to share my session details for the past 15 days but they are least bothered about the clients they have already extracted their money from. Koramangala staff is 100 times better.

I must say Vinitha - the therapist made me very comfortable throughout the procedures. I was scared but she pacified me and did all the procedures with ease. She is indeed an expertise in performing all the procedures, very knowledgeable, very patient and always wears a smile on her face. If she is not available, I would definitely re-schedule my appointment. I have never felt so convincing. Ive been going to Kaya Clinic for almost a year now for laser hair reduction and I really appreciate the service. I have been to other places but here, I dont have to wait. Im immediately attended to.In terms of the laser hair reduction, Ive noticed that there is less hair growth and hair now grows at a very slow pace. Also, my hair has become thinner in some areas as well. I believe the treatment is working quite well for me.Everyone is professional, warm, and inviting, especially Kim, who attends to my sessions. Shes amazing! She makes me feel very comfortable, is very thorough with her work, and always makes sure if Im ok because this treatment can be painful in some areas. I highly recommend her if you want any service done, especially laser hair reduction.

I have got 5 facial hair removal sessions from this clinic and I insist on getting it done everytime by Moinu. She is highly professional and knows her stuff. Love the way she takes care of everything keeping in mind this is a facial laser treatment. My skin being sensitive ends up becoming red and swollen on the first day and Moinu makes sure to call and check in with me if that has gone down or not. Thank you Moinu. I have sensitive skin and was bit sceptical about taking the laser hair reduction treatment. After consulting the doctor in Kaya I started my treatment for underarm hair reduction in 2017, the hair growth has reduced to 95%. Seeing the result I started taking 3 body parts hair reduction. Vinitha has been doing the laser treatment from the very first day for all 3 parts. She is very polite and patient and does her job perfectly. She keeps asking me if its paining in between the session to make sure it isnt. It has been 5 sessions and the hair reduction has reduced by 30-35%. The thickness of hair on my legs has reduced a lot. I get fine hair now. I wanted to highlight how they are handling services in this covid-19 situation. They are extremely careful. They check your temperature, give sanitizer and a cover for the sandal before entering. Everything they have inside the laser treatment room is use and throw. They turn on the UV light to sterilize the room after one client leaves atleast for 30 mins before allowing another client inside. And the employees there wear all the necessity accessories (blue sheet for body and feet, face sheild, shower cap, gloves and mask). They are doing everything to keep the clinics environment safe during this pandemic. Overall my experience with Kaya HRBR layout has been great so far.

I had my laser session today after 3 months (lockdown) . I felt completely safe and everything was well handled by kaya. As soon as I entered they checked my temperature , gave santiser to clean my hands and foot cover to cover my footwear. I filled self declaration form. Its been a while since my last session so the session was done under doctors assistance .The staff who did the laser session was in ppt and had face shield on and the session went as usual. After the session the room was sanitized. Overall I felt safe .

Do not blindly trust the words of the staff st this centre. I had paid for some skin treatment sessions in 2017. At the time, they had assured me that in case I dont use all the sessions, I can instead buy products worth the same money. Two months ago, I got a message that my money with them was about to expire. When I went to the centre and told them that I want to but products in lieu of services, they assured me that they would extend my validity and allow me to buy products at a later date. I chose to exchange some of their sessions for products because my skin was reacting badly and getting burnt in sensitive areas. Now, their Front Office Executive by the name of Gargi tells me that they dont have such an option to let me buy products instead of sessions. When I inform her that I have picked products for my session money in the past, she asks me arrogantly if I have any proof or agreement from them. I call up customer service but they say they cant help me and want me to email them instead. It looks like I have lost the remaining money because of these guys now.Update on Jan 13: I sent the email to the Kaya team on December 21, 2019. It has now been more than three weeks and no one from their team has even bothered to respond to my email through call or email. It looks like they just want to respond to Google Reviews to pretend that they care about their customers, but as I see now, they just care about getting money from the customers. Pathetic service.

Very happy with the services!I had acne and marks on my face for quite some time and had tried various products and methods for removing them.At Kaya, they first understood my skin and suggested the appropriate treatment that I should undertake.And yes! It worked. I took the treatment 6 months before my wedding and was skeptical if the results would show. But Kaya made sure I was all set for my big day.A big thanks to Dr.Jaya for understanding and consulting the right treatment and all the staff for their services and courteous behaviour.The only thing I would like to point out is like every other salon or clinic, they suggest the most expensive treatment and try to convince only that would work. Well luckily I didnt read the reviews on here before visiting and Im glad I didnt. I am a regular at this particular branch. I undergo laser treatments for 3 parts as well as facials here. The receptionist is very courteous and the 1 staff that I use to get all my services done (julie) is professional, knowledge and always puts the clients need ahead. One of the lasers I get done is in a very sensitive area so both the doctor and therapist are there to monitor and ensure its done safely and efficiently and Im getting decent results. As a bonus they usually have offers so check the same. All in all I would recommend this place.

On the management side Kaya Kalyan Nagar needs to improve a lot. Sad to see how the quality of service interaction of this brand is steadily deteriorating. Its important to maintain relationships when one is a service company. Had an dissatisfying experience with the previous manager Nimi, who has 0 service orientation. I think the training to some of the staff too is clearly below par. Kim in particular with her unprofessional behaviour on multiple occasions repeatedly creates a lot of stress for clients. Very irresponsible and careless in taking and meeting fixed appointments. On 2 occassions Ive been made to come to the branch and the branch is closed with no updates. This is not the way a mature and professional company operates. This time she confirmed and made me come on a day that they are shut. Instead of saying come day after she tells me to come tomorrow and the place is shut. Very disappointing. Sad how a few individuals can give a negative perception of a brand, but this has happened too many times to ignore now. Please improve your soft skill training program. Ive honestly reached a point of 0 tolerance now. STOP BEHAVING SO CASUALLY AND IRRESPONSIBLY WITH CUSTOMERS.

I have been visiting Kaya HRBR layout Kalyan Nagar from past 6 months for a laser treatment. Been a good and comfortable experience. Yashi has been my therapist from the start. She is polite and professional, she explains how the process would work which is a good thing. I do see slow hair growth and looking forward to seeing results by the end of my sessions.Am close to ending my sessions and one feedback I have for the Kalyan Nagar branch is to do something about the machines they use. The machines are very old and require to be replaced for the treatment to be effective.

I have never seen a clinic like this.. they charge 500rs juz for talking with doctors... If u need prescription u need to pay 250 extra...Wat kind of business is this .. many other clinic charge only 300 for consultant with prescription..
