Dr.Narasimhaiah is a wonderful doctor, hes very considerate and understanding. When we first went to him my father was already diagnosed with cancer. He first asked us a lot of questions to understand the complete issue and later explained to us what the issue was, what it does and what we can do next.Sir spoke to the hospitals tumor board to understand what would be the right step, he also consulted various doctors from different hospital to understand what they would do in this situation. After consulting almost 5-6 doctors from different hospitals and talking to tumor board he suggested us an alternate treatment option instead of traditional chemo because this has fewer side effects and is more effective.We have consulted multiple doctors but my father always asks to talk to Dr Narasimhaiah because (out of all the docotrs we consulted) hes the most considerate and his reassuring words are very helpful.

Last year my father was diagnosed with colon cancer and by god’s grace he has admitted under Dr. Narasimhaiah. From day-1 he has given us lot of confidence and explained the case in detail and possible options under that situation. He had done a 5-6 hours of robotic surgery successfully, his job was done. But every time we used to go for Chemotherapy we always spoke to him and he inquired well being. Even after it’s an year now, he still remembers my name. Dr. Narasimhaiah operated on my 80 year old mother in law to remove a large cancerous tumour in the colon.We approached Dr. Narasimhaiah through a credible reference after we were not satisfied with the suggested conventional safety first approach, as we wanted the best possible surgical outcome. During our initial consultation, Dr. Narasimhaiah was very methodical and structured in explaining (more or less in layman terms) the problem, his approach and the benefits and risks. At this stage, what impressed us most was his clarity of thought, confidence in taking an aggressive operative approach and his ability to handle any operative and post operative complication, especially considering my mother in law’s age. His explanation on how his Oncology background would help in determining the minimum loss of Colon and his proven experience in robot assisted minimum invasive surgery helped us decide on him.Patient Optimization was very well explained and personally coordinated and implemented by Dr. Narasimhaiah. It was comprehensive and addressed patient’s medical, physiological and psychological needs. He was honest and forthright in explaining the surgical process along with the associated benefits and risks to us as well as the patient. During this period, he developed a deep bond with the patient and was very empathetic to the needs of the patient as well as her family.Surgery, post surgery recovery and subsequent recuperation went off smoothly without a hitch, benefiting from the pre operative patient optimization. It was pleasing to note Dr. Narasimhaiah personally monitoring all post surgical and recuperation requirements and even calling up after discharge.Unfortunately, my mother in law developed a complication after discharge. Dr. Narasimhaiah coordinated her stabilization in A&E, subsequent investigations and admission. He was available right through the night. Next day he clearly explained the reason for the complication (turned out to be rarest of rare case) and performed a minor emergency surgery to address the same. Subsequent recovery was planned in a systematic and step by step manner.Dr. Narasimhaiah’s credentials, experience and skill is world class. His confidence and pride in his work is enormous. His approach to patient treatment is holistic and multi disciplinary He takes responsibility for end to end patient care and well being. We are from Madanapalli and My Father aged 64 has diagnosed with Colo rectal Cancer at his large intestine in month of Dec 2020. With the help of my sister who stays in Bangalore, we approached Apollo Hospitals, Baneergatta, Bangalore. We were really scared that at the age of 64 diagnosed with cancer what would be situation of my father in coming days ? we had 10 - 20 percent trust on Hospital and Doctor and 80 % Concern and Fear as we are not aware of whats going to be in coming days.Dr. Narasimhaiah Srinivasaiah was our doctor who has taken up my fathers case, approached us and explained in detail. My father was in hospital for almost 10 days and Daily doctor has visited our room giving his clear explanation on What is colo rectal cancer, what may be the cause of this to my father, What is the Operation Procedure, how they are going to do it and what is that they are going to remove and how what would be the recovery process of my father post operation. His explanation to us was like Lord Krishna explaining like bagavatgeeta, the percentage of fear and trust has changed after frequent doctors visit and we got 90 percent trust on Doctor and 10 % Concern and fear. Operation was success, doctor called to operation procedure room and shown us the specimen and explained clearly and then sent to Biopsy. Post procedure we stayed 10 days in hospital and came back to Madanapalli. During my father recovery process, we were in touch with Dr. Narasimhaiah via whats app. I use to send the Pics of wound, doctor explains the state of wound and any issues we use to follow as per doctor advice. Finally my dad has 4 sessions of chemotherapy. Now my father is hale and healthy doing all his works as before.
