I’d booked an appointment for my mother and my aunt for waxing, threading and root touch up. I’ve been a regular customer at Bodycraft BEL Road and Lavelle Road and this was an absolute nightmare. Given the location (sadashivnagar), the conditions at the salon were mediocre, chairs were broken, no coordination between the staff members, incense sticks lit everywhere causing excessive smoke and half hearted services. However, my folks came back home absolutely disappointed with the services (they decided to cancel the root touch up treatment after witnessing the whole situation). After 2 days I decided to call up the salon to express my grief and the lady at the help desk took down my number and promised a call the next day from the customer service team. To my surprise, I got a call the next day from the salon asking if I’d booked an appointment because their schedule tracker showed that I’d requested for an appointment for waxing 🤦‍♀️ I said I wanted to lodge a complaint and the lady just said ‘Oh is it ma’am? We’re very sorry.’ Never going back! Terribly disappointed.

Have already paid for my laser sessions. After my 5th session I have had to follow up for almost 1-1.5 months for appointments. They always have a reason as to why they cant give me an appointment everytime I call them !

I have been going to Bodycraft Sadashivanagar for a year now and it has been a consistent problem. There is no proper POC to give the appointment and it is given after weeks with a lot pleading and follow ups! Its absolutely annoying to be doing this!

Ive been coming to this place for more than a year now. There was a hairstylist called Sweden who always cut my hair. He was amazing. He knew how to layer long hair.Yesterday when I went there, I was told that Sweden left the job and someone else was assigned to cut my hair. This guy had no idea what layering was and he had no idea how to layer hair at all. Completely messed up my hair. Very disappointed. I really regret coming here. What a waste of money and time.

Got fab gel nails at Bodycraft. The nail artist was very patient and quick !

Not worthy for the money, I had taken GFC hair treatment, doctor told to take three sessions costing 25000 and to take further sessions later but I didnt see any growth nor any hair fall was stopped and spent extra 2000 for medicine which I took but of no use, worst experience and big time waste of money and time, please stop giving wrong hopes for customers. Would never go for the treatment as they take our blood and inject them to our head which is a very painful process but without any results. May be I was fooled with the hope given and wasted money and my time.

A hairstylist called Sweden used to work here. He was amazing. This place is really not the same without him :(He always cut my hair and was really talented. Apparently he left the job. Sweden was the only reason I used to come to this salon.

Very Helpful staff, however treatments could be of a better quality for the money payed. Appreciated the work done, but not all of it felt professional. Also disposable spatulas, nail files were not used. Which made me question hygiene standards. Black Towels gone very old - some torn with treads hanging and some with visible old marks. Spa definitely needs improvement , but is one of the good ones Ive seen in the city so far. Had full body wrap done, wasnt what I expected, hope they improve on it. Liked the the girls who did my nails though, even though I wasnt happy about hygiene which I mentioned above.

The interiors of the Sadashiv Nagar, Bangalore center of Bodycraft are done by incorporating a lot of White! The lavish use of White in furnishing, Walls and floors makes the entire place appear very spacious and grand. As a result, there is no clumsiness going around even when there are lots of clients in this Salon. There spa is very comfortable, highly hygienic, neat with soft music and crisp aura, a perfect place to surrender yourself to a relaxing massage. Their staff members including the spa therapists, hairstylists, makeup artists and those who handle the skin care part are all well versed with their job and very cooperative, too.

Ive been going to bodycraft for the last 3 years and Ive enjoyed every service there. Recently during lockdown, I suffered from Severe acne and was lucky to be treated by doctor Shobha here at Bodycraft and my skin feels so great now. Ive started Laser Hair removal as well and Meghana has been polite and amazing through the sessions with me. Last but not least, Veni has been the best host amd is handling my schedule perfectly.

Meghna is really good at what she does.. very courteous and you can expect a great service.

What has happened to Bodycraft! This branch has decided to cheat its long-time customers.1. They have increased their rates. That is fine, all businesses have after the lockdown. But they have not updated these rates in their soft or hard copy. So, basically all their services have gone up by minimum rs 100. Why this big secrecy? Be upright and honest with your rates. They do not provide any bill to you soft or hard copy. They lie to you that they will email or sms you.2. Their entire salon has not been maintained. There is no temperature check, sanitation done in common areas. The beds in their private rooms have holes in them. The private rooms locks do not work, so anybody can just push open the door and walk in on you changing. The mani- pedi section tiles are falling off.I can go on and on, it is really sad to see how low their standards have fallen.

It was a great experience and I liked the sanitation and hygiene precautions that they have implemented. The saloon was clean and services were also great.

Horrible experience for the second time. first of all there was renovation going on and chemical odor was so strong. they didnt even bother to shift to diff room. the person doing the facials was scrubbing the skin very horribly inspite of advising her time and again. after the facial was competed as I had swelling and rashes i showed them, they didnt even bother instead they asked me to give it couple of hrs for it to subside. after a day when it still didnt reduce i complained and OMG these people make u go through the worse. I went for an appointment at sadashivnagar and was on 25th. i still havent received my refund. I asked for refund as this is the 2nd time i went thru such a horrible experience. not only i suffered almost for a week with rashes and swelling i have to keep chasing them abt the refund. today the mgr tried transferring partial amount . that was very insulting as when u promise a refund its complete and these people have no ethics. i have been getting so many excuses i was still patient. But trust me they are not worth for what you pay. You can explore many other places. Please do not visit this place if you really care for your skin. I come from a service industry background and trust me when i say they dont know the C of customer service. Worst place ever.................I will leave the same feedback on many more customer complaint forums.

A must place to go for a pedicure and head massage, all though a bit pricey place, love the ambience and the kind staff.

Facial was good. But heaveily disappointed by the manicure and pedicure services. The management right now is not good. I have been going to bodycraft for many many years now. Always have been happy customer, but this time it was not the same. I dont know why they were so disorganized.Manicure and pedicure ladies were very inexperienced. I paid a bomb for the services, and i expect the same in return. But the ladies dint even know how to put nail polish. imagine!!! Dint know the difference between top coat and base coat.I regret going there now. I have a wedding to attend and now i dont have time to go somewhere else. Thanks for nothi g BODYCRAFT. I have had a very bad experience with this salon. Starting from the parking to the service. In spite of repeatedly asking if it is okay to park in front, they said it is okay and later my car was towed by police. Even after I booked an appointment, I had to wait, they did not bother to tell me how much time I have to wait. After asking twice, the staff came and did a poor job. The staff at the reception are impolite and unprofessional. They do not bother much with you if you are a new client. Over all a very very bad experience.

One of the best saloon in Bangalore , I would say. I was welcomed very well by the guys in reception. Offered tea / coffee, but had bottled water.They have different type of stylist - basic, stylist, creative. I took the creative guy and he was best as I wanted David Beckham style. Shaving was done well as well by another person.Highly recommended.Also, they have some best therapists, I took back massage and was very relaxing that I slept off for half an hour.Took beewax which has nearly no chemical.Thanks to bodycraft staff members.

It was good..I took prebridal services they were good but they rushed as they had alot of customers.I got a cut while manicure and hairspa experience was not great.I have been to bodycraft before but was lil disappointed this time.

I got gel nail polish applied here today within 2 hours of application the nail paint is gone. People get gel nail polished applied so that’s it’s not like normal paint that fades soon.I get my nails done several times in other nail salons haven’t faced this issue it stays for more than a month if maintained properly although I got this done here in some offer not worth it at all. Waste of money and time. I am sure it’s not bec of how the person applied the paint here I think it’s the kind of products that they use. Very disappointed.

Get some real talent please.They call a Junior Guy (Chandu I guess) - Senior Specialist and charge 600+ for a Basic Hair Cut (I am just being Polite by calling it Basic). Ramu on the other hand was good but pricey.Note : This is purely for the Hair Cut Experience.

Professional place. Of course they try to sell you products. Some of them are worth it. However you can choose what you want to buy. You can always say no.My only complaint would be that they dont man their phones well enough. Everytime I have to call at least 3 to 4 times before they pickup their call for an appointment.They have a good beard specialist if anyone is interested!

Sweden gives me a great haircut everytime . The salon also maintains social distancing, and all staff wear disposable overalls, all customers are to wear gloves and masks, and all the combs, scissors etc. were sanitised right in front of me !

Its a show off place. They will pamper you until you buy those high profile packages. Once you buy them, you call up the next time for any sort of appointment and their first question will be Do you have a package with us? If you answer yes, you will be informed that there are no slots currently for the day you are asking and will be told to come 2-3 days later. If you answer No I do not have any package, they will give you an appointment the very next second with free consultation of doctor. After reaching the place they will pester you to buy the packages with a promise to give you more importance than the standard customers. Its a trick in every branch that I hav visited be it ulsoor, kalyan nagar or sadashivnagar.

They say a price before billing and they ask more than it saying tax, kit etc which is so irrelevant. Not at all worth it

Sashi and Nisha were amazing with their facial service for me and my mom. It was a perfect facial I needed after 30 hours of international travelling. Recommend everyone in Bangalore to try their skin radiance facial.

The guy was very patient in trimming the hair. The ambience was very good with parking space outside the building which is really good. Waited for about 5-10 mins. Overall experience was really good for the money you pay. The final cut came out pretty well.

Probably one of the best ways to burn money. 800 bucks for a very mediocre haircut, there are very skilled stylists with their own stores who can do the same for around 150. The place is fancy in terms of decor but customer service doesnt match expectations at all especially at this premium rate. Naturals does much better at a third of the price. However do note that my review is specific to this outlet and no the franchise as a whole.

Dr Anu, the Cosmetologist is excellent. She genuinely puts in the effort to understand your skin and hair before doing any treatment and she actively follows up on the result to check in on you. Am very happy with her and am glad I was directed to her by Shehnaz from the Lavelle road branch for treatment.

I had good experience with Dr shobha and the service co ordinator Mrs Kavitha who is very good at promoting the services at your centre..I would consider her as a valuable employee...

I took my mother to get a facial. The beautician put on a face pack and said it needs to be on for 10 mins. She left my mother in that state for 45 minutes and only came back after my mother got out of the room and called out for help. She even requested my mother not to alert the management. 2nd and last terrible experience at this place.
