RXDX Kadugodi branch has become vaccination center than the health care center. Today we have visited for Thyroid blood test and we been told to come in long queue awaiting for Covid vaccination. It requires simple common sense to form seperate vaccination and non vaccination queues to recognise as health care center !

We went for vaccination, it was not smooth at all and time taking as well. With prior booking at app, have booked a slot for 1-2 pm. But there we have to wait in a long line just to get a slip (waiting time 30+ mins) there were no sitting arrangements. Then for billing and payment we have wasted 30+ mins.

I have been visited tday where I was having appointment for my sis with doctor Sidharth. we got entered to the room, where he was busy in some online classes, my sis started explaining her issue but his concentration was on his classes. He was just in hurry bhary Nothing suggetion we got from that doctor. And I wasted my 650rupee lol

This branch is managed professionally. All the staff are serving good and one of the staff member, Mr.Yaarab is amazing in assisting patients and visitors. He has never turn down any of the requests or enquiries made to him. Always received the queries with a smile and helped.

It’s not a bad hospital. I’ve been there twice. They have scanning and other tests available there. It’s not a crowded place and waiting time is low.The first time, I had fever and the doctor prescribed dolo and tests for typhoid, dengue and all kinds of fevers.The second time we went for a ultrasound scanning of my wife which was fine.

I got my 2md jab done in RxDx Whitefield. The services provided were very smooth and without hassle. It was ultra organised. Overall experience was great.

Very bad experience. I booked a 7:30pm appointment with Dr Srikanth. 7:10 pm I received a call from Rxdx and they requested to come early because the doctor had to leave early and there were no patients other than me. I reached at 7:25pm and then the doctor tells me that there are 2 more patients before me. I spoke to the receptionist that my appointment was at 7:30, how can you give multiple appointments in the same slot? The response was very disappointing. They said we will refund the charges. This is such an unprofessional behavior. I booked appointment at a specific time slot because I had another meeting at 8pm and worst part is they did not even try to resolve the issue. What is the point of taking an appointment when you treat all cases as a walk-in. Posting this review so that the management can better structure their operations. Never going again to this branch.

Went for vaccination with prior booking on arogya setu app. The time slot was 1-2pm. No sitting or waiting arrangements were made for people visiting for vaccination. The queue was uptil the main road. Highly unsafe. I ended up standing in the queue for 2 hours before getting the vaccine. Completely unorganized way of verification and billing. No waiting allowed post vaccination. The vaccine may or may not cause a reaction but standing for 2 hours would surely give me leg pain.

Went for my second dose of vaccination at RXDX Kadugodi, only to see poorly managed, totally unorganised vaccination centre with a long queue of vaccine seekers almost till the main road even after prior appointment booking on Cowin. Staff people are uncooperative. Inspite of having prior appointment you need to fill a separate form for the vaccine, a verification at pharmacy and then long queue at billing counter. It was frustrating to have selected RXDX for vaccination.Moreover Waiting room is arranged at the very basement just next to Genset. If youre unlucky, youll have to inhale smoke for an hour for getting your vaccine. Would never recommend to go to RXDX for any medical support. Please avoid !!

Took vaccination here and it was very smooth and very well organised. No rush. Sister salma helped a lot as my mother is senior citizen and ensured no waiting time

Yarab Pasha in RxDx, Kadugodi is an user friendly person. He works in farmacy and supports the user with patience and answers the queries with a smile.

Waited thrice for more than 15 minutes to get a hold of their customer care and hours on chat support. It always take 15 minutes even after been 1 in the queue. Each time they picked and disconnected the call in 10 seconds.How can the owners have such level of incompetency running a basic service and have an accountable system and team.For each negative review they have the same blanket statement to drop them an email :)

Too much costly.. only for fever they charged 4500 including blood test.. And They said they will send blood reports through whatsapp in two days.. but didnt send in two days.. on third day when i called them still they didnt provide the details.. then again i have visited to the location and collected it..

I have visited RxDx, Kadugudi for my neck pain issues. I am very happy the way Dr. Srikanth E had provided diagnosis and treatment. Physiotherapy sessions from Dr Ujjal Neog was of immense help. He is very humble, friendly and knows completely about his treatment. I went through a journey of extremely severe pain to a much better condition now with appropriate care and treatment at RxDx Kadugodi. Many Thanks!!

Had to wait in a stuffy room with no air circulation. Very inefficient handling for vaccine, one security person writing form. Long queue. No priority for seniors. Bad experience.

I went for COVID vaccination. Social distancing is not used. Too many steps to get vaccination although pre-booked through CoWin/AarogyaSetu. People can simply fill the form outside and get inside. They can also segregate people based on type of vaccine (Covishield or COVAXIN). Some people wasted an hour time who came for walkin vaccination. Waiting unnecessarily for the security to fill the details can be an event for infection. What can be done within 10minutes, they add multiple steps and take 1 hr. Even with specific time slot , do you think 1hr waiting in queue is justified? Just handover the cards and let people fill their names. Why security has to do a clerical work? He should be there guiding people and maintaining social distancing. They also dont ask people to wait after vaccination which is usually recommended for post-vaccination observation. I feel it is a highly mismanaged or overmanaged place that has lot of scopes for improvement. It is a place where everything happens very slow pace like a govt office.

Pathetic and third grade clinic. Only money minded even during this pandemic. There are a lot of better options around kadugodi. Avoid in all sense.

I normally go here for any small issues and rectify easily. But once I had a very bad experience with Dr. Vardhini. As my wife got some burn from kitchen we reached there to check with the available doctor. It was DR Vardhini and she asked to dress it up and said everything is fine in few days. But later it got worst in few days and I had checked with another doctor in RxDx itself and he said it was a bad idea to dress the burned wound (even though he hesitantly said). We had to unnecessarily go through more pain because of her. Moreover she never checked the wound properly as well. Ill never consult her again for sure. Two stars I had given for the nurse and other staffs there who are more experienced and knowledgeable than these doctors.

Booked for covid test on 11th may for 13th may. Got message that booking is confirmed and the concerned person will contact me. Got a message today that the person will visit me on Saturday. How irresponsible you guys are. Didnt you know beforehand that testing will not happen today and how could you step back after giving slot? Is it a joke to postpond important testing while the pandemic is taking the life of thousands on daily basis? Anybody booking covid test through telerad please di it at your own risk. Perhaps they will turn up just before your cremation...

Special mention and shout out to Dr Sadiq who i have been in regular touch for a month even after being treatwd for covid. He has been prompt and helpful throughout with the initial test schedule, home care and later on with other presciptions too. His promptness saved my life roo. Hats off to you Dr Sadiq.

Highly irresponsible and pathetic. Booked a RT-PCR test home collection by calling their call centre number and got a confirmed slot only after 5 days. I wasted my 5 days hoping that they will come. However noone came to my house on the designated date and time. When I went to their clinic to enquire why noone came, they told me they dont have any record of my booking. Request you guys please stay away from this pathetic place.

Please dont go with rxdx if you want the test to be done on the time. I have booked the slot for home collection and they have not given any update further. I followed with them for the update everyday and they informed like their team will call back before eod. On the booking date i called them again as there was no update. When i called them they informed like there is no slot. My question is when i was booking,there was slot available and thats y i booked. Then how can they say like no slot on the booking date.

Pathetic experience. Have called them for covid test, they fix the appointment, I ask them will I receive any confirmation msg, they say yes. Neither I receive any msg nor any call. I called them at least 6-7 times they told they are sending executives, but they didnt. I have to catch flight for that it was mandatory but they took it as a joke.Will not suggest to anyone. Really very disappointed with this kind of behaviour.

Today we had a Anamoly scan with Dr. pujanwita Das and attender sumitra. We had a very gud experience and Dr. Is very kind also explained each and everything with understandable manner. She has lots of patience to answer all our questions. Seems she is new to this hospital since we had 3 sittings for scan 1st time we met her. We feel comfort with her..I enjoyed my motherhood and feel safe.

Almost impossible to get anyone on the phone. Rather than asking me to share my contact details, RxDx should share a contact number in google maps which is reachable by people.

Worst IVR customer care any hospital can have. The docs are good but the customer care is never reachable for appointment. The IVR automated answering machine had a heavy American accent catering to Indian crowd lacks clarity. The IVR and the customer care itself is screwing up half of their business. High time they look for alternative arrangements.Update: 17 March 2021IVR accent is Indian now. But had to wait again for 15 mins while the IVR repeatedly told me that my position is 1. So basically re-packaged the poor service with a new voice. RXDX management if you are reading this. Please for your own good, get rid of the current customer support.

Quick service in covid-19 peak timings. A nurse Sandhya is very kind and co-operative. She followed all Covid-19 measures when she came for sample collection.

Very nice experience especially with Lavanya the clinic cordinator at Kadugodi Branch is very efficient and very helpful. Slow system , no information which doctor will see you. No information about consultation and registration fee. Just straight out pay xyz amount. And their display is showing Lunch as a patient name too. Great.

Not clear on delivery timelines on giving reports when they take the samples... once the sample is given- they say only EoD or in some cases “we don’t have the facility we send outside, so 48 hours”..no ownership...Really frustrating....What would take 4 -6 hours, taking 2 days- and told after billing and taking samples...

Im not feeling well, i had light fever and teeth pain.we met the parvatha vardhini. She didnt even touch the patient and checked. He asked what exactly problem and he wrote the madicine(use only dolo 650) and gave. Receptionist is also busy with mobile.Even I know those madicines names, why we went to the hospital to check, those madicines directly I can collect from.medical shop. I strongly suggest go to other hospitals for early recovery.

I have visited RxDx Healthcare Kadugudi for my mothers regarding spinal cord issues. Dr Ujwal was very friendly and had patience to understand the problem give the proper treatment accordingly. Now my mothers condition is improving day by day. He is one of the nice human being I have interacted till now. Tiny place with clean and wel mannered staff

Dr. Ujjal Neog specialized in Physiotherapy offered efficient and great treatment. His way of treating the patient is very polite and efficient. He gave effective treatment of neck and shoulder pain due to any reason with regular sessions. Rxdx Kadugodi Physiotherapy is very much flexible with setting up the patients session according to their schedule. I am happy with the service and treatment. Doctor, whom l consulted for Skin issues, is very kind, helpful and courteous. In first consultation itself, she(Doctor) has given me confidence that my problem will be solved in an hour after consuming the medicines given by her prescription. As she said,surprisingly, l was alright, after taking first doze of medicines. Now l am recovering as expected.

My son was not feeling well, he had cold and cough.we met the Mr.Jewels. he didnt even touch the patient and checked. My father had to take a covid test and the results were promised in 48hrs. Since this was a travel requirement, where flights requested to see an RT PCR test performed within 72 - 96 hours, we waited until it was at least ot was 64 hours. The hospital stalled the reports by saying that they will provide it by 7pm- an evening before the early morning flight.. and we have been trying to call them, but they are not responding to calls and have not provided a status yet. They are highly unreliable and undependable with these tests and they charge almost 700rs extra as compared to other hospitals

We hv taken covid test recently mr Rijju.we were very impressed with hygiene and service. Thank u.Also on past , my mother took physiotherapy from Dr Ujjal . We were again very impressed by his behaviour and manner with patient as well as of course the physio therapy sessions.Thanks again. I had taken covid home care package, From RXDX KadugodiI have got very good response and care, I use to get daily 3 times online check up of temperature, BP, SpO2 , from Nurses names Metty, Sandhya and Rijo, all of them have taken good care with very good communication, and Doctors daily communication helped a lot in recovering from covid Thanks Team RXDX for taking care of me and my parent

Visited once for getting stitches done. I had just met an accident and couldnt ask for the charges. To my surprise, they charged 4800 Rs. for putting 9 stitches in my arm, which I think is exorbitant. Please check for the charges before taking treatment here.

Horrible service. I called them and booked rt pcr test for home collection since i was to undergo a treatment in a hospital. First i contacted them on Fri then sat, same response that we will get in touch with u. Its been 3 days no one has contacted. At least inform u can come or no. Result is that my treatment is delayed.

RxDx Kadugodi - Never doctors are coming on time. They will come at their own convenience and patients has to wait for hours with bad health. It was not the case years back. I have been to RxDx for last 9 years. With so many branches now, i feel the degradation in quality of service and punctuality of doctors

Pediatrician Dr. Jewel Ahamed is very rude. Doesnt know how to handle kids. He was asking me the temperature data for the whole day as if I am sitting for a practical exam. He clearly told me that without that data table, he cannot diagnose. Not even bothering what symptoms I was informing him about my kid.No humanity. No value for money. Suggest better go to a normal clinic than this arrogant doctor.

The treatment and consultation about my knee problem has been quiet prompt and comfortable. Thanks for the convenience with which I am able to move in day to day activities without any trouble , for the last five months , after your expert and specialised advice from time to time .

My experience with Dr.Jevel Ahmad (f pediatrician) my kid was very bad.He is a very rude. Its ok to be rude if u do the examination properly. He actually pretended to use the otoscope and that too in totally wrong way.I know this as I am a doctor and know the basics of otoscope atleast.Over the top of it , his behaviour was very very rude.Will never recommend anyone to go to him.Rest staff is fine.

Worst hospital, unnecessarily CT scan

My appointment with Dr. Pradeep Haranahalli has been cancelled twice. Both the cases, I heard from Rxdx stuff that doctors appointment has been cancelled due to unavailability of doctor for his emergency leave. First of all, if the very doctor is having so frequent emergency, they should have alternative doctor as well. Secondly, if doctor is not willing to come to clinic as no. of patients are not touching 10 or 20, then Rxdx should immediately replace him. Such unfulfilled of doctors quota creates serious issue for patient (at least me) as I work in night shift and took leave from office twice to meet doctor but disappointed at day end. Having said that, such indifference is truly unprofessional as hope you know that getting leave in private job is next to impossible in some cases.

I have been to this hospital twice, i am happy with service. Only drawback is the will give so many test for simple diseases like fever. I also had a physio of 5 session from dr ujjawal . I had shoulder injury in gym and doctor treated so well, It was an old 1 year injury now i feel comfortable and neck and shoulders pain gone in just 5 session. Doctor was kind and discussed all the problems related to injury. I will recommend for physio but not for other problems.

Am a regular Badminton and my shoulder is injured. I visited to this branch and cunsulted Dr Ujjwal physiotherapy dept in charge. I had attended some physiotherapy session which was including some electrotherapy modalities and followed by various kind of strengthening exercises. Am so happy that am able to join my friends group to play badminton with no difficulties. I must recomemd all sports person if you are injured must consult this dept and rehabilitated by physios at RxDx Kadugodi branch.

Went to rxdx emergency on 15th feb 2020 by 11.30 pm after spraining my right foot near the fingers. The doctor in emergency was quite indifferent, wrote the symptom as pain in ankle and ordered an xray. The xray they took was of the right ankle and not of the right foot where the fingers can be seen. After paying the bill, when the doctor saw the xray, he said its the wrong xray. And instead of asking to get a new xray, he asked to come the next day and consult an ortho.We went to another hosp, the made the correct diagnosis and the correct xray, gave meds and advice and we were sent home.What kind of doctor is he if he cannot even make the correct diagnosis when we explicitly showed where the pain was and anyone without a medical degree could see where the swelling was and could order a correct xray? Just pathetic.

Pla avoid going to this pathetic service clinic, I went to for urgent case, and they are not at all serious about patients condition, receptionist is referring to get checked by nurse, who couldnt see that I was bleeding from mouth.despite me explaining her, had to wait so long to get referred by doc, they dont understand urgencies if someone is bleeding. Explained same situation to doc and his response was nurses are not doc then why the h&** would you ask them to look at a patient?? DOC noah himself said go to another hospital if you dont like it here.So, instead of improving their service towards patient,they ask to go to another hosp..so, ppl pls go to another hosp instead of this place for better consultation..bcoz u cannot leave ur health in hands of their nurses and receptionist

Bunch of thieves. Went to get treated for Normal Fever. Doctors scared us and asked us to undergo Dngue, Typhidot and Malaria tests and charged us Rs.2900. They said reports will be out next day. After follow up by calls(6 times), they havent given us reports for next 2 days. Now they completely stopped answering our calls.We come to hospitals trusting health system but kindly dont take us as an opportunity. Shame on you

Facility is smaller than their graphite India signal building but you will find all experienced doctors here with tests and scanning also available. They also have homeopathic consultant available. Dr. Jewel Ahmed is quite popular as pediatric. Parking is an issue.

It is an understaffed place and if somebody asks a query they are getting frustrated and behaving very rough. Do not take this place for health checks as it takes lot of time and not well organised. Staff behaviour not that great...!
