I had been there after having an appointment, it was in the opening hours of service centre.. And the service advisor I consulted was too rude still I stuck to the whole process as I am new to the town and literally I had any idea about the place.This guy, I guess his name is Mr Mohan Kumar, never had any uniform or name badge unlike what u find in normal Toyota service centres so I had to get his name from his desk which am not sure he himself is.Had not been heeding to the issues I found about my car instead he was making his own assumptions and telling me thats an Ill maintained car and in bad condition. Any problems what I bring into his notice he said it had to be replaced and was literally arguing with me.Thats about the customer service part, but later the manager came in and he was a decent guy who listened to my complaints but by then I already made my mind to to give my car for the service with them, because of my experience with the previous guy..And about the service part, the first guy quoted me nearly 9000 just for the regular check ups, and the replacement or oil change to cost extra..All this along with fixing my bumpers, oil change, fixing my door windows and alignment costed ne just 3500 at a local service centre.. In a way am fortunate that good for nothing guy attended me or else I would have to give atleast 5 times of the money I spend to get my vehicle in good condition

The service provided is very good, but all good things have some or the other imperfections.The ability of the staff here to deal with insurance matters is sub standard.If you want your Toyota serviced then this is an ideal place.But if there is some Insurance related work, then I would not recommend this place as they take very long for the process to get completed.It took my car around 6 days for getting the Insurance claimed for body-shop work.

This was my first visit to this service center. Staff is courteous but take it with a pinch of salt. They get a lot of taxis for servicing who they seem to know very well. You need to demand service.Work is professionally done. Car cleaning is outstanding.They promised me my work will be done in 1 hour. It took 2 hours. I was disappointed but the quality of work was good.
