Pls dont buy this scooter ,it was nice experience talking with owner himself at the store but he is like he got trapped by buying the ownership bcos No support from Okinawa head office , no service,parts and support.

I wish I could give 0 stars.Never buy any of these Chinese import bikes, my battery has completely stopped working in 2 years, and now upon fixing it they are asking me 25000 for lithium battery, that’s more than half the cost of the bike itself.Moreover, now when you plan to sell the bike you’ll have to pay for it to be taken away.It was a complete disaster purchase for me.

They don’t have the most important model for test drive. Most of other dealers here also in the same state. Just because it is 1.1 lakh vehicle, you cannot test drive it. How can Okinawa sell these thru amateur dealers. From specification I understand two models drive differently, the newer is far lighter and uses lithium iron batters and has more pickup. Even then the dealer claims that there is no difference. Why does Okinawa trust people with education to sell their bikes ? Screaming something in local language “that all same Saar”. I am not visiting this store.

Okinawa Praise is undoubtedly the best electric vehicle. My sister bought it. Cons are adjustable and we get used to those and feel normal in a week.The dealership at Shanthinagar, Bangalore cooperates like no other dealership does and helps a lot.Cons: 1. The luxury car kind of remote locking/unlocking security system is very sensitive and the sound is too loud.2. The switches on the handle are far beyond reach of the thumb. I got used to it in a week, but.3. No sound at all while driving.4. Squeaky noise from suspension, which subsided in a month.5. Some screws are loose like under the seat bolts, brake sensor etc, to be checked. It will be checked as they do it after discovering any new issues from customers.Pros:Just drive it and you will be Happy amd jumping out if joy on a new vehicle. I drove the test drive vehicle and booked it right away and the new vehicle was even more good. Nobody expects this kind of good driving experience from an electric vehicle.The company is not doing much publicity.But, it is the best amongst a available electric bikes. You can get my number from the dealership to see the vehicle if you want.

Dont buy any product from any of the Okinawa praise. Please see the reviews of service. Service is worst. Please dont buy. Than literally u have to cry for service . Vehicle will be idle in home. After buying u will realize the fact.I am giving this review after using vehicle okinawa praisr for 1.5 months. Vehicle is really good on flat roads for both doubles and single. It can go up to max 77km/hr speed what I have tested on flat roads.Pros1) Good vehicle design2) More boot space3) central lock & antitheft locking.4) speed is good5) 100 KMS range when u use in economy mode6) Led light which gives u good brigntness during night time.7) excellent braking system with disc braking.8) no creepy sound of motor or internal parts. while drivingCons1) 70-80kms range in sports mode2) pickup degraded in slopes3) it cannot climb more than 22° slope4) when u go in doubles be sure u travel only in flat roads. Because it cries to climb even small slopes .5) I faced one time speed lock which took 1 week to rectify .6) No proper service from Okinawa scooters. My motor as been removed and given old motor. Dealer says replacement motor as not come from the company.7) It takes more than 8 hoursto charge full battery once complete dicharge.8) when u drive doubles it cannot even pull in the small slopes . For doubles it is not at all a good vehicle .9) u cannot put the stand on the road which as down slant road. The vehicle will fall if u try to put the stand on down roads. I have to put the stand where the road is upper side.10) vehicle will show indication of 3 points in the battery. But suddenly the battery poins will come down to one point.11) u have to sit in a awkward position to ride this vehicle. Definitely it will not be a comfortable ride . There is a chances u will get even back pains.12) No Resale value . After 1.5 months if u want to sell u will get only 55k.13) No proper service from this dealer. My motor as gone for second time where its taking more than 2 weeks it takes 1-2 months for replacement as per rajajinagar dealer. I just took this vehicle in rajajinagar since the dealer is near.U r investing such a huge amount . If it is 50k more also fine go for the best one dont just think that u will save money. Think about the comfort. Please check & wait for the right option which can satisfy your over all complete needs in terms of performance.
