This service center is interested in snatching money from public rather than giving appropriate service.I had left my sling shot vehicle for servicing, whatever problems I had only 33% of it was taken care of and rest was left was untouched.Had complained about this and the workers are like we have to get a new system for those and God knows why they charged me 3000 bucks for most of the problems left untouched.....I strongly recommend not to go trust on this and rather go to some other place for a better service

Worst experience. I mande a big mistake by buying my vehicle here. Its not even been 1 year, my headlight got repaired. When I gave for the first service they misplaced by mat. when I asked them, they had no. DO NOT PURCHASE YOUR VEHICLES AREA. THE RAJAJINAGAR SHOWROOM IS THE BEST. And this area also sucks.

One of the worst place ever.. please don’t ever visit this place as the service team is useless.. I had given my access 125 new model for engine cease repair as the engine was ceased. The service team people told me that if they repair it, they will put the new engine and then it will be almost equal to a new bike and they charged me a 16000 rupees and when I went to take the vehicle, a weird sound occurred and the vehicle stopped while test drive itself before taking the vehicle after service. Then the service manager told that it’s the problem of the clutch plate and next day when i went there he told that it would be fine and asked me to ride the vehicle with speed below 40km/hr upto 1000kms and he had told that the mileage will be good and all.. But literally for 1000kms of run, I have fuelled the vehicle for 3500 rupees of petrol while riding the vehicle in economy range. And after 750kms itself there was leakage of the oil and the fork of the front handle was bent and the service team had informed that they will change that and they haven’t changed it when asked they told they will charge extra.. Till now I haven’t received any proper response from them.. It’s the worst service centre one cam ever visit and when ever I visit, one or the other customer will be fighting with service team.. Please avoid this place for service and sales. Both are very worst.

Its a small showroom compared to other big/medium ones, people are pretty cooperative, they were calm and responsive to all the queries/doubt that I had regarding the purchase, Its easily visible from the main road, so its a easy place to find.

The Manager is irresponsible fellow. He loots money in the name extended warranty card/accessory. This branch is spoiling the fame of Head branch. its better to close this branch or change the MANAGER!!!!!

This one of the worst suzuki showrooms i have entered.I have beg ppl for information.Ppl are so negligent that they hardly help you.Unfortunately i had to buy my vehicle from this place as its very near to wher i stay.They promised me that they would deliver the bike in 12 days as the colour out of stock.But they made it a month just to get the bike to their showroom.And 10 more days to deliver aft the regustration and other PDI.evrey day i cal them.They would say we wil deliver by tomorrow. And same story the next day.All this hungama happened after i paying the full amount of the bike.PLEASE NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE, IF YOU VALUE YOU TIME. AND MONEY
