Have done all my services here. Very decent staff, mostly they dont try to defraud you with changing parts unnecessarily. Although they do favour changing parts as a precautionary measure, more often than not to fix issues. Generally the staff have a lot of experience in dealing with issues related to BMW cars and therefore they are better equipped to resolve issues. Rahul is the best guy here from a service perspective. You can always be rest assured of his extreme professionalism, and ability to be straightforward while dealing with you. Great customer service.

Nice place to get the car serviced. They have been able to identify the issues with the car and rectify it.

Service executive Mr Rahul not attending customer on the time told. As this was my first service I wanted a recheck on what was included in the service package but the executive denied and responded in an Impolite manner. While attending us mr Rahul had many other personal calls and was indulged in them which was unappreciated. The service was not as expected.

The staff here is terrible. They dont really care about you or your requirements. At times,they dont even respond to calls Really disappointed ☹️

Half star less, coz sales man could not give the right info on paint work another half star less coz everyone can afford BMW dont judge with what other person is wearing...

Absolutely PATHETIC service.Staff do not care at all about you or your automobile.They live in a world where they are shrouded by this brand called BMW , but all they do is contribute to its downfall.After a poor service, my car broke down in the middle of the road because a technician did not attach the terminals of the battery correctly.After installation of a spoiler on my car, the spoiler BLEW OFF with the wind while I was driving!After showing much patience, all my calls and texts to the service representatives were BLATANTLY ignored.When I filed a complaint to BMW India, someone woke up and pretended to do something, but we were back to square one.This center makes me wish I never bought a BMW.

I have been servicing my car for the last two years and the quality of service has consistently come down year on year. I have come across online other companies that service German cars in Bangalore. I will probably go to them next time.As anyways service at Navnith motors does not come at a cheap price. And when feed back is given they give a deaf ear to it.

Took my 320d for service here. They ruined my cars paint by spray painting another car parked next to mine. Very unprofessional job. Never expected such low standards at a bmw service.
