4000 for a simple tooth extraction and 1500 for xray !! I have never seen such absurd rates anywhere else. Looting the patients completely.Even the clinic does-not have a proper place to park your vehicle. People pls visit somewhere else.Their reply is completely wrong. No car parking available. Be warned before you go there people !

This clinic should be de-registered and barred from performing any dental services. There are already many legal complaints for botching the dental procedures and hoodwinking customers.Think TEN times before you opt for her service. And pls. dont go for these five stars. You would notice that after every complaint, she has someone giving her 5 star with an impeccable review.From charging exorbitant amount and skimming patients to employing trainees with no visible whatsoever dental experience and then justifying that with rude mannerism, this clinic is the worst of kinds in the entire JP nagar area.First - We pay premium to you Dr. Lakshmi and not your trainees! Second, If you dont have expertise in specific areas (ex. cleaning, crowning, repair) - just refer patients to other Docs instead of ruining patients teeth. Find your guinea pigs elsewhere.Third - Stop promoting and charging premium for subpar dental crowns/fixtures. We pay you couple of tens of thousands and your crowns get damaged in just few months? So much for 10-15 yrs guarantee.Even an average dentist in some galli can do a better job because he/she will have ethics - people. Take your money elsewhere.

Good experience with diagnosis, resolution and procedures. Its unfortunate that dental expenses are high by design, but the clinic staff and doctor were very considerate and professional 👍🏼There are junior doctors (most likely students doing apprenticeship) who help with procedural tasks, but seasoned experts took care of RCT and Extraction.Note: Ive read other reviews - most of them come from inevitable pain after tooth treatment. Plus, the expenses are due to procedures being delicate.PS: Had RCT, Dental Cleaning and Tooth Extraction for 3 wisdom teeth done in 3 sittings for 2 people over a span of 2 weeks.

An absolutely horrible clinic. Last year my wife and I visited this clinic for consultation. The dentist (whos the owner) seems to be in a perennial hurry to extract tooth and delegates all her work to a bunch of inexperienced interns who work in her clinic. This owner dentist jets between Goa and Bangalore every week and has absolutely no time to care for her patients (at least this is what we had experienced). I am writing this review at almost a year post the trauma my wife had. She charged us some 6000 bucks for root canal treatment which was a shoddy job done by her intern blocking off the tooth cavity. My wife had intense, shooting pain for days and despite giving painkillers (which usually we avoid) it didnt subside.. and most shockingly the pain started right after the root canal was done! We had to go to another clinic much further away from our home and had to eventually get it addressed by a very experienced, senior dentist.. They actually destroyed that tooth of my wife with very little chance of doing any root canal, other treatment to be done on that tooth (that intern blocked the canal itself!!!).. I will absolutely never ever recommend this clinic at all to anyone given the terrible, nightmarish experience we had..I dont see any reply option.. So here is my further reply to the reply to my review:Why on earth, in the first place itself, will there be a shoddy job done for a critical procedure like RCT by a college pass out, intern having zero experience??are the patients your laboratory frogs to practice for your interns??? Disgusting.. That too all at the patients expense.. Repeated reminders didnt need any response because by then I lost all confidence and cannot further compromise on my wifes dental health..

You can bargain and negotiate on the services.3. Once you opt for any service a bunch of college going interns will operate on you. Trust me I was scared to death when 3 of them operated me.4. Power fluctuations in the building where the clinic is.5. Once completed the doc herself will pull out her fancy iPad to rate her on google and Practo. Under pressure I’m sure most of them will share a 5.6. Look at her replies on all the negative reviews. How defensive the doctor is. She just cares for the money with a horrible experience.Highly recommend not to visit as you are treated by the interns and addressed for the scam by the doc herself.

Well, think of the end result.........truly it is perfect. I am from Denver Colorado... and I had 8 implants....and even though they dont talk your language and dont have after care as an US dental clinic....but after 6 months you will know that Dr. Lakshmi truly stands for her statement. Had recurring issues and pain in my wisdom tooth after extraction.As suggested in other reviews doctor lakshmi makes one sit inside her chamber after treatment to give review in front of her. Found this very strange and in poor spirit.Majority of the five star reviews are of same nature.

So obviously the patients are forced to give a five star rating.I consulted a different dental surgeon again after undergoing wisdom tooth extraction and root canal, I was really shocked to know that root canal was made to a healthy tooth which was not necessary.It is very clear that just to make money I had been taken through root canal treatment. Also initially she did not tell about the complete treatment cost. I was charged 4000 for RCT and 12000 for cap.She was advising me to get the other wisdom tooth also to get removed at the same time which was not paining. I refused and not agreed.She thinks only about making money. Does not care about the pain the patient go through.I felt like I had been used as a training material for the junior doctors to get trained on RCT. All procedures are done by junor doctors who looks like out of college.

If there’s a negative rating possible , I would do that too .my wife Swapnal went to their clinic in April 2017 for a root canal treatment and a new tooth was done for her with some 10 years guarantee product which Dr Lakshmi herself claimed is imported and is the best. Without compromising on money, we went ahead with the best and honestly I was stunned by the initial fitting itself . Dr Lakshmi has dental interns who try all the possible trial and errors on their patients and in the end they did a shabby job at least in my wife’s case.The reason I’m writing a review now is because today my wife’s most expensive tooth fell out and I had to call Dr Lakshmi’s clinic to enquire about why it fell and what can be done !! The reception lady mentioned she’s busy with her patient and will call back.I want to specifically mention to all those who are keen to visit this clinic, there are much better places who do not exploit you for money nor do a shabby job. This place can definitely be missed . There may be genuine positive feedbacks as well from lot of people but I’m only sharing my horrific experience and never felt this clinic is really worth, everyone is after money !!! JUST GIVE IT A MISS!!

I did two crowns for my wife the main doctor is making the other trainers to do the work after two months my wife teeth got infected while the food is going in the new crown Im really disappointed 😞😞 when we get back to them they are telling you have to do cleaning we did the cleaning but the same problem is still there I have to change the two crowns again I dont recommend this clinic at all

What an excellent experience, I had lot of treatment done, 23 crowns, 5 implants and a bridges. I am back again in 6 months for the crown to be fitted to implants. I got my root canal treatment done by Dr Lakshmi. It was my husband who got her reference initially through a friend, when he had to undergo an implant surgery. We have been really satisfied with the way the doctor explains everything including the exact problem as well as the best possible solution. She has always been very patient and has gone ahead with the procedures only after satisfying all our queries. The other doctors at the clinic are quite competent. The clinic is very clean and having state of the art equipments. I really thank her for being the doctor that we needed.

One of the worst treatment I had, doctor suggested me to go for best cap, which is 3 times costlier than normal cap. Which got broken in 6months hardly..Doctor is commercial, I dont recommend this clinic...

A senior doctor in this clinic treated me in this clinic.. for filling and ceramic teeth she charged 50k .. 5 months post treatment , Im still suffering from pain. Whats the use. Dont fall in to reviews on other portals or in the testimony book in clinic..Pathetic service.. Im afraid to visit the clinic. I got it checked from a doctor who i know.. its been 1.5 years now, i feel that first treatment in this clinic was failure.

Just like last time we were treated very warmly. We gave a short notice but we were able to be booked in for an appointment within a day. Due to the previous work Dr Lakshmi had done to my dad which was nothing short of spectacular, we had to come back. This is someone who had to travel all the way from Kenya ,Africa. I dont know why the people had given 5 ratings to this clinic. Last month was called the clinic reception and have asked for the doctor is available or not. They told doctor is available or not and they told doctor is available. Went to the hospital and paid for the consultation fees and they took the x-ray.Finally no Doctor only nurses operating the clinic and theyre calling the doctor and giving us the suggestions. Very bad experience , never experienced this type of treatment from the good rating clinic.

My wife was suffering with Teeth pain from last few weeks and after several google searches, I finally found Perfect Smile Dental Clinic is the best one for treatment and with that expectations, I visited the clinic and consulted Dr. P.S. Lakshmi mam. She first checked all the teeth and explained the problem in detailed and also, suggested to go for next process (if I wish and also with out any force). We gone for further treatment (Cavity filling) and now my wife is feeling better and no more fear in her mind about her teeth. I recommend Dr. P.S. Lakshmi mam for any dental issues.

Friendly Doctors. Did the procedure with care. I was scared because I had bleeding gums which was explained to me as why it occurred. I got my teeth cleaning done, after which the bleeding gums problem was solved the next day. Very much relieved. Thanks to Dr Lakshmi. Amazing job !

This is my second visit to this dental clinic. Last time had got my son and a perfect job was done. This time too it was perfect. Doctor Lakshmi is good and has a great team. All of them pleasing and soft spoken. Certainly highly recommended. Keep up the good work Dr Lakshmi.

I see a lot of positive reviews on this place. Well I too decided to visit with the clinic based on the reviews. However I don’t think the doctors there are genuine. It’s a business after all.So I went there to check my 4 molars which were not in proper position. I knew that I had to extract all 4 ( not medically necessary but better to) based on 2 previous opinions. But I was told by 3 dentists that it’s better for the patient to take out 2 (on the same side) at a time due to the after procedure discomfort like pain, swelling, etc. It’s common sense that you deal with the pain in a way that is comfortable for the patient. But here, the doctor straight away said to take out all 4 together!! Any dentist who understands their patients well wouldn’t recommend that. Imagine the trauma of not being able to speak or eat at all... and the swelling on both sides of the cheek.Secondly I was told after taking an X-ray that I have 7 cavities. 7!!!!! I was doubtful about that. No previous dentist had told me that. And I had no symptoms of pain. The doctor told me to fill the cavities on the same day. I went with my gut feeling and decided to take a second opinion. I consulted another doctor who told me that I had NO cavities ( Yes NONE) and the small curvatures ( which look like webs) were quite natural and due to the remineralisation process of the teeth it has been able to maintain the health of the enamel. The minute web like curvatures had been there for more than 20 years and there was no medical need to fill it up. In fact the doctor would need to dig deeper into the tooth to fill those tiny cavities which would only create more damage to the enamel. So medically it was going to be a useless procedure which I would have got done only for my satisfaction. But regular brushing can help the teeth stay healthy.Nothing of this was explained by the smile dental clinic doctor. She was only thinking of getting money for filling up the cavities (1200 per tooth). They even charge higher than other clinics. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyoneIn response to your replyYes, I am not a person who prefers antibiotics either. Anyways, I removed 2 molars from the same side and the post procedure phase is not easy. I can imagine how difficult it would have been taking all 4 at the same time! Just because it worked for you doesnt mean it works for everyone. And also, my lower molar roots were interlocked, something which wasnt informed during your consultation.Coming to cavities, I dont think any doctor should prescribe medical procedures just as a preventive measure, rather it should be only for a medical necessity. In my case, preventive measures could be maintaining healthy teeth with brushing, regular cleaning etc. Not by fillings. I have managed to maintain its health for the last 20 years, since the black stains were first detected when I was 14 years old. Since then I have managed to keep my teeth clean every single day without fail.I am fortunate to have found a very good dentist for me who is very professional and who avoids unnecessary medical procedures. I highly recommend this clinic as they don’t get any better. They do a very complete examination . I needed some work done, alotactually;gum treatment, root canal few crowns and one dental implant. They were not at all pushy; gave me all my options and time and the treatment outcome was amazing.They had laser for my gum treatment;rotary and digital x-rays for the root canal while the implant treatment was so painless and fast.

It has been the worst dental experience of my life. I wish I couldve given a negative rating but thats not supported by Google. I visited the clinic for my orthodontics treatment and the experience was just sad for me. Just dont visit this clinic by any chance, thats the first thing I would say, because it has been the worst experience for me, so I dont want that to be the case with someone else. Secondly, they are such a fraud, they literally stole ₹35,000 out of my complete ₹55,000 treatment for which they didnt even treat me for. They will literally thug you by providing incomplete information about the treatment like they did with me. I was not informed about the actual costs associated with the treatment, neither I was informed about the future problems that might occur during the treatment process. I was supposed to get my retainers at the end of the treatment, and the cost for them are always involved in total cost of the treatment, but at the end of the treatmen, I was told that you need to pay seperately for the retainers. Also, my treatment was incomplete and Im not satisfied a bit with my treatment. I visited this place because of its reviews, but I dont think that the reviews are real. Even if they are, then the patients are literally fools that they paid so high prices for their treatments and have zero knowledge about the dental proceedings. I would suggest that you visit Clove dental instead because they will provide better customer services and will give complete information about the treatments and proceedings you require, without any fake commitments or information. Clove dental is the best private clinic as per my knowledge, till date.

WOW is not the word. Can Dental Treatment be so comfortable, Can I have my Root Canal Treatment done within a couple of hours and go straight to a dinner from there. No pain at all. Soft channel music at the Reception, Courteous Staff to wait on you and Top Notch Doctors, Experts in their Respective fields. Dr.Lakshmi is a picture of Confidence, He is an expert on Implants. I did not even feel the injections she gave before the procedure. They used specialized equipment to ensure my comfort. The cleanliness the hygiene levels, the care they take to prepare the patient all Top Class. Its like I got my Dental Treatments done in the Best Clinic of bangalore.. They are worth Every Penny or should I say Rupee. 10 /10 for them

Initially I was too worried about getting a RCT done. But as it was my front tooth, I didnt want to take a chance. In just a few sittings all my problems were solved. The procedure was so well professionally done. The doctors are so particular about every small detail. I loved the way the treatment was done. My front teeth gap is now covered and I can confidently come here again and again for further treatment. I would recommend this place for all.

Implants were fixed both on the upper and lower jaw perfectly.The entire process was painless. The doctors did the entire job with lot of care and patience and found solutions to any problems faced during the process. The laboratory staff also gave good support and right solutions. Its nice place for dental treatment.I had done my rootcanal and crown fitting on July 2018.Doctors and staff are very nice ..They treat like family ..Must visit if u searching for affordable and best quality treatment.Doctor PS Lakshmi is done her graduation from USA and she is one of the best I have ever seen.

Had a severe pain in my tooth and kind of decay. Did the RCT and filling (composite). It has been remarkable and at ease. Thx to Dr. Lakshmi. Am able to have smile. As the proverb goes tooth ache and fever one can never take chances and Dr. Lakshmi Mam came as saviour. How can i say just thx. Excellent staff and made this a very smooth pain free experience. Got three Root canal treatment done on the same day. Walked out and went for a movie. Extremely smooth.

I had tooth infection on root kennelled teeth. And had severe pain. Had done tooth implant as a solution.Got in touch with the Perfect Smile, entire procedure was taken very well and carefully. Personally I am very happy with the final result. And very happy and satisfied visiting here.

Total Money making racket!!! I went there last week since I wanted a second opinion on my mouth ulcers which had become worse and couldnt eat or speak, someone suggested to take an opinion of an orthodontist to be certain it is not something serious. I went to this clinic and the doctor did not even see my ulcers and straight away asked me to get an X-Ray (for which she charged me Rs. 1000, never paid so much for an x-ray in my life) and secondly without even discussing about the real issue she straight away went to say that i had to get my wisdom teeth removed (all 4). Did i have a problem with my wisdom tooth causing pain ? Any other symptoms such as headache , etc ?, she dint bother to check. When i asked her if this has any connection to my ulcer she laughs and says you have to get it removed. when i asked if my ulcer could be a allergic reaction to something i ate she laughs again and prescribes B12 supplement and sends me back.. How disrespectful!!! The most disrespectful experience i have had ever of going to a dentist. This is nothing but a big money making racket!! Please DO NOT GO to this clinic. All you get is 10 nurses saying Sir , Madam , and running around doing god alone what, and a doctor with a fancy title but in terms of empathy, diagnosis, and treatment which you really need it is ZERO. And finally its a total rip off.To your response - Since i am unable to post a reply, editing my initial post to respond. Ms Lakshmi, please note that respect cannot be demanded by qualification/profession alone, it is mutual. If you make a mockery of your customer and laugh at them when they ask questions you cant demand to be respected after that. Any educated person would know that if after a certain age a person has only 28 teeth it only means there is an inward growth of the wisdom teeth, i dont need a 1000 rupees X-Ray to tell me that, also let me tell you we all come from educated families and have doctors in the family, when i took a second opinion (with the x-ray from your clinic) it was clearly explained to me that my wisdom teeth was not the issue and it was just a vitamin deficiency, I was also told that wisdom neednt be removed unless they are causing any harm. My ulcers were not on the cheek but my tongue, the very fact that you dint even check where my ulcers were and did not bother to check the facts of the case with me before suggesting removal of wisdom teeth and laughed at us when my husband and i were asking questions to understand further goes to show. You concluded immediately that wisdom teeth needed to be removed and when we insisted on understanding the connection between wisdom teeth and ulcers on the tongue, you prescribed the vitamin B supplements goes to show that you were trying your best to wangle money from customers. Having said that i would like to conclude that there is no point arguing, because no Dr will accept his/her flaws on a public forum. It is very clear that neither me nor my family/friends would ever visit your clinic again. Good luck!

Overall good experience.My first visit was for consultation on crown replacement. After through check up, Doctor guided me for re-root canal treatment. It got failed for my bad. Doctor took special interest and fixed all the issues with implants. I feel good to have everything in place now.

It was a comfortable experience that I have had during ththe course of my treatment. The team and the doctor are great as they make this experience as painless as possible. For me it was the least painful treatment. Dr Lakshmi educates you at every stage of the treatment so that makes this more transparent. Highly recommend it.

I have visited perfect smile during April 2016 to have my mother dental checkup and getting few missing tooth replacement. We have got very nice service, actually my mother appreciated the service and mentioned this was the best dental treatment she has got and she wish to visit only perfect smile for her dental problems. We have visited doctor again during March 2017 and we have got similar treatment. Doctor is very patient and explains the problem and suggest the best treatment and on request offer discount. I will for sure be visiting and recomending perfect smile for all type of dental treatment!
