Hospital personnel are all very friendly and approving. The nurses, doctors and other staff were very empathetic towards the patient. I think thats what makes the patient get better soon. My family has been in association with Apollo for a long time now. I am always assured that we will be cured when we come here. Very happy with the service provided and request the hospital to keep up their good work.

The worst hospital in Bangalore. They keep you waiting for 4-5 hours just for a small scan or test. And till the time you receive your reports, doctors are gone. Staff is not at all responsive. Seems like they only focus on earning money from the patients. Apollo has now become a money making machine rather than a good hospital. Its better to find a small clinic and get treated there than spending lots of money and time here. No personal attention to the patient. Cafeteria is so bad that you will start feeling suffocated. Food menu is limited and most of the things are not available. Overall, it was an UNPLEASANT experience.

A nice hospital with professional staff. The nurses are extremely caring and professional. Went there for palliative care for my Fathers condition. Spent 5 days at the hospital and the bill was 91k. Hope for speedy recovery of everyone. God bless ans take care.

Came here for a vaccination, booked slot in inhouse Apollo app and the slot is 9 to 1 but when I reached there.. a respectable aged man from the reception was rude and telling us to come back after 2. If you guys cant manage slots keep the app slot according. Bad experience and will never try those apps for sure.

The security people at the entrances are rude and extremely unprofessional. The hospital is well maintained. Since it is a multi speciality hospital, they offer treatment for most of the ailments. Good parking facility but car parking is expensive. It is difficult to get a parking slot in peak hours. Located opposite to IIM-B. The treatment cost is super expensive.. one must have the health insurance to afford treatment here.

They may have good doctors, but it is not meant for less privileged. Very expensive and they expect all the tests to be conducted in-house, that is twice as expensive as tests in other laboratories.Their customer service is next to lousy. Technical support is equally frustrating. I normally book an appointment over the internet. They ask for OTP and when I enter it, it is always incorrect. No one attends to phones.If I have an option, I will prefer to go elsewhere.

Been there for vaccination twice, your security personnel at the covid vaccination centre was so confrontational and ill-mannered, yelling and argumentative, finally felt shud have gone to some better Govt hospital. Seriously y dont the admin or facility team recruit some gud cultured ppl and y dont u train on customer orientation. Real apollo blore experience, mistook this for my chennai apollo brand experience so warm and helpful ppl..

Thanks to Dr. Raviraj Ortho .If you are going to admit any one as inpatient then pls cross check the all bills in details1. Lot of unused items are billed2. Actually not made investigation bills added3. Charge for three items and hand over to patient only one like wet tissue , N94 maskOthers ....After I have checked personally all bills and asked to concern then they cancelled the same .Money looting .

Hospital is very nice overall..got my father treated with multiple stent procedures done by Dr. Sunder Narasimhan Cardio Vascular surgeon..great doctor and great team as well..he performed the procedure successfully, which was very complicated..so a big thanks to Dr.Sunder & team..billing and insurance dept. were very helpful & polite as well..some of the drawbacks in the hospital is that they have to improve a lot in the canteen area..its too small and congested..and additional lifts have to be present..many of us had to take stairs alot..scanning radiology dept. is too slow in thier work..but overall it is a very good hospital and would recommend people to go there especially with heart problems. Thanks!

The doctors are good especially the nephrologists - Dr Gokulnath, Dr Prashant. The emergency doctors and staff were helpful and good. Worst experience in MICU3. No empathy for patient attendant. The ICU incharge which goes by the name sneha is rude. I wonder how she was made to be incharge of ICU. Apollo should invest in making sure their doctors in charge of ICU undergo course in empathy and how to behave with patient and their attendant. The ICU was like a crowded place and they make you wait to sign a consent form for ages. When you ask them how is the patient, their response the patient is critical that is why they are in ICU. Talking about ward nurse, the less said the better. Despite patient in executive room, nurses will come in their own sweet time to give medicine or check vitals...very callous attitude .

It brings me immense shame to bring this incident to your notice regarding what has happened to me today when I visited apollo hospitals , Bannerghatta Road , Bangalore .I have visited the hospital at around 4:00 p.m with a concern of cold ,cough and throat pain . I had a covid Negative (-ve) report dated yesterday . I went to visit the duty doctor in the emergency ward and explained my concern to him, that firstly it’s ko covid and secondly fromThree days I am not able to find any change in my health despite taking antibiotics . He makes me stand right outside , tells me he can’t take me in due to flu symptoms though I clearly mentioned and showed my report to him that I’ve been tested negative . I can still understand that protocol may be . But later I asked him to give me a prescription for which he said I need to pay and I astonishingly asked , why would I not pay , when I visited this place with an intention of consultation so I would be ready to bear the charges . He again denied you need to register and I said I’m already a registered patient here because I came for consultation before also . He then reluctantly writes my issues and medicines just on a piece of white paper and gives it to me whose picture I attach below and then starts explaining that I’m not very sick and I don’t need a prescription and he has to do the entire itinerary if he has to give me a prescription.I stand there with fever , cough , cold and soar throat and this is how your doctors treat us .Is it wrong for a patient to demand for a prescription if she has visited a hospital , consulted the doctor and expects a faster recovery

Superb caring!! Recently we admitted my Mother for Vascular Surgery. In Covid situation also theyve treated very well. No further complications after the surgery so they discharged immediately.Nursing staff is very friendly and easily approachable. Two days they took care very well.Room maintenance is nicely done on time. They keep clean always.

Good experience with Vaccinations. Staff and sisters were very supportive in terms of giving vaccine to my paralysed father . They had come to patient who was waiting in car instead of asking him to come to vaccination cubicle . Good service . May God bless them .

I went for my known problem. Team of Doctors with MS degrees and all that were simply no use. Dr.Aishwarya and Dr.Puja were too busy to examine and some junior technician saw my ear and she misdiagnosed. I had to go through hellish experience. For a week and I suffered ghostly, hellish, ringing sound in my ear. I almost thought, I would go mad. Never go to fancy hospital. Finally a Doctor solved my problem today. I would have mentioned his name here but this review might be considered as some marketing gimmick by him.My advice to you is - if you have an option, you may not want to go to Apollo.

Apollo hospitals referred my patient some government hospital and redirected to them. But than my patient died in government hospital scam.Incident happened in the midnight during 2nd wave. Midnight unfortunately no senior doctors in the hospital I believe.Worst Junior lady doctor in emergency ward. She does not have brain also. Junior doctors there just studied textbooks without exp. They are responsible for death of an innocent life.They see the patient with eyes and create there own imagination of illnesses. She does not even have a basic sense of using skethoscope to check and examine the patient before coming to conclusions.Show this comment to all your junior doctors before they spare another life without knowledge and guidance of senior doctors. The doc I am referring to She will realise herself, what she did.Unfortunately only senior doctors are very excellent.But please make sure there are senior doctors available during night shift also in the hospital.Staff are uneducated irritating people, they dont have knowledge of there own offices.Better Seek and consult other hospitals before concluding there results.

1. The Security has no sense of treating people properly.2. Consultation fee too high, they keep raising the fee.3. Doctors have high qualifications, but no empathy towards the patients.4. Some of them dont even listen properly to what the patients have to say.5. Dr. Naveena Rao is a good doctor, Dr. Soumya, Pediatrician is good.6. Well have to pay parking fee, Consultation fee, and all other fees for tests.7. Cafeteria has no ventilation and no proper food available for people waiting for the patients.

It was a very good accommodation by the hospital and staff. All the staffs were taking care very well. The staff were continuously taking care about hygiene, food, medicines etc. And also food supply was in time. The sisters and staff were very polite and helpful.

The services that are provided in Apollo Hospital Bannerghatta Road Bangalore are excellent. The warmth and care provided by the staff is worth to be appreciated. The nursing staff and doctors are always ready to help and explain the procedures. The housekeeping staff too did a fabulous job to assist the patient. The cafetaria needs a complete overhaul. Right from the location, ventilation, food availability, service - everything is a disaster. We had to wait for almost 30 + mins for a sandwich.In a place like Bangalore one needs to be putting in enormous efforts to be this bad.Apollo management can taken a leaf out of Fortis hospitals cafeteria management.Same goes with your billing section.Take a peek at your neighbour.

This review is specifically for Covid vaccination for 18-44 age groupsThere is ample parking space inside. There was very little crowd when we reached at 1:50 PM. The entire vaccination process was pretty smooth and got over within 15 minutes. We waited for about 20 minutes after taking the vaccine (though it was optional) and left.It would have been better if there was no physical contact during issuance of parking tokens.

I was a patient here for over 5 days in the COVID ward, at level B2 and although I was worried and scared about what would happen, I did not have any reason to.My father was admitted with me and he kept stressing about how great the treatment is and how the nurses and medical staff are always on hand, ready to help and ease our burdens!!The service in this hospital is amazing and felt very inclusive and kind. The doctors came by regularly and provided the best care but the real MVPs were the nursing staff!! Forever grateful to have recovered and been treated here 🙏

Our daughter gone for CT scan on 6th Sep at Bannaragatta Apollo hospital. Till date report not received . whenever we call answer was report not yet ready. This is not expected from a high end Pvt Hospital like Apollo.
