Hospital staff was very polite and helpful and guided me throughout my vaccination process especially front office staff and nursing staff.Hygiene was maintained throughout the hospital and Santizer was provided from the hospital itself.Staff made sure that social distance was maintained and the hospital was neat and clean.They also helped us register on cowin platform and the whole vaccination process was smooth.Also had a check up with the ENT Specialist Dr. Ravi Sachidananda for tinnitus. The management and facilities is improper...the billing authorities are arrogant.. I would personally suggest not to opt this hospital after overall experience!!

Worst SERVICE AND ARROGANT RECEPTION TEAMOne of my relative got discharged on last week. Dr told us the next follow up,is the day after discharge. The very Next day after discharge we went to the hospital for follow up, receptionist asked us to pay 600rs. In the bill they mentioned that there is no follow up fees for follow up for within 5 days after discharge. They charged us and argued with us like hell. Management saying free consultation but receptionists arguing that consultation has to pay. Absolute hell.Private room number 208 was not at all hygiene. Cockroaches were everywhere , broken doors , broken wardrobes . If we ask blanket for patients room service guys were getting angry.. canteen also not worthy. No good food and very expensive and not tasty though.It was frustrated days we spent over people tree hospital.PEOPLE TREES HELL SERVICE

Very very bad experience with Dr Ravi Sachidananda(ENT) In PT hospital, Gorguntepalya. Had multiple surgeries under him for Obstructive Sleep Apnea in the nose and throat in the past. Although, the surgeries didnt work in helping my condition, I wasnt sad about it. What made me angry is his attitude towards patients, when surgery outcome isnt as expected. He acted like he doesnt know who you are, and starts to gaslight patients psychologically, when he doesnt have the capability to treat the issue, and more importantly doesnt have the decency to accept that what he did didnt work. I would avoid him completely. The hospital is average and okay, in terms of facilities like ward, reception behaviour, food and customer service.

The covid vaccination was successfully completed at Peoples Tree hospital. I am happy I chose this hospital. The process was smooth. Staff very cordial.

From the day of my surgery I was there in a isolated ward for 15days were each day there were nursing staff who took care of me just like a new born baby I am so touched they were not just like sisters they cared my like my mother.. Solely based on my experience: the place is quite organised clean and the staff working here are quite professional. I had visited Dr Ravi Sachidanand for my Tonsillitis he was knowledgeable and well experienced. The medication he prescribed was good and it took care of my Tonsils issue.

Worst Service - In case of EMERGENCY also DONT GO there.PTID- PTH202100207709One of the worst hospital and management. Recently one of my close one got admitted to this hospital in the midnight, they will first ask advance amount, I said Im having insurance then employee said that here no cashless facility. Then I paid advance immediately. In the morning he said cashless facility available and asked for SUM ASSURANCE . Why they need sum assurance and all , Unnecessarily they will keep you in ICU and hospital..After discharge and insurance company cleared my bill , hospital has to refund my advance ,after a week also they are saying today tomorrow blabla... service also not at all good not hygiene .. you will find rats and cockroaches everywhere..

Visited for Vaccination. Super slow staff, we had to wait 30 minutes for payment when only 2 patients were there ahead of us.After payment they had another registry counter, where we had to wait 1.5 hours before getting the jab. They said they cannot proceed until 10 patients come since 1 vial is given to 10 patients. They were operating at 1/5 speed.Some of the staff didnt wear the masks properly.

Dr. Suresh Babu, surgical gastroenterologist is a wonderful surgeon and a magician. I got the best laporoscopic surgery from him. He knows exactly what he is doing and is very soft spoken, calm and composed. He answered all my queries and has done a wonderful surgery, I recovered fast. This is the best hospital for laparoscopic surgeries.The anaesthetic team Dr. Quadsia and Dr. Sunil were very supportive, and intensivist Dr. Sohini took the best possible care.Physiotherapists Pranitha and Bikas helped me to ambulate and recover fast and were excellent and patient with me, excellent dietician Miss Monisha who answered all my queriesI thank all the nursing staff, who took excellent care and were very compassionate and supportive.The hospital is well equipped and best doctors, best OT infrastructure and best nursing staff. Just got my vaccine here. Amazing experience. Got through all the process and the vaccine in 30 min.They have dedicated considerable resource to make this process smooth.After a terrible experience with columbia Asia Yeshwanthpur for my mothers vaccine where I had to wait for 5 hours this is a breath of fresh air.

For payment (revisit) i suppose to stand half an hour, some staff are good in response. But few of them are not responding properly
