I got Dr Namratha reference through a friend . My usual dentist was far away and considering the times we are in, I was naturally apprehensive regarding a) a new doctor b) waiting time. At the outset I found the doctor very well organized . There was rarely an overlap of patients . Waiting time was minimal..in our case.Secondly she was thorough..not in a hurry to complete her job . Even if it was uncomfortable to the patient, she waited and made sure that the dental work was complete.

I visited the Doctor with all the apprehensions of Root Canal.. like it will be very painful, will have a swollen face at one side, have to be on some liquid diet, also the pain will take weeks to get over😊. Needless to say nothing of that sort happened.In four sittings, it was done without any problem. The first procedure was done in the evening and I was in office by next morning. Even my office colleagues were doubtful that I did root canal a day before.I’m thankful to Dr. Namrata for removing my doubts and giving such wonderful treatment.

She cured my canine and premolar beautifully after a thorough investigation as could hardly remember my history of accident 10 yrs back. Terrible! Took my 3 year old to this dentist and had a really unpleasant experience. Without even taking an x-ray we were told to get root canal done without alternative. Upon asking whether it will be done under anesthesia, the dentist says that No anesthesia is needed, You need to sit outside and let us handle him and not disturb until its done. Hes 3 year old and he should understand. Wow! really?? I dont know what to say, if this was a way to tell that we dont want a kid as our patient. I took time to write this review cuz this will help others.

What made me visit Dental Conceptz is its proximity to where I live, located in the ground floor and ample parking option. Moreover, when I visited the clinic for the first time for an appointment the inner ambiance and the courteous behavior of the staff (Laxmi) was a great morel booster. When it comes to any dental issues, I am definitely going to be recommending Dr.Namratha and Dental Conceptz to anyone living around the area, and even to those who dont. I went to Dr. Namratha with a lot of issues and in a lot of pain. Apart from being thoroughly professional in diagnosing and coming up with a plan to fix my teeth, her over all personality and her reassuring nature, calmed me and overall make the usually horrendous visits to a dentist, completely enjoyable and fear-free. Had worst experience!!Last week I took my 4 and half years daughter after she fell down and her milk teeth got broken. I met Dr.Namratha, immediately took my daughter inside without even taking X-ray ,she was such a rude in her behavior and made us to stand outside and didnt allowed us to see what all she did. Later she said she did Root Canal and charged 3000/- all together.On the next day I took my daughter to another hospital, they took X-ray and found that Dr.Namratha havent done any Root Canal!! And said there is no point of fixing milk teeth for such a small kid!! Later I met Dr.Narmratha, she started blasting me for consulting another doctor!! And she said dental doctors whom I met doesnt have much experiences like her !! !!They are juniors!! They doesnt know anything !! She do agreed that she havent done Root Canal and its another type of half way Root Canal.. i was totally confused! Later I consulted few more dental doctors.. Everyone said the same ..No need to fix..The milk teeth..And v removed her teeth which has been fixed!! I request please dont ever go to DENTAL CONCEPTZ !! Because of her way of approach for a small things and filled her pocket without even thinking about the kid..And do think much money v spend each and every doctors we consulted because of Dr.Namratha!!

After weeks of throrough research, I took my wife (who had multiple issues with her teeth) to Dr. namrata. Boy, I was proud of myself and my research. Dr. Namratas approach was simple. Very bad experience..she is suggesting for root canal for milk teeth..she is taking X Ray when my daughter is crying because of pain ..instead of giving treatment for acute pain relief ..at least she can go for temporary filling to relieve pain ..very worst experience..when I entered clinic gums are not bleeding or swollen..you please don’t misunderstand my review respected madam..it’s not that much complicated case as you are explaining..
