Let your pimple turn into a tumor, for the money you spend taking rounds of Victoria Hospital.If this is the biggest hospital of Bangalore, then youd feel sorry and disappointed for Bangalore.Spend thousands on Infosys Lab tests as prescribed, hundreds on medicines as you wont find a single tablet in hospital pharmacy prescribed by doctors.

I would rate this as a third class hospital. Once when they admit the patient they would surely look deep and take good care but after the discharge none of the doctors would even care about you. Doctors are not even polite especially during the OPD hours. Worst hospitality services and poor doctors. These people keep only student doctors who are just new in work. Senior doctors wont be available at all times and no specialist doctors. Literally a cattle class hospital. Would admire the radiology department in Victoria centenary building and PMSSY building. Even the hospital has no system to handle patients and people need to stand hours together to consult a physician. Doctors think they are genuine. No proper wheelchair facilities and procedures here are just nightmare! Would suggest this hospital only for a stiff lads who can stand in que for hours together to consult a doctor. Only few doctors are polite. Like around out of 10 only 2 are polite and patient with the people. Would conclude saying that this is a cattle class hospital and just a landmark as an old hospital of bangalore which is of no use are the doctors here are dumbs who dont respond on time!!!

COVID Vaccination experience (18-44 yrs) at Victoria Hospital: We went for our vaccination at Victoria Hospital on 13th May. Booked a slot through cowin and got a preferred slot of 9 -10 AM. We reached 10 mins before 9 and there were ~50 people already in queue. Car and scooter parkin is right next to the building where vaccination is happening. The guards guided us to the parking. Car parking was Rs. 30 (to be paid during exit). Everything was quite disciplined and people were queued up following social distancing. Most of the queue was out in the open. This is good as we didnt have to stay indoors for long.The vaccination started at ~9:15 and the guard started sending people in batches of 5. Upon entering the building, we were first sent to the registration desk. They ask you the phone number used for registration followed by the secret key. Once done, they ask you to proceed towards the vaccination rooms which were at the opposite end of the registration area. Registration took less than 1 minute.Inside the room, there were two doctors and some support staff. They were very fast and swift and took 30 sec. per person to give the vaccination.Overall, we had a very good and smooth experience. Its recommended to go to this place for your jab. They are very professional and well managed.

Worst hospital and staff in nightshift took my dad life 😞 there is no one with him in covid ward , he was unable to breath at 5am he searched for doctors and nurse around him but no one was there and suddenly he did called us we went to hospital and shouted over there and the main nurse she telling us it’s not our ward to go and check 😡 oh god..!!after shouting and everything happened then they shifted him to ICU …After shifting ICU he is no more with us I don’t know what they have did with my father ..😞Note: Requesting to everyone please do not admit anyone in this hospital if they are suffering from Covid bcz no one care over there if patient dies or admitted ..So many already told us whoever admit in this hospital they are no more 😞Please I’m requesting management to look into this and take action if management only corrupted so we can’t do anything @bangalore @victoriahospital #bangalore

Hospital is well maintained.From soo many months im suffering from back pain, so i thought there will be well experienced doctors & advanced machineries in VICTORIA Hospital. But my imagination was wrong. Most of them are students/duty doctors.They dont even know what treatment to give. They are very poor in understanding the patient problem. Im highly disappointed & waste of time. I didnt get the solution for my backpain. Now I need to search for some good hospital & well experienced doctor.

Got my second dose of vaccine from here. I got into the que around 7am. They started distributing the coupon around 9am as scheduled. No foul play and no unnecessary pushing and uproar. I Got my coupon. Received my vaccine within 10:30-11am. They are giving both covishield and covaxin frist and second dose. 200 doses of each everyday.

Victoria Hospital is a cattle class hospital. It is not hospital but extension of K.R.Market. Worse, this hospital is trying hard to become Somalian or Ugandan or Eithiopian or an African hospital. Heres why:Doctors, Professors, Associate Professors, physicians dont come on time. Most of them think patients are cattles and buffaloes. Lunch time is 1.00 pm - 2.00 pm. But for some doctors, lunch begins at 12.30 pm and it goes on till 03.00 p.m or even more. Patients wait for hours and hours.Most of the doctors and physicians remain absent in OPD in afternoon. Accountability = 0.The peons, nurse, staff behave like Medical Superintendents. Dont know what is the real Medical Superintendent is doing or hiding.No phones work. By chance someone lift the phone, he/she doesnt know anything to guide patients. No sign boards within hospital premises indicating routes to different departments. Security at entry/exit harass like Hitler.Complaints wont work here. No doctor/physician/peon is scared of complaints. Influence and power works here. Or else Chamchagiri works. You should call doctors and peons compulsorily and equally as Sir and Madam, though none of them conferred the honour by Queen Elizabeth of UK.Many doctors/physicians here are very proud to travel to USA, UK, Canada, Australia and Japan. They are proud to display their foreign degree in their cards. But they are totally incapable and incompetent to keep their own countrys hospital like that in USA, UK, Canada, Australia and Japan.These foreign degree doctors have kept this Victoria hospital like African hospital or cattle class hospital.Education doesnt mean just degrees. Most of these doctors, Professors, Associate Professors, residents are uneducated, they treat patients like animals. Their mindset is cattle class.Not sure whether these doctors practice in private hospitals, because private hospitals in Bangalore are looting and money minting centres. No accountability. For such doctors and physicians, this hospital is just salary distributing center with zero accountability.Bangalorians feel like they are in Somalia or Uganda or Africa inside this cattle class Victoria Hospital. You can experience the joy of being cattle class only in this hospital.

I went there for Covid-19 Vaccination for my father.The gave Covishield Vaccine..What a wonderful treatment they gave!! Awesome!!They were very friendly from the reception itself and kept asking us about out health and kept guiding us...Sufficient staff is deployed for vaccinations..Cleanliness is also maintained..I feel I got better welcome, personal attention and care there than private hospitals..Salute to these guys.. I went here to get 1st shot of Covishield on 10th May. It was super quick. They didnt allowed anyone above 18+ without proper booking through CoWin. Entire process took 5 min. Nurse were helpful to know what can we do if we see any side effects.I hope they will continue their hassle-free and quick Vaccination drive..Thanks..!

We were alloted a oxygen bed here through BBMP. After seeing some negative reviews we were scared to admit our mom in that hospital. Many of our friends said that not to trust this hospital. We were also not sure what to do.. So we prayed to the almighty and decided to admit our mom in Victoria hospital. And we didnt regret the descion when we saw our mom came home so very well recovered.The hospital staff was very very caring and helpful taking care of all the people who were admitted there.. The doctors visited frequently and constantly monitoring the patients with utmost care. They gave very hygienic and fresh food everyday. And also they gave evening snacks. And also sufficient distance between beds.Overall its a very very good hospital and the treatment was done free of cost, we are greatfull for that.SUPER WORK VICTORIA HOSPITAL TEAM🙂👍🏥

I called the hospital to enquire about the COVID19 test results. It had been over 48 hours and the report was not uploaded. We wanted to travel within next 24 hours as the report will be valid in 72 hours time frame. I asked the receptionist to speak in Hindi/English as I did not know Kannada. She refused to talk in either of the languages and when requested to give the phone to someone who can help us, she disconnected the call. You are in a service sector where you ought to help people. The lady on the call kept on talking in Kannada and we had no choice but go through this misery.

Kindly higher authority of the hospital take care of corruption with staff and the way they treat patients with very carelessness for government hospital only poor people will come if they treat them cheap where they will go kindly take strictly action about careless nurse and lab technicians kindly first throw out from job such kind of cheap mentality people who work in public service without humanity ,track with camera and take strictly action.

May 13th 2021- My mother was covid positive and immediately we needed a bed as her oxygen level was dropping... Through BBMP we got a oxygen bed in Victoria hospital and they treated my mom very well. I am very thankful to this hospital she came home fine and is recovering very well. They gave my mom the right medicines, right injections and there was a doctor visit every few hours, constantly checking pulse and oxygen.. They treated the Covid patients very royally without taking a single penny... I am so ever grateful to see my Mom happy and getting recovered with such a great warmness from doctors and frontline workers. I never thought a Government hospital would do such a great service. A huge hospital in Bengaluru consisting of many a departments. Let me be frank that its a government hospital, dont expect hi-fi services, patient satisfaction here. But undoubtedly, its one of the best maintained hospitals in Bengaluru. I had been to the Dental department here and was thrilled and appeased with the service of the house surgeons, the volume of the dental chairs, the well maintained, sanitised building..... The prices are too cheaper, if you dont have the free services (being offered for SC, ST and BPL card holders). Its just RS. 10 for registration, RS. 20 for removing the tooth, RS. 50 for dental cleaning. Everyone can hope to avail the treatment. But reach the hospital by 9 am to complete all your check ups.

Worst experience. So cruel people in the hospital. I understand situation is worst due to Corona. Why do you miscommunicate and ask us to come and wait for the body, when its not possible. Waiting outside of hospital having health problems with out food, without water with kids in front of your hospital. When asked you will ask us to wait more so that body can be handed over to us. Finally you come saying body will be handed over to you by BBMP tomorrow. In this way Covid spreads 10 times faster due to the crowded people there. So it seems like not a hospital but covid and tension injecting center. Please avoid crowd, Manage properly. Communicate thingscorrectly properly to the public. My mother was covid positive and she was admitted in this hospital. During the treatment there was no proper hygienic care and worst facilities. My mother when discharged after a month came in the same clothes which she had worn on 3rd october she was drenched in urine from top to bottom. The doctors in the ICU facility told false reports that they were taking care of her. We have sent many needed supplies and clothes but none of them were utilized for my mother.Now she is a very critical condition and in ICU. I am writing this review so that people are aware of this kind of ill treatment and hoping that people raise their voice and make sure the govt facilities improve.

Victoria Hospital has a COVID19 test center. The tests are free and you dont need an appointment. You need to fill up a form, them theyll call you and take throat and nose swabs. You can check the results online with a link they send to you on SMS.

My mother was admitted for covid positive. And was in ICU and general ward for 1 month. No idea what treatment has been given. When covid negative they said u can discharge her. But she was in oxygen mask. She was in very pathetic and horrible state. Not even they have cleaned her.. was with the same dress one month ago. Though I have sent so many dresses and for changing.. toilets were very untidy and not cleaned at all. She has now got lot other complications added becoz of this and now very critical in private hospital. Iam not that affordable also to spend ....

Hospital is for treatment of bone deformities fractures especially orthopedic with best doctors, cheap and lowcost free scanning and x ray . One thing that make us wexed is waiting time, huge queue but best treatment with all modern technology

Never ever go to this hospital. Highly inexperienced, careless, negligent doctors are here. Kept going to this place for an injury for 2 months. It told me there is nothing to worry. They didnt even take an x-ray for an swollen hand and kept doing treatment for 2 months. Later injury got escalated as treatment was not proper and only way to cure was surgery:(. Such a traumatic hospital. Still fighting with the trauma.....Never saw such a horrible government hospital in life. But surely karma will come back to those who did this...

One of the worst hospital in Bangalore I have visited at 11 o clock to the hospital with the patient the patient was on stretcher doctor was sitting in the room but he was not interested to see the patient he left for the lunch the timing was 1 pm to 2 pm but the doctor left at 12:30 pm came back at 2:30 pm there was no response from the nurses and also has the same attitude. There are giving lots of trouble to the patient to go here and there . Being a government hospital it is not a public oriented hospital. Doctors should be more responsible and proactive on there duty, but its opposite .I suggest my friends and relatives not consult in this hospital. 😞

This rating is for gastro enterology department. My wife had Crohns and nobody was able to identify it for three years. By chance weve visited Victoria and got the best treatment. Dr. Vinay is truly one of the gems weve ever come across in the doctor profession. Were thankful to him.

Purely we can see the negligence towards the patient, There is no proper maintenance of appointments and token system for radiology. And common thing in every GOVT hospital is rude behaviour of the staff with patients. I have visited 3 times and still visiting the hospital to take MRI and they said patient Q is full & asking me to come next day on every time.There is no token and appointment system.

They give appointments to the patients, but the doctor will not be present on the given date, the reception is so worst that they only dont know doctors are present or absent. If we enquire over the phone they tell us to go n see I. The hospital itself. If people are coming from long way like Bellary hospet, how can they come to know doctors are available on the given dates or not.government must take the steps to handle all the conditions. Coz patients come for treatment not for enjoying there r8. Even cleanliness is also very bad. Government should take major steps so that even the poorest get a good medication on time.

Its an ocean out there and poor patients are made to run around a lot. God help you if you happen to be an out-of-state person and dont know Kannada...you will be put down in no time by doctors, staff, service staff & peons! Fees are extremely reasonable and affordable for even the poorest of the poor. Having said that, we didnt come across any request for bribes or corruption. Cash collection & registration counters are computerized. At the Anti Rabies Clinic, young doctors took charge and did their job efficiently, supervised by a Sr Doctor who asked if we knew Kannada or not. While we know the language, being residents of this beautiful city, a doctor in a public hospital has no business asking such a question, we feel! Keep your chauvinism outside, Doctore!
