I just wanted to gift myself a car on my birthday, never expected they would order a cake, play a happy birthday song and what not. Just unbelievable! Never buy any Ford car especially from cauvery ford they dont have customer empathy nor understanding the customer requirements .Ive been a customer of cauvery who bought a Ford figo 7years ago now as we moved on to other state I required a invoice to register the car here in other state , its been 2months Ive been doing follow ups with @fordindia as well with local dealer ,no one responds so better switch to other brands than buying ford .Now I can understand why they cant do great sales by having such a wonderful product its clearly because of their idiotic attitude.

I had a very bad experience with Cauvery Ford. I am not saying everyone goes through the same but I must share what I went through to let others know.I had booked a Ford Ecosport S, Petrol, Race Red in December of 2020 asking it to be specifically delivered on 1st April, 2021 because it was my sons birthday. I knew it was a slightly odd request but I couldnt see any issues with it and the sales and the managers assured me that they will be able to easily deliver on the date.I followed up in January and February to finalize the booking and it was all good. But when I called in second week of March to talk about financing they told me suddenly that they cant deliver on the date.I and my wife were thoroughly disappointed. I had repeatedly asked manager and sales to please take care of the date as I was booking early and I have no option but to conclude that they neglected me and were simply took me for granted.I was really specific about the date and as a result of their lackadaisical attitude I ended up cancelling my order. I might be 1 in 1000 cases where such things happen but I wouldnt recommend them all the same.

Different people will call for same reason. Although my service for scheduled finally, nobody turned up for the pick up and they dont even bother informing. To begin with, ford has been providing me a good service from start and i was happy with the service but what delights me is how helpful Vijay is (Cauvery ford Magadi road). Vijay has been handling my car service and i always left the service center delighted . Today he , as again, he handled my car service and did something which as not demanded from his job , which made me wow ! . I have a new service center close to my home but i took the pain of driving 20 km just so that Vijay handles my case and i must say it was worth it. Thanks to vijay again .

It been a wonderful experience being a proud owner of Ford Car. But one in lakhs I am experiencing a problem with my car since one year and it still there after two services also. I sure the problem would be rare and completed, but I would appreciate if someone from Ford would take a look at it seriously.

As has always been, Cauvery Ford never disappointed me. This time it was a major overhaul - replacement of clutch, all suspensions, engine mounts,etc. I am happy that I got it done. For a reasonable 50K, My car is as good as new now. Thanks Sachin for taking care
