Very bad experience with this branch, I have taken two lenses from here but one of it was defective and I have given it for replacement, later I called almost 20 times to know the status there is no response from the store people and after one week I visited to collect the lenses, when I saw I felt very bad, I dont know it is used one or anything else, I told it doesnt seem like new one but they are telling no its new one only 🙄. Very bad expenses!!!My spectacles got broken and as i have taken insurance, given spects back to claim.Its almost one month, there is no resolution yet, every time i go there they will tell like will call regarding update, there is no update.. no call.. totally irresponsible. Almost visited 10 times in last one month.Seriousness is not there at all, may be while purchasing only they will put attention.*BETTER DONT PUT EXTRA MONEY FOR INSURANCE, expenses to visit there store may be more than new spects*

This store number does not work neither do anyone elses personal number what they gave at store.Terrible delay on product getting delivered. I would highly recommend titan eye plus, shop next door. They provide glasses in 30 mins and frames are quite good in comparison to John Jacob ( it is a Chinese frame)

This shop has lot of varieties of design & colours. It has a free eye number checkup. The staff here are very cooperative ,informative & friendly. They will guide you in & help you in selecting the lens very well. The store is located in the Ground Floor of Park Square.

Good customer support. Could go to any shop, place order to be shipped to any address.. found an issue that different shops follow different policies regarding return and replacement.Lenses are not that great compared to outside.Their best blue cut lenses are much thicker than what you expect.

Without informing made me to wait 10 min, later if I ask how much time it will take he says 10 min again. Nobody bothered to provide service, I thought of buying one now. Looks these people have loads of business so ignoring potential customers.

Good collection of specs and sunglasses. We tried on a few specs. Staff were nice and helpful

Visited the store on 27/8 with my friend for eye checkup and get frames as well. Collection in the store is very limited, we tried to converse with the Sales guy but he was new and couldnt answer much to our queries. We browsed the frames on our own. While browsing the Premium section We asked another sales guy to explain the difference between the regular 1k frames in comparison to 3k premium frames.And I heard the most street cheap answer ever in a organized chain of retails Company ne kuch sochke ke hi price rakha hoga (Company must have thought something while pricing)We ignored the misbehavior and continued to look the frames on our own after sometime the same guy mentions that there is difference in quality and the premium ones have design from Italy.I told him very politely thats what I asked in the first place. I ignored the earlier behavior and inquired further about the frames but the behavior was very careless.I enquired about the delivery process of the glasses to be made and delivered. Guy mentioned it will take about 5-6 days which was new to me as I am buying glasses for the first time.He again gave a cheap answer Glasses chahiye toh wait karna padega warna kahi aur se lelo (If you want to buy glasses you have to wait else buy from somewhere else)I lost my patience at that moment blasted him and left the store.Horrible staff and the collection is limited as well, I would suggest to try other outlets for Lenskart.

1. Worst experience.2. Sales mans are not professional and they are not interested in sales.3. They dont know how to do eye test.4. they are them self claiming like their eye checkup reading will be not correct. In that case why they should do eye checkup in their branch.

Staffs are very rude and not friendly at all. They are not trained and dont know how to behave with a customer. I dont know about other branches but I recommend not to go to this lenskart at park square Mall. I ended up with a bad experience.

When I went to pick up my specs, I gave my phone to the sales person to take down the order ID. When I came back and accidentally checked my phone browser and found that he has submitted the feedback on my behalf and has given 5 out of 5 stars in all category. This is really pathetic!!

The sales guy seemed aloof at best, rather he was not interested in sales. Obviously after being actively discouraged by the sales person we ended up at lenskart, whitefield main road branch, and were pleasantly surprised by a spirited and customer focused sales staff at the whiefield branch .

Since last days I am vising their store for eye test & BUYING SPECS, bu they everytime telling their eye test specialist is not avaiable & they cant do eye test after 7:30 pm.Collection of specs in the store are very less.
