I thought I am partnering with a logistics company who is technologically strong. But I was wrong...1. Created my company account via their online web portal long time back.2. Recently decided to create my first receiving shipment, got thru the process and got the Booking reference, Shipment Number and also a confirmation email.After 24 hours of elapse of the scheduled pickup there was no update to the status, it stood still at collecting. Now after 72 hours I am given to understand that the consignment is cancelled internally citing the reason that the account is deactivated. Thanks TNT for wasting my precious 96hours on a consignment which was critical to me.The funny part is the website does not show any of these information update, so someone who is relying on the information provided in your account on the TNT.com website is under delusion. Caveat Emptor, buyer beware. If there was an option to give negative rating I would have given negative 5
