UNRELIABLE/ I lost part of my parcel / they said they will retreive it/ one year on -STILL material not received. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS YET APPROACHED ME TO ENQUIRE, it is only i who follow up. Judge for youselves.

Transferred the vehicle very safely but there is no proper packaging.. It was just packed with two sheets of plastic cover and full dirty when I received the vehicle. I paid 1600 rupees for packing, transferring and unloading but still while receiving the vehicle they ask for 100 rupees and they are not ready to provide receipt for that. It should be taken care by Management and necessary action against these employees. Because it spoils the name gained by KPN services.

That parcels are being moved on behalf of unregistered traders using our Company Name and GST Number, which our management team has communicated to your Salem Head office General Manager & Manager over phone.....But it looks like they are not interested in solving the issue......Also we find that when we book with our original bill also our GST number is not mentioned on the LR copy which is mandatory as per GST rules......Copy of the LR for our booking made with you and their is no Consignor GST Number mentioned has been attached herewith for your kind reference

Very Very Bad Service from KPN, i have done my two wheeler parcel to thirunelveli, while loading vehicle was good condition, at the time of deilvery my vehicle got damaged, they have broken my bike Mask which was cost around Rs.650, they charged for vehicle transfer Rs.1700. i am not able to give below 1 star, they were not suitable for even 1 star, if you want to go vehicle transfer dont go with KPN. other parcel services will take less amount.

This street has many other parcel services also. I used KPN service to transfer my bike from Bangalore to Chennai instead of taking in Train due to tedious process/connectivity or riding due to bad weather. I paid 1800 at the office and got receipt for both parcel- 1200 and Package, loading and unloading - 600. I sent it on Friday evening and received it on Monday. When I went to get my bike, they asked another 100 for unloading but I said I have already paid 600 and showed the bill. They told it should be 400 + 100. Then gave some 10 Rs to guy who unpacked and I left. While riding on speed breakers l found some noises and my clutch handle broken. I replaced it for another 60 bucks.

Abnormal charges.for Same box same item volume/wt they charged 150% higher cost to transit to Chennai from BLR. But from chennai Same kpn charged less for 1:1 Vol/wt and item. When questioned shop person showing Chennai receipt, he told they are franchise.

My experience, I had to parcel my bike to Chennai . They charged me 1800 Rupees including packing charges. It only took 5 minutes. And you need RC book/card Xerox and insurance Xerox.The only thing is they informed me that the receipt which they gave me has to be produced while collecting my bike in chennai and no soft copy or scanned copy or allowed . So I had to sent the courier in receipt to chennai.The last part could have been better .The employee was friendly.

DO NOT GO FOR THIS PARCEL SERVICE!Bangalore to Chennai parcel:Cost for cycle - Rs. 600Cost for bike - Rs. 1800For the amount they charge, they dont care about your property! I gave my bicycle to be transferred to Chennai, it arrived 3 days later than the date they had mentioned. The front brakes were shattered and the mudguard was broken. When asked, they simply said they are not responsible for any damage caused during transportation. I have come across other people complaining about broke parts in their vehicles as well. Very poor service!

They dont care about bike body safety. Some or the other body part will be damaged.

Worse service. My parcel from chennai to bangalore took 4 days where they promised over night service and got 600rs over all. Now its 4th days and both my parcels are 2 different places in bangalore. Again I need to wait for 1 day to get both in K.R.Puram office. No wonder they stand very poor in service. Never trust KPN again, be it for travel or for parcel service.

We have booked parcel to Munner on 1st Oct, till date item as not been moved, To track the parcel , if we call them they will not respond to our call ( landline or mobile ), when we visited office parcel is still keep as side. after 5 days they are telling item will not ship, Poor service.

Utterly disappointed and fuming that they lied to about delivery time, none of the printed numbers were reachable and no one gave us a answer as to where the parcel is or when it will reach.Booked a parcel with them from Bangaore to Coimbatore after they said the parcel will reach by 9:30 am the next day.. At 10 :30 am, the next day, it still hadnt reached and the guy at Coimbatore office kept asking us to call the Bangalore number to track the courier. And all the numbers printed on the LR sheet weret reachable, even the Complaint mobile number. After I reach one mobile number through google results, he says, I will know only after I reach office. It was 11 am by then. And no one with an answer as to when the parcel will reach. The one star, because I received a sms when the parcel was picked up. Will use it again only when I dont need it before noon. On second thoughts, I could just use regular courier and have it door-delivered by then.In contrast, I had booked through SRS, the previous day and picked up by 8 am.
