Worst service center I have ever come across. They just refuse to accept packages, citing unexplainable policies. They say they wont accept packages above certain price for most the regions. If you still want to send, they would charge exorbitant charges. On asking to talk with their manager, they guy told me he is traveling, and would reach in half hour. On still forcing to speak with the guy, he finally shres his number. And I can hear his kids crying in the background (the guy lied to me that he was on his way). The manager too didnt give any explanation for the high prices and their so called policy. Most of their employees are sitting outside, idling away (see attached photo), and no one is their at their counter ever. You have to request on of the guys sitting outside to attend to you at the counter.

I wish I could give a more else star if therewas an optional, even not getting it why clients offers bluedart express for their customers services,the survey and delivery is unprofessional

I would say that this is a ok ok vist experience. You would have to wait some time for the courier person who had called you to com and attend you.One thing I can appreciate is that, when youre notb at home or nobody is there to collect your courier, the give us a option to visit their office before sending it back.

AVOID BLUEDART. Lethargic service... Delivery boys donot make any effort to locate the address. They simply say incorrect or incomplete address. But Amazon & Flipkart people never had any problems.

The worst courier service !!Blue Dart’s Courier Policy is simple.Book a courier —> Take money —> Mark Consignee not available without even calling once —> Return courier.If you have all the time in the world to follow up with them, you should opt for their serviceI as usual placed a requested for a new card with my bank. Within a day or two I got a notification that my card was dispatched via blue dart with a courier number.After this I was expecting the card to be delivered. Finally when I did not see it, I saw that they have update that the consignee not available. I was shocked as every time they attempted the delivery, I was at office. It was finally returned to the bank.I once again requested the bank for a card and the same process followed where they sent it via blue dart. This time I was extremely aggressive in tracking the card because it was my debit card and I needed it urgently.I was shocked to see the same process. Blue dart just kept updating that consignee not available. Finally I happened to call up blue dart and ask what happened to my courier. The person told me they would send and as usual nothing happened. Finally I had to go collect it.Moral : in case you want the order, pls go collect it from the center.

Call center number does not work, nobody responds, direct numbers are missing. Delivery person phone number does not work, they promise to deliver and then dont deliver. Waited for some time with a packet for my turn, due to COVID. I think they are not open for pan india deliveries. The lady was quick to 7nderstabd that Im couriering Laptop asked for pin code. The lady who sits here asked me to pay 1500 bucks for a package. I went to some other blue dart office and it was done only at ₹420. This is the quality of service they provide. They will loot you if you are not aware of the procedures.

Totally uncooperative staff. I wanted to courier a laptop. First she said it needs bubble wrap. Fair enough. I got it. Then she said i need to get a card board box. When i got one it was too large. Then i got a smaller one. I wrapped it up. Then she changed her mind and said they cant guarantee safe hahandling unless i get it packed up in the original box that it was bought in. WTFH!!!

Just reviewing this particular office . The lady who sits at the front office didnt accept my courier by saying reason that it is not packed properly and she needs the address should be in Printed format as well. Same courier i have send it from Blue Dart BTM 2nd Stage with out any issues and delivered successfully . At Kormangala office this lady , is Not committed to the job and waiting to push customer from office by saying non sense excuse . Not professional as well

Worst Service for a Premium Price. Never receive courier on time. Delivery Guy ask to change the PIN Code so it will be convenient for them. Blue dart wake up.. take customer feed back. Attached is the Tracking , check how the courier is roaming in Bangalore from last 6 days with out delivering to customer.

Very efficient, but rates are exhorbitant

Renowned name in courier industry but service is not up to the expectations of the customers. In case we are not a home, we need to collect it from their office. Before handing over the courier they request for ID proof, good practice but customer should be informed about it in advance, not when are about to procure their package.In case we dont have ID proof, we need to visit them again.

Worst courier service.Here the delivery guys are from different planet and dont know any address in earth. My address is so close to their office and still they cant deliver and give some junk reasons for not delivering the courier.Even new courier players in market are promptly delivering packages even without telling/guiding them to reach the correct address. Blue dart even after being in this business for so long are still not up to the mark.Grow up Blue dart. Learn how to do business from other courier companies.

Horrible service. You don’t expect anything on being delivered by them on time . Only way to get there attention is by making call to customer care which works only during working hours. If your article is not moving for couple of days. It’s better to collect it yourself. For me, it took more than a week, after several complaints to get it delivered.

Previously there service was really good. But don’t know what has happened suddenly. I was about to receive a credit card. It had reached their hub but they didn’t send it out for delivery. I went there in person to collect. They said they can’t deliver at the store as per bank rules. I came back respecting Their rules. In courier history blue dart had good name, but now service is very pathetic, particularly this branch very unprofessional behaviour with the customers, if they dont want franchise they can give to others or blue dart itself can take decision and can give to others. Better if any one wants to use urgent courier opt for others who are more professional than blue dart. Horrible service.They never try to contact. I didnt receive even a single call from the delivery executive. When you try to trace your parcel online, you will find a unique excuse mentioned each time. This time it was consignee not available.I received a text message from bluedart informing me that Delivery of your parcel will be attempted today. To trace your parcel click the below link.As soon as you click on the link you will find they have already chosen a reason for not being able to deliver the consignment. And to no ones surprise it would be the customers mistake.This will repeat for few days. Then a lady will call to say the delivery boy tried to deliver your parcel but you seem to have moved to another address hence we cant deliver your consignment.The lady will not listen any thing you have to say but disconnect the phone. Worst experience with bluedart specially with HSR hub. There executive are posting fake status saying fake address. Twice i have faced the Issue not able to contact there toll free too. Sent a mail till now no response . Better close your business.

No proper response from the courier team. My package delivery date is 01-0ct-2019 and today is 03-oct-2019, till now I didnt received the card. They update my status as consignee is not in the given address. I didnt get any call from the courier boy and those people are simply sitting in home and updating wrong status. Not only this time Everytime the same situation. Worst service please close your service and choose some other business with great values

The delivery person called saying he reached the bakery near my place but he cant climb 2 floors stairs. I guess door delivery is not an option!! Pick up from bluedart courier office is best,but remember to carry a government issued ID card like Aadhaar.

After 10-15 attempts care executive will respond to you.(-)2. Almost all the Contact numbers of regional offices are invalid.(-)3. No message intimation will come to your registered mobile number from Blue dart(-)4. When by Gods Grace I could finally contact the care team, the lady sitting there is not ready to listen to me. Rather I have to listen to her. Surprisingly all the times I called, the same lady speaks. It seems they are having only one (May be Max ten) care executives.(-)5. Finally, feeling helpless and tired, I contacted another office( I found a valid number this time!!!! ). I found a gentle man this time. But!!!! he again advised me to talk to customer care help line. I almost fainted by realizing that I have to talk to the same lady !!!! OMG

Very poor service. They are not delivering to the exact address. And keep on telling that attempted twice and failed. They are not providing their number also.

Worst courier service ... They will never call you and will mention consignee is unavailable or unable to find address and return your courier without any update. Sometimes they will mention delivered but it is never delivered. You have to continuously follow with them, call them, raise the complaint. Write an email and follow with them again and again.It is better to book courier with local courier service.

Blue Dart service might be good. But they charged too much for card delivery apox. 500rs. But give guarantee for next day delivery in India. So it depends on customers what they want.

The receptionist lady was helpful and understand the need of the customer. At the same time, the center head and other persons (who deliver the parcels) are most disgusting. They tell wrong informations about the delivery schedule.

Worst delivery service I have ever come across. They do not even contact my registered number but falsely update the status as Consignee could not be contacted. This has happened several times to me and the order is undelivered and I have to physically go myself to the outlet to pick up my order! My phone is working perfectly fine but they claim that there was network issue with my phone and call could not be connected. How come the other delivery services are able to contact me with no issues? Ridiculous.

If you have really very urgent courier. please do not expect from BLUE Dart delivery staff that they will deliver you on time. This is biggest issue with delivery boys and company must take some strong action on these delivery boys to maintain their reputation.

Pathetic service, After me following up on the consignment and giving the correct address, they failed to deliver the package! I still see the status that the address is incomplete and landmark is not available. Why cant they just call the customer once they are in the area and ask for the address, if they are not aware of the exact location!!! I would rate this as the worst service provider.

Its very hard to get the contact details in case you need to know about your courier. Their landland doesnt function. Neither their call centre also functions properly. But once you reach office ( if you have time) you will find receptionist a bit friendly though not proactive.

I was waiting in house to receive courier, but the BlueDart person mentioned the status as consignee not available at 7pm. Next day also not delivered and mentioned the status as restricted area.BlueDart delivery boy not called to my number. Address is leading apartment and BlueDart is unable to delivery in time.I registered complaint in BlueDart website couple of times. After complaints and follow up, delivered on third day.Need training to the BlueDart delivery boy i.e to call the consignee phone number in case of not in home etc.,Only 2 star because of late delivery and not calling in consignee when delivery boy near to the delivery address
