Its located very near to Sheshadripuram College and RMZ mall. Their office is very clean, sanitized and well maintained. The staff was also very good and friendly. The service was great. Do carry cash with you as their card machine and UPI service are not working at times. There is also an ATM nearby in case you need cash.

Affordable and fast delivery service, easy to track the consignment, trustworthy. I have sent my documents from Banglore to pune and I asked for 24 hrs service. I thought it would be a bit costly but I need them to be delivered urgent. But it just cost me only Rs 375. The weight of my consignment was aroun 500g. But it reached there safely and before the expected time.

Very rude lady at the counter. Hopeless service. Charges for domestic normal courier is more than Rs 500. Atleast post office people have decency and profesionalism in their work.

Delivery staff is always in a hurry and whenever one step out of home, they arrive for delivery without any prior intimation. Requested him to wait for 10 mins for me to arrive home, but he didnt and returned my parcel. No response to repeated calls.

Outgoing service might be good, but delivery is pathetic. They make one to walk-in to thier office to collect your package. Office landline is out of order, no way you could reach out and check if the package is scheduled to delivery. Disappointed with your service.

Just one person ahead of me in the queue at about 5.00 pm in the evening and it took about 20 mins just to hand over a small envelope that was to go to Mumbai. And for all the trouble, the courier charges were more than Rs. 500/-.Value for money? Not sure. May be Speed Post was a better option that would have come at a nominal cost of about Rs 50/- but then they were open only till 2.00 pm

Incorrect address mentioned in website causing inconvenience to public. Without attempting to deliver, message was sent informing incorrect address. Need to change the attitude.

They returned the package that I sent saying the destination has shifted. I checked with the receiver and he confirmed that the address is correct. After 3-4 days i got call from blue dart asking for receivers phone number, which i provided and later found out that the receiver did not even receive a call from bluedart. What is that purpose of asking for receivers phone number if you will not be contacting him. Rather for them I think its just easy to return the package. So with no mistake from my side I paid for a return trip of the package, so that the package can just travel till the destination and come back to me. Worst service.

Dont use bluedart.....they do not have any customer to branch communication......they only have a centralised calling system......so in case they misplace your item or anything happens out of the ordinary(which is highly probable) you are left with no choice other than to visit the nearest office physically......then also you would be lucky to find the staff friendly or helpful.....most of the time they dont even deliver it to the person it is meant for.....I am a Defence employee and they have managed to upset my superiors and colleagues multiple times without any compensation(not that I/we were asking for any).....as a matter of fact its a common practice in my place of work to avoid BlueDart at all costs ......

Pathetic customer centricity. Today(Saturday) I visited Yelahnka store at 8.25pm expecting that it will be open till 9pm. When I reached the location, the store was closed and people inside started arguing today is Saturday and we close the store at 8.15pm. And denied to take any deliveries. They charge us above than the market price and this kind of behavior is not acceptable.

In fact from Yelahanka Blue Dart Office to Jakkur to Deliver my Consignment, am waiting since 12th December 2017 and its 16th December 2017 today, the status online says, house locked !!!!!!!!!!! To my Surprise, we havent gone anywhere since last 4 days & waiting for this important Consignment to get received... As a Professional Courier Agency so called BLUE DART, WHY CANT ANY RESPONSIBLE FELLOWS FROM YELAHANKA BRANCH CONTACT MY MOBILE NUMBER & RETRIEVE FOR DELIVERY ??????? Wierd people in this area. I had to book two pieces of items around 15 kgs each. When I reached this place an adamant person an the counter foced me submit my goods near the police station blue dart courier counter. Which is small , no parking there and it was nightmare shipping the items. There was only one single lady at the counter and she was not even able to lift the carton. Use some sense when you ask people to go here and there.
