The place where you can drop your couriers, like everyone was bit confusing when you search a bluedart courier nearme, the one on TC palaya road is only for delivery and this is the office where you can send couriers. My suggestion to specify to avoid confusion later

I enquired from customer service for cost of my parcel and was told Rs 540...I went to the counter and the lady told me Rs 690..when I told her that the customer care informed me that it will cost Rs540, surprisingly she immediately agreed for Rs540.I advise everyone to call bluedart customer care cell and enquire before booking from this counter, otherwise you will unnecessarily endup paying more .

My way bill number is 38342398732 and the parcel was to be reached on 22.02.2021. Today the tracking says the premises is closed at 9.39. where as our office opens at 9.00am. Cant understand what the hell is happening. Atleast there is a number on the parcel and cant your person call is he such an .

Poorest service available- blue dart dispatched my courier 3 days back, everyday I got a msg saying it will arrive today. Never came. I called cust service, they said I was non responsive. THEY NEVER CALLED!! I collected the details of where my courier was held went to this office at 4:30pm and they said their delivery service department closed at 3 pm and asked me to come next day. After making a scene they gave my courier. Dissatisfied 100%

Today I had visited Blue Dart office near Kalyan Nagar around 6.30pm to send an urgent parcel.Good and Fast Service by team. I want to appreciate a front office staff, name I dont know, who assisted me with quick service. Very much appreciated.

Very scarcely staffed. One one lady keeps running around every where. Moreover shipping charges are extortionate!! Was asked to pay 3.5k for a parcel of 2.8kg. I got it shipped from another courier for 1/4th the price! Ridiculous pricing!! Whatever respect appreciation I had for Bluedart has all but gone! Would never recommend this courier to anyone! There is also no proper parking facility for a 4 wheeler...Would have given a ZERO rating if it was available.

Supportive staff, little small place so waiting time is more if there are more than 2 people in the store. Payments are accepted in cash as well as credit/debit cards. UPI payment method is not available but if needed, they try to help with that too.

Very bad service. Can deliver the product to well defined address, they updated status as un-noticable address. WHAT A JOKE!!, they didnt even call me.I never had issue with Flipkart Amazon or any other services. Address is so detail that, they directly reach my home and thn call.

Very bad service, the delivery man almost threw my documents saying its already delivered to me, had to catch him red handed visiting his office in Kalyan Nagar.

They made me wait as the person has gone for lunch that to around 3:30 in the noon. they weighed the parcel.. enquired everything.. then asking is there some valuable inside.. any valuable inside.. then saying if no then we can courier it. What kind of immaturity is that? Valuable that the reason we send it through courier.

One star less for the extremely expensive nature of this courier service. Other then that, I really find any flaws here. This is by far the best courier service in town. Their normal deliveries are never late and their express deliveries are really quick.

Honestly this is one of the most horrible, pathetic, unorganised, unprofessional, useless, merciless, unreliable courier services. I was asked to come to their office and collect my courier. What next, u will ask me to go to the destination and deliver it by myself. Please do not use this courier service. A useful office when we want to send urgent parcels using Blue dart.Some place is there to park your vehicle in front of the office which is very important consideration these days.But the handling by the front counter to send out letters/parcels is quite slow and they should add additional person there.If you have access to concierge service in office then better to save time and use them to send out Bluedart.

Delivery executives are frauds. They wont even attempt to deliver to the address or even a call, but will mark as attempted for delivery and cancel the order.

Courteous staff, but it gets crowded sometimes. The road in front is dug up and has no parking as such. Youll need to park a little away and walk down to the office. Hopefully the road should be done up by the end of the year. :-)

Whenever the product is out for delivery they wont call me nor make an effort to come to my location to deliver the product. Very Poor Service. The deliver person come in their time. They dont bother to call before coming.I tried calling the customer service, the IVR is not responding properly. After a long time the call transferred to a executive and hung up the phone saying that my voice is not audible. There is a deduction of Rs 10 for the call without any solution.The deliver boys should be trained properly regarding the basic things. Customer will not do their personal works according to their timings. They should come in customers preferable time.

This center is good. Most of the times, delivery boy fakes the status as you are not available. Then you can collect from here, saying delivery boy told to collect.

Different information on the Rates is recorded on the English Voice Automated Message System when I first called, and again different information given when I spoke to the customer service person (Usha) and even after agreeing and complying with all terms and paying rs400 + additional rs150 (express delivery charges) of a box weighing LESS THAN 1 KG... I received a call from another person saying that the measurement of the box was over 2 kg.. (quote /unquote ) and demanding additional rs700 to complete the consignment delivery to Chennai !! ALL THIS TAKING PLACE AFTER MY PARCEL WAS ALREADY TAKEN FROM ME AND MONEY PAID!! Now ...I think I have lost my parcel, the precious items within as well as the rs550 paid initially. This is a fraudulent company out to cheat ,especially helpless foreigners who are not familiar with the local language. I think the few Reviews saying this company is good, are friends and family of the owner.. Just read ALL the reviews; most are bad.

I have gone to the store and collected all of my courier till now what ever was supposed to get delivered to me. The delivery boy to my location says address is wrong, but I receive all other courier even online orders correctly. Blue dart s delivery service is exceptionally good. But its very difficult to track the order as they havent provided correct contact number of the office and they do not respond well.
