WORST SHELL IN BANGALORE!Had been to get a full tank diesel ,as I was on the way to MYSORE, the gun stopped several times in a span of filling up ,later few of the people who were near by said ,the staff are doing the same from long time inreturn they could fill Less fuel ⛽ and cheat ppl.The manager MAHESH was so rude when questioned by a broken gun is still running,he answered rudely to leave .

Contrary to the other reviews, Shell has always made it clear what petrol theyre filling to me. They do have an inspection to check your oil levels at times, but that no way distracts the customer. They make it clear to you what type of fuel is being filled, what amount and make you check the 0 reading before begining to fill.They also offer oil change service. The advantage of getting your oil changed here is that you dont have to pay the labor charges that you usually would. Theyre mostly well stocked with the oils, filters, lubricants and essentials for all vehicles. Id advice you to check the bottle for seal before they proceed with the service and confirm the price too.The service is fast and adequate. They do recommend some other products for your vehicles, but theyre not to pushy. They also have vehicle cleaning products and a small store for food items in here.

I have always visited Shell for filling up petrol. Yesterday, while filling up the petrol, as they always ask for oils etc, I asked them to have a look. The service person showed that the engine oil need replacement.While giving out the options, he asked me if I wanted a regular one for 2k or synthetic one at 3k. I opted for regular one. But while draining the fuel, he asked again about the synthetic one at 3k and I now asked him to fill the synthetic one. He also said that there was Rs. 250 discount on it.Once the service was done (was quick), when I reached the payment counter, I looked at the bill -- they were charging 3800 for the synthetic one -- 800 more than I was told. I asked the cashier, he said that the price is 3800 and 3000 -- there might have been a mistake.I told the cashier that it NOT a mistake but a deliberate way to charge more as I and my family all heard 3k twice -- not 3.8k. The manager of the shop probably knows this scheme well and tried to give some discount -- while trying to tell that I have to cut the discount from the service persons salary -- ensuring my sympathy.This is the worst I got from Shell anywhere. My suggestion is to upsell but NOT cheat on this upsell. I spend almost 6-10k on fuel each month -- will move it elsewhere.

The fuels here are best like those fuels are value for money.

Best place to refuel on the Kanakapura main road. They have a small supermarket where you can get things for the road trip. Staff is nice. I have got my oil changed here several times and great experience so far. You do get variety of wiper blades for car. Engine coolant is available as well.

Fuel is bit costlier than HP, indian oil or BP. Theres a difference of six rupees on petrol per litre. But as I heard from many people saying, there will not be any impurities added to fuel in shell, so that we get a pure fuel. Because of that the cost is at the little higher side. As per my opinion its better to go with shell.

This petrol pump is on the Kannakapura main road, the staff is polite and the petrol pump is clean. They can have the POS handy

You be assured of quality of fuel provided by shell. I personally have experienced better engine performance and enhanced milage. Also, you will observe significant difference the way staffs will great and help you. In addition to refueling, they provide easy replacement of engine oil and oil filter, along with air filter cleaning. I would recommend every car owner to try V-Power petrol, it is just magical to your car.

Fuel is nice but 5rs is more compare to other petrol bunk... The quality will be good compare to all other bunks.... The two wheeler line is more and the two wheeler customers want to spend minimum 30minutes are more than that time here....

While filing petrol for car, one guy from left asks for how much petrol, other guy on right will distract you by saying wiper change needed. So that first can fill petrol without resetting reading.Then after filling they say its power petrol.

Shell is always better than most of the other fuel stations, the wait is a bit long because everyone wants to fill the tank fully.Very well maintained and good staff.

1. It Is at a good location, on Kanakpura road before Nice Road and 24 hr filling station.2. I have been filling fuel here since 3 years and no issues till now.3. There needs few more Air Filling stations as there will be huge Que.4. Logistics planning needs improvement as quite often the normal fuel would be exhausted and operator plugs in Vpower.

Good place to fill fuel for you vehicle. Clean fuel which helps vehicle greatly and also gives better mileage. Decent service, generally crowded so better to visit early morning or late in the evening if you dont want to wait longer.

Correct fuel filling. Good workers. Not very crowded. Restrooms as well.

Bad company shell

You can rely on the quantity and quality as per my experience. Since I fill here most often and staff is polite. But it depends to customer to customer.

Situated on NH29 and less than a kilometer from the NICE Road, Shell Petrol Bunk on Kanakapura Road is managed and run by some very polite and courteous attendants.Apart from selling Petrol and Diesel, the bunk also has a small store where you can purchase munchies and cold drinks. Theres an oil-check station and an air filling station as well. They accept payment in card as well as cash.

The reason to go here is there Unleaded petrol is good..

I frequent this fuel station whenever I require to fuel up my vehicles. It is my preferred place. The attendants are curteous and respectful and the quality and quantity of the fuel is very good

I feel this particular bunk is not upgraded. For example you need to still go in queue for filling air. Not the case in newer bunks

Cheapest attitude Today I visited shell petrol bunk their employee name is pallavi I told to fill petrol 200 before I visted one 2wheeler filled 100 Rs. In front of me only in my turn I opend watching meter its running 101/- its not truned 0 directly started 101/- I am asking shouting but their are silly reason she is having language problem OK fine I talked in hindhi but that girl replies give me how much you have I started asking to manager he come and told me come I will show CCTV OK I moved to office their also seeing same thing what I told but their making cool lastest bagger if you go to shell please check zero my advise please dont make Fool to customers single rupee also very difficult to earn Bad attitude

Be aware that they dont push premium grade petrol on you unnecessarily. They say that the usual grade petrol is exhausted. Otherwise quality and quantity is the very reason I always go there Shell.

They will not ask whether we need normal petrol or premium petrol. After filling the petrol we will get to know that they have filled premium petrol. Very bad experience

They filled 40.85ltrs diesel in a tank of 40ltrs, also tank already had 8ltrs!! Shell is doing miracles. Why pay more if they also cheat?!

Workers are good as and i saw this one is good spacious petrol bunk and they r providing glass clean service freely which we cant get in some other bunks they sell some cookies n some snakes fr their coustmers, oil change facility also available.
