Very bad experience, on september 11th 2021 i had visited this shop to purchase some beauty products, i have purchased for 2536 rupees and bill number is Bill No. 120012122007178 , i wanted maybelline products so the lady who was near maybelline cosmetics i went near that place, she was attending another customer so i waited with patience so that she finishes and comes back to me, but that lady who was there to guide and sell maybelline products she was very rude, like i personally felt she was seeing face and judging people and she was not ready to show me or give any trails of foundation and concealer, once she finished attending that previous customer she started showing me the products while we were discussing another person came to buy concealer, she immediately took moisturizer in cotton and started showing trails to that other customer and she left me there waiting, infact that otber customer asked this selling lady like u were attending her i guess she managed and continued guiding other lady only.....i felt too bad, i even felt like why did i come to this shop, i should have gone to nykaa or something, and since i had many products to buy i had made a list and i was seeing that list in my phone, again this maybelline selling lady she said rudely if u r buying online we wont even show the products like i wasnt even had an idea to buy online, i wanted to see properly n buy it in shop, over all this one lady ruined my peace of mind that day and her behavior has made me feel like i would never want to visit that orion malls health and glow shop. She was really rude, too much judging. Kindly inform the selling people of guiding people to do their job with integrity, there will be many customers who wouldnt know anything about make up or itll be their 1st time buying, and such selling and guiding people are really not helpful and it is so disturbing and annoying. I wish health and glow considers my review.
