Westside needs no review.. By far one of the best stores to visit and do your shopping... Latest goods are always available...Only concern is about Covid protocols we could see many staff members roaming with mask down... Hope management takes this thing seriously ans makes staff member to wear mask compulsory

We went to Westside today to buy some cloths, I found there employees trying to cheat customer and when informed they didnt bother. 1st they refuse to allow trail of mens formal shirts and kept giving some trial shirts which we tried but when we bought the same size and stuff of the actual one it does not fit properly. After informing them they are like it should and just left it like that. At the billing counter again, the billing guy tried to get us to enrol saying you would get discount and when asked about details was super vague. He only wanted to enrol us in the program even after saying we had no intention and outright lied to us faces as we got to know there was no offer or impact on our purchase. Didnt expect this from the store.

The varieties of clothes have increased. But there was massive crowd. May be because of upcoming festivals. I have also noticed that although varieties were many. Quantity of each variety were limited.

The problem with this place is the folks who are alloted to help you They just dont bother. The only stuff that concerns them is folding the clothes. For me I come here only of I need to buy something quickly . The qualities of Westside staff is completely missing here. Would never want to come to shop . For franchise that boasts of high standards this showroom is an utter disappointment .

Generally I had good experience in the westside however this time somehow a bit disappointed from the services offered. Cash counter staff were busy in their work. At the alteration time iron was non functional, above to all didnt feel much confident to turnup again in Forum Mall outlet. Hope feedback goes in the management eye they will act upon.

A good place and value for your money. Good range of products, but the Manager at the cash counter was very arrogant, even the CEO will not be this arrogant. Please train this guy to be a bit more courteous to the customers. He thinks he owns the store.Be ready for a bad experience at the cash counter at this store as this guy makes you repent shopping at this store.

This store has huge collection of western type clothes and nice collection of Shoes, mules, sandals, slides, kolapuri chappals and flip-flops. Canvas shoes varities are available.Covid protocols are strictly followed here.

Loved this store. One of the larget Westside store that I have been to. The collection for every department is fantastic. The ambiance is excellent too and with enough checkout counters. Worth visiting every month or so.

Westside of forum is having really nice collection of clothes and crockery, clean hygienic staffs are maintaining all guidelines only Their billing severs are so slow that it takes approximately 15 mins to bill one customer which is very tiring to wait in a queue

Firstly very less variety of collection and at the billing, almost forced to apply for membership.

Best collection. But its bit expensive. Compared to other brands this place have affordable clothing.

Overcrowded, had to wait for 45 min in queue for billing as only 3 billing counters were working but yes good collection of garments accessories and home decor.

Very bad salesman. They forcefully gave me their loyalty card even when i had said no for that. They added it in my bill swiped my card and after compalining they were reluctant to refund my money. Very very very bad experience. They cheated.

A big Westside outlet located inside forum mall. Prices are cheaper during the sale. They provide various offers on purchases. You get points on purchase and can be redeemed later. They accept all cards and cash. Salesperson are helpful. Billing is where it takes time.

Excellent staffs and collection, I am visiting after an year and they had changed display so nicely. Now the whole showroom is very very spacious and things easily accessible. Staffs are really helpful and have tons of patience. Thank you TATA and WS for having this wonderful shop at Forum.

Clothes have a good lifetime. But buy only during offer seasons, otherwise youll be paying way too much for outdated products. Not trendy, but definitely durable products.
