(1) They hardly deliver within their the single window: 4am-noon. (2) They never provide contact info of the delivery person. So there is no way to know if/when delivery is going to happen (3) When you try to contact the main office and numbers listed under contacts on their website/sms, no one ever picks up. No one ever responds to WhatsApp msgs. (4) They always deliver in open packages. So you never know, for example if delivery guy stole an apple (5) Their billing is fishy. They hide packaging costs (about 0.5%) under refundable packaging but these are normal brown packts or plastic ones. Their delivery perosn does not accept those for refunds anyways. Bill structure is confusing - difficult to know costs of undelivered items etc (6) Each time 20-30 % of the items ordered are not delivered as they go out of stock every time! I dont understand how come they are not able to update quantities online so that items we order do not go out of stock. (7) They always keep about 100-200 INR of yours with themselves in form of your wallet on their website! So count interest - liquid funds - ! They shoud simply return the money if items are undelivered. But they do not. (8) Giving 2 stars because some of the items: leafy veg used to be fresher than BigBasket and they show rating of their items on scale of 10.
