We are staying here. Good community with well maintained security and surroundings. Association planned awesome measures during COVID 19 pandemic. The Farmers truck will come to apartments every Wednesday and Saturday to supply fresh veggies and fruits. Its awesome to watch the surroundings morning and evening from terrace. Sunrise from swimming pool area is a must watch.

Their employees are rude and incompetent. Especially the man named Nanda. Horrible.

Very nice structure and quality of work. People are very nice to explain in details and show properties. We can expect in time completion of work as promised with good and quality of work. They have commercial and residential properties. Each and every property located on main roads, very spacious and get lot of ventilation and very easy to commute any where into city.

Worth a buy , am entirely happy with my decision to go with SBR Horizon though this is their Mixed Development project(apartment and commercial complex) in Whitefield , My initial concern was on how to track the progress while I am not physically available , need not worry about it since they give regular status updates about the progress , have been assigned a single person who helped me close out this deal and she(Nishu) is there to clarify any questions during the all the construction phases and also CRM Team(Syed) is doing great job in being patient and transparent in handling customer queries.This is a premium residential apartment Located at Seegehalli, Whitefield, Very close to ITPL Tech Park. Multiplex’s, hyper market, Foodcourt, shops and many more…….I am highly impressed with the quality of construction and the services that have been providing. And we also noticed they are strictly following the latest RERA guidelines. I would strongly recommend anyone who is exploring to buy a flat. This is the good option for them.

I went to see flat at SBR Horizon the person who showed us the flat Mr.Abul was very polite and helpful but sales person at office was rude at core. He was looking at mobile while speaking to us and sound non interested to sell the flat.

Checked out 2 of SBR groups apartments in seegehalli - Nest and Horizon. The buildings look neat and well constructed but rooms are small. Also the square feet price quoted is on a higher side and give less room for negotiation. The carpet area to square feet price does not do justice and felt all their properties are expensive. Wouldnt recommend.

Bought a flat from them in SBR Horizon. They have an excellent customer dealing. Good construction with ideal location.Their strategy is to build both commercial and residential at one place. Seems good as it solves many purpose for resident.

The plan they were having with both commercial and residential has impressed me a lot and blocked a 3BHK in tower 1.Responsibility:- After blocking apartment I moved to different country but the amount of support I got from SBR staff especially Sayed Bash during my house loan processing was awesome they feel full responsibility as they are working for their own house. During out of office hours also they answered my calls and clarified my questions.Experience :- I was having some modifications in my mind but SBR Group also added their experience and designed my house as a dream house.Delivery:- They delivered before promised time itself. At current market which is highly difficult.Recommendation:- So if you need house on time and with good quality I would highly recommend to everyone to buy in SBR new projects.
