A lot of scope for Facility Management standards

I work at IBC Knowledge Park. SG Palya - The worst planned Biz park in the country. They have less than half the number of lifts necessary which means between 10 am and 12 Noon, it takes about 15 minutes to get into your office from Ground floor. Also, lifts are poorly maintained. The roads within the biz park are worse than that of Bangalore citys. And full of gutter. If they ever start maintenance, it takes forever to finish.

Not managed well the residential property. Cleanliness in common areas outside D55, J34, and penthouses was 1/10. No attention to aesthetics at these places.
