I am absolutely awed by the way you guys made the best use of my limited space. My bedroom looks exactly how I imagined with the floral wallpapers and amazing false ceiling with faded lighting, etc. But what I really loved even more is your way of service. Saw the newspaper advertisement and it was a casual walk-in. Mr. Vinay explained each and every aspect and we ended up doing the our entire villa project with HomzInterio. I had already seen many interiors before checking Homzinterio.Pros :You can anytime walk in meet anyone and ask your doubts . Its not like corporate setup that all your conversations will be done only with the designers.We took lot of time to finalize the designs as this happened during the pandemic. There was absolutely no push to wind up the design finalization or on the payment process. They gave us ample time to think and redesign.They wont push you for materials of higher price. They will explain you each and every bit and gives the freedom to choose what you need.Execution was also butter smooth. All the materials were same as what was promised. No compromise. We got the best carpenters team and false roofing team. Almost flawless installation. They knew what needs to be done.Site engineer Ali was allocated for our project , who was very well knowledgeable and very helpful. He took care of the project as if its his own house. Very big thanks to Site Engineer Ali !Regular and punctual with seamless execution.Cons :You cannot expect out of box designs. You need to put your thoughts and discuss with the designers what you need.Interaction between the electrician and carpenters should be improved.Minor hiccups here and there which can be neglected when you overall consider their work.If you ask me, if I would recommend HomzInterio – My answer is Yes !

Hired Homzinterio for my Villa interiors work. The team is very professional and designers have a good understanding of modern interiors. I got the customized design done for my Villa and their operational team executed the project within the promised time. Price wise Homzinterio is reasonable compared to others.

It was by accident that I came across Homzinterio. While driving on the Kundalhalli main road I saw the signboard and dropped in at their office. I had a plan of my new flats booked at Prestige Kew Gardens readily available with me. The ladies who are designers entertained me without a prior appointment, spent sufficient time discussing and forwarded the rough estimate on mail.The Designers were knowledgable and ready to discuss our concerns and were able to provide solutions. I was hunting around for interior designers and most of them pretended to be very busy and the starting question used to be about the budget; not what we want and what solutions they can offer.My biggest concern was timely completion of the work as per my schedule and as per my quality requirements. I was offered completion in 60 days; I demanded within 45 days which was agreed by Homzinterio. However, within 10 days into the work the lockdown on account of COVID-19 was announced and I was stuck. The work was progressing very well and I had no choice other than to wait silently.When the authorities allowed us to restart the work we had already lost 45 days. I am glad to state that as soon the lockdown was relaxed Homzinterio restarted the work without any delay. They put the best teams for the false ceiling and wardrobes. The supervisor was also highly effective and he ensured that the system ensured smooth flow of manpower and materials.To cut the story short I got my work completed in good quality and within 40 days. The team Homzinterio rose to the occasion and did a wonderful job for which I am grateful to Homzinterio. It’s pertinent to state that this happened during a time when big time operators collected money and didn’t start the work as reported to me by many flat owners of Prestige Kew Gardens.Samson Chacko

I had taken their service to do the interiors of my new house. Detailed below (as per the different stages of engagement) the horror experience of my extremely harrowing and nightmarish experience with them:1) design stage: heres when they bring in their best performance to trap the customers. They would give solid insights till the time you finalize them and give the initial token amount. After the token, they know that they have acquired the customer the horror begins. Our designer asked us to visit their experience centre to discuss the plan. We traveled all the way (30kms+) to realise she was out of town. What they had was bunch of college kids who had no clue about anything. We looked around, figured things ourselves and asked them to share them with our designer. But surprise! It all got lost in translation.The fun began when our designer created the plan (2D and 3D) without even visiting the site. All her measurements were incorrect and the plan was a total garbage.2) pre-execution stage: Enters Vinod. The guy whos primary job is to shout on customers and duck every request you make. He was the first guy who visited the site and took the measurements. And after that the chase begins. He doesnt pick calls, barely responds to messages. And when you ask him anything, his initial reaction is NO. I have never come across an individual as rude, incapable and unprofessional as him. Still shocked that the Company chose to keep him in a customer facing role.The chase is also a trap. They would frustrate you to that extend that you would miss out on minor details in the contract. And thats their tactic to fleece you with additional charges later when you are stuck with them to the point of no return.3) execution stage: after going through such a painful experience, this is when you want to just get done. But they have more folks at your disposal who would just mess up one thing after the other. If you dont have the time to sit on their heads and monitor everything they do, you are in for a lousy soup. And when you ask them why this was not done. Their standard answer is, this was not there in the contract .4) handover stage: this is the worst of the lot. You have already paid them and they have just messed it up. The cupboards are misaligned, the mirrors are tilted and they dont even clean up after they complete. All the furniture have their filthy fingerprints which doesnt go away after deep cleaning.To fleece you, for everything they will say this was not part of the contract and buy products at 10x the price. For example, they fit a tap worth 6k in our utility area. But you are so frustrated that you just want to get done with it.Conclusion: if you havent paid them, run! It is better to get the work done from some local drunkard than avail their services. If you have given them the token amount, would recommend you forego it and save the nightmare that would come later. If you have given them the entire amount and are stuck with them, my condolences to you. Take a long break from work and sit on their head. Else they will mess it up to the point of no return. And yes, at every stage when you encounter Vinod, assume that he is lying or is trying to fleece you. Beware!

When I was thinking of home interior I met a lot of designers but the one at Homzinterio apart from professional skills had personal touch so we finalised them.. The journey with Homz was amazing. I have spoken to a lot of designers and companies over the last so many days for my apartment, but this experience has been so awful that I have now requested couple of my office colleagues who have purchased new apartments to stay away.Disappointed with the designers attitude and professionalism. Last sunday we had discussed in detail regarding our requirements and she was supposed to respond by Wednesday. However, despite multiple reminders I have not heard back. If this is the state of affairs prior to even finalizing, I am not sure what would be post payment. Rochit, please look in to it. You had recommended the designer and I would not like to openly take names.

Experience designers with a modern touch. Have taken interiors services from Homzinterio and team is quite good in execution but dont expect exactly on-time delivery. Things might delay by 5 - 10 days which is very common in every service business.

Visited for my flats interior, no doubt they have good quality, but it’s not pocket friendly if you are looking for budget interior. Staff is very friendly and good number of designers who work closely with client. It’s worth spending money if you are looking for premium quality.

We had get our childs room done along with other interiors that was pending since we moved to our apartment. Had reached out to them basis the paper Ad they had given. I felt encouraging after an initial conversation and they had taken our requirements. I Followed up on the status, was committed an revert asap and since last 3 weeks have not heard back from them. Would appreciate if they are candid whether our requirements can be taken up or not and provide us an update rather make customer wait , follow up and give up on them. Probably wont recommend them for this approach.

We have finalized Homzinterio after a thorough evaluation of a couple of interior design companies in Kundalahalli, Whitefield area. Homzinterio was very much in our budget and the team has provided a modern interior with quality materials. Delivery and Implementation got delayed a little but other than this, everything was smooth and well managed by the Hmzinterio team.

I had my house constructed and was looking for interiors. I came across Homzinterio and wanted to check if they could help me out in designing my house. So i contacted them and hopped onto their store near Kundanhalli. I had a very warm welcome and one of the designer there, by name Anupama helped me out in explaining everything in detail. Later i shared the floor plan to her and she was prompt enough in getting back with the estimate. I liked the design and price and later signed an agreement with them. After a lot of deliberations and hunt for over 4 months, I settled with Homzinterio for my interiors. Took a while to find time to post my review. Pl read through if you are contemplating them.Designer: Diligently followed up with me since I walked into their showroom till I closed the deal with her. The young lady is qualified and had a good eye in terms of designing. We were very demanding and she displayed patience with us. At times, we were unsatisfied too but she went beyond her capabilities and helped us throughout the design phase. At the end, she gave us some fantastic and practical designs.Chief Designer: A middle aged heavily tattooed man. At the first impression, seems to be very creative. He has fabulous ideas and gives a very practical and friendly advice. But sadly, he goes out of the picture once the booking is done. He is not involved in actual designing. The designers are left to use just their creativity without any inputs from the gentleman. Unless requested, he never pitched in our designing process. I hope a feedback reaches him to shift his focus form just trying to collect the booking cheques to designing where the clients will actually be benefited.Supervisor: The first line of the supervisors is very helpful & humble but extremely low on the knowledge department. They can’t think off their feet if they have a situation at the project. My interaction was with just a couple of kids who were not able to handle my queries and requests.On ground workers: Horrible. Multiple numbers of fitting and refitting messed up the finishing of the units. The shelves are fixed using clamps and not modular fitments. Drill holes are exposed on surfaces. The factory finished panels are impeccable but the human hands destroy them. When escalated, I was almost muscled to accept whats done as it is. Switch board movements costed me a fortune. Post moving in I had to get an extra switch box made which costed my Rs. 190 as compared to Rs. 800 Homzinterio charged. This makes me wonder how much extra I would have paid them if I break down to each element done by them.Chief of execution: Won’t want to talk much about this man. At best he just leaves a bad taste to everything. Zero knowledge of the subject matter but acts like a guru. Seem like an under-educated local mafia man running the show. A loan collection agent or food delivery guy has better communication skills than this man.Finance & Accounts: Again, haywire. Constant follow-ups with concerned for receipts etc. Money is demanded at will. I was asked to pay up immediately as the materials were reaching the site later that day. No prior intimation was provided. It’s been weeks that the project was handed over to me but I am still following up for invoices and warranty details.Overall: Just another interior designing firm. I wish they can just provide the designing service which I would say is highly commendable. Post designing, its all down hill. Execution is worse than a neighborhood carpenter and you have to deal with a bunch of goons.

The team is professional, and Mr. Rochit was open for our suggestions and incorporated those as well in the final design. The overall interior cost slightly gone up from my budget, but I am fine as I have got the quality interiors which is more important.

Coolest interior designers. Thy really work hard to keep up promise.

Worse interior designer. if anyone doesnt want to screw yourself, with your time, money and your emotions. Try to keep away from this interior designer.

We had our home designed through Homzinterio. They were recommended to us by our family friend who had also got his work done by them. We were looking for responsive people to help us design according to our requirements. Mr. Rochit understood our ideas easily and helped up come up with solutions and guided their designer throughout. Once the team started working at our house we used to contact Mr. Vinay who is very friendly and approachable. He intervened whenever we had small niggles with the progress at the site. The site manger Jayakrishna coordinated all the work including additional electrical, masonry and other work for us. Overall had very good experience with them and would recommend them for full home design.

Our Interior Design work of our Apartment was completed in Dec 2018 by Homzinterio Team. We were super impressed by homzinterio. They have very good support team, they did a thorough check of alignment of all our wardrobes and rectified smallest issue.
