Good place to buy flat

The property is awesome and very connected and with lots of lung space but stay clear of an agent named Mark . He had given many false promises like -help with the resale, discounted prices etc. But post booking he stopped picking our calls and didn’t meet his commitment . He also didn’t give us any referral benefits . I realized later that many other customers were also fooled the same way by him. Godrej needs to take action against such agents .

Marvellous Apartment

Good location. As usual with Godrej the floor layout and the unit layout was good.Ive booked a flat here. Considered Shobha and Brigade before booking here. Id say all of them had their own advantages.+Ves:1. The unit was highly ventilated.2. Id expect ample amount of sunlight coz 70% of the width of the flat is open to sunlight and surrounded by glass windows/ doors.3. This project is mostly surrounded by villas already constructed - which gives a little peace that not many high rise buildings would surround this property.4. The pace of construction is not bad compared to other builders.

Simply Money looters , before taking new projects first of all they should complete the projects where they have taken the money from customers and still no clarity on project and much delay. None of a officer from Bangalore office is capable to answer on current project timeline and on time completion , other side they are very punctual to ask for disbursements without clarity on completion. Few days back I went to Godrej office and asked for the completion , the officer sitting leisurely replied You have to go to main office and ask Product planning teamThis is a good example of a very good brand becoming very bad because of money hunger and non-competent people.These feedbacks need to go to Adi Godrej , I am sure he will close the real estate office as he only know that corporate offices are running because of customers.

After seeing the review it seems Godrej Aqua are cheating people by making false commitment on GST. I was planning to buy properties but seems its not reliable builder. I would suggest buyer to do written communication instead of verbal. I never excepted such a renowned builder would do like this. I dont want to give a single star to Godrej Aqua but lesser than that is not applicable here.

It is a very good project

I had registered apartment based on verbal commitment of 5% GST on all the due installments after April 1st but then backed out. Later I realized, they offered GST cash back to other customers in terms of lower base price than pre-launch price. Being a pre-launch customer, I feel cheated. They lack transparency, don’t trust on their verbal commitments.

I hv personally bought a flat in G tower. ppl are confused and unaware about the way gst is handled at godrej. well either u pay heigher price and lesser gst or lower price nd heigher gst, plz think about it. Godrej is professional company and i am satisfied.

They are saying water secured homes. Just come to Godrej Ecity project beindelivered by them and see how prople struggle for water daily. Godrej is complete cheaters what ever they promise they will never deliver. Ifpeople dont belive me just vist godrej ecity and see people standing in queue for a drop of water. They will say good things before buying after that they will not listen.From Quality of build this builder is worst than a thirs grade builder i bangalore. I am posting few pics of my flat in godrej ECITy for all future purchasers reference. Below pics are from false ceiling present in bathroom. PLease mark the quality of work they have delivered just in name of godrej.They will make sure to promise everything but during delivery they just ran away and just tell customers this is how construction works.Godrej team mentions that issue is resolved but just for everyones information. this is latest pics from my flat. They just tell lies to customersBefore Buying any godrej property kindly also talk to them about their car parking plans. They will provide so congested parking that you need special driving skills every morning to park and take out your car. Especially if you have bigger SUV cars then you cant park only. Be careful I am posting all this information so that all future customer of Godrej are aware of all quality this builder provides.
