A housing layout which is in the outskirts of Bangalore South, near to Bhannerghatta forest. Good environment, and peaceful surrounding. Currently its just been vacant sites in the layout, would take years to see actual settlements coming in.

Green Meadows is situated nearly 5 KM away from hosakote towards the airport road. And there is lot of scope for development in future

This Project is not approved by HDFC , SBI etc. They have taken approval only Axis, ICICI and PNB. overall project looks good and nice view. All approval received. Khata transfer is very easy. Its took 30 days.

Very remote, and no direct access to the layout

No clarity on eKhata transfer on the purchasers name, after completion of registration, we get to know that we need to run around Kallubalu Grama Panchayata for Khatha transfer to the registered owners name.

I am also planning to buy a plot in this project . Can any body tell me is this project registered with RERA ?
