Good team to get our Visa processing done. They provided me the to-do list and guided me to complete it. But the priority of the to-do was not mentioned properly. Some of the work should have been started paralley. So, there was some delay from my side to complete the docuementation work. Apart from this concern I had really good experience with them. Worst immigration company. I rated 1 star as there is no option for negative rating.These guys claim them as one of the best immigration company but the the real fact is that they do not even know how to calculate the eligibility score !! They dont even know what are new PNP option open and available .I lost my valuable time and money due to their ignorance and carelessness.I enrolled for Canada immigration and paid all the hefty amount asked at the beginning itself. Then rushed to collect all the required documents like transcripts, ECA, IELTS score etc and sent to them as per their list.But instead of enrolling my name to the Express Entry pool, the executive calculated by eligibility score incorrectly and simply told me that my score was still < 67. She suggested me to appear IELTS again to increase my score further and so on. I blindly trusted them and continued my effort to get CLB 9/10 in IELTS. I got to know the real fact after 1 year and then the executive admitted that it was their silly mistake . I lost one precious year for their silly mistake while I was eligible for EE pool all the way in the same year. Due to my experience and NOC , I could have been selected by some PNP in that period. Also, there was another new PNP(SINP) introduced in that year. I was having above cut off score for that PNP program and would have easily selected there. But these folks not even aware of that PNP and never enrolled my profile. All these I got to know by my own search in internet. When I informed them about SINP they started creating my profile !In summary, I lost my valuable time and effort due to these folks ignorance and carelessness. I would have received ITA and reached Canada by now if this organization had done their job.Lastly, they are not even willing to refund the money back or compensate even though they accept its their fault. Instead, they are advising to get some more score and they will try their best on my profile. As if, they were providing free service till now.

Worst service. Lack of immigration knowledge and experience. Lack of transparency.I have been associated with Xiphais for 10 months. my experience is extremely worse. They take amount upfront and suddenly become quite and send one mail in a month so that client will not raise any concern. Please do not pay any money here. You will not get anything in return. I am writing here so that any one can get benefit out of it. Please go for another consultancy, but not here. These people do not have 1% of immigration knowledge. Eventhough there are various programs to immgrate to Canada, they are not even aware of that. You can get these information from You Tube and other sources as google. Be Cautious!The team lacks experience and theres high staff turnover. They are unaware of processes and they delay work!I was their client for 2 Yrs and they werent able to process my PR due to their inexperienced and lazy staff. My processing manager changed multiple times and I had to explain them everytime.I ended up paying full amount and nothing happened despite having a great score and even having receiving ITA once!

Do not trust this company! I have been in the process for over a year. In this year, more than 4 people changed as the point of contact and I received no intimation of the same. Everytime, I had to email them and only then would I know the previous doesnt even work there anymore. I even received an email from their designated agent that there is a dispute between XIPHIAS and them and that my candidacy was at stake. Not once did XIHPIAS try to clarify what was going on and I only got to know about this from the agent Mr. Mehrani. Inspite of all this, I have been patient with them but their POC for my PR has changed yet again! They have no clue what they are doing and did not even try to introduce my new PR process agent. I have no information from them since day one. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior from their side. Please do not even try this agency for your PR process as youll end up losing your hard earned money and receive nothing in return. They even forced me to pay the entire amount at once so that my process could be done really soon but there was not even one communication from their side after receiving my money. This company is a literal money trap! I cant believe they are legally allowed to do all this.

XIPHIAS Immigration had helped me to procure my student permit for Canada. I found the consultancy very dedicated and professional towards their work. The counselor who was assigned to me (Revathy Mohan) did a splendid and impeccable job by assembling all the right documents and giving regular updates. She was approachable at any point of the process and was clear with all the requirements of the same.

Please do not choose xiphias for your immigration process. They will respond to your calls untill you have topto them. Once payment is done nobody is interested in you and your call. And comparative fees is 4 time higher then other consultants. When we ask why there is no response on calls, they say they are too busy to handle calls so they reply only on mails, the reply on the mail be after 4-5 days. Xiphias is just waste of your time and money And I am sure after reading this review also nobody from the team will call me.

I contacted this agency regarding Canadian immigration (PR). The person I interacted with was very pushy and could not speak proper English. Their fee structure is highly negotiable! The person I spoke with said they charge Rs. 2000 plus taxes for a preliminary assessment but when I pointed out that most other agencies do this assessment for free, she agreed to go ahead with a free assessment. I have emails from this agency that have glaring English language errors. It seems the only selling point for this agency is that they have an ICCRC recognized agent. However, as per my research it does not make much of a difference having an ICCRC agent do the paper work.

This is only a build up to attract customers. I assure you Xiphias cant fulfill your requirements of immigration, coz I am a victim of their build up, not directly by this people but their vendor. Imagine an immigration agency keeping a vendor as they cant directly attract customers. My express entry profile expired in last June, but they didnt send any information to me at least even after 9 months now. Now that I have intimated them about this, they are trying to cover up this.... The worst immigration consultant..... If any customer needs to find the authenticity my claim, plz respond here.Since I cant reply to your message, let me ask if you dont have a vendor who is Amster in Kerala to you then?, why are you doing their work then?, why cant you market yourself with your name? Is it because you know if you do it, the result will be horrifying? Now dont place the blame on vendor, my EE profile expired in June and I didnt get any intimation, now tell whos responsible for that, you or your vendor? Every week (like tablet consumption) you will email about IELTS kit, when asked for it, you said system failure and even after 1year that system is not up again. No update about pnp, least to say you even created my EE profile itself wrong, which wasnt corrected until I made a fight.Truly irresponsible, non-professional, untrustworthy, unaccountable firm. Was Introduce to me by a friend paid around 63547.54 RS but nothing happened. I had to send all my doc to be certified by Canadian Authority and had to do it my self. After several month nothing was done and I ask for at least a refund they stop responding . Big time scammer be careful. And after contacting them dead silent no response .

I have taken the time to write such lengthy review especially for those who are stuck not knowing whom to believe with so many consultant agencies promising you to make your dreams come true and that one doesnt fall prey for them, as I have already been there.I received my ITA for Canadian PR within one week of entering the pool. So its worth ones time to read before you decide.My husband and I started our Canadian dream way back to may 2018.Yes, you heard me right.But we opted for the wrong consultant, fell for the usual promising words,wasted time and money.They were not responsive,no option for refund. I dont want to mention the name of agency.One year contract with them expired.We began searching for another consultancyas we did not give up.We came across XIPHIAS , found good reviews and approached them.Sandhali ,was the first person whom we spoke with after one bad experience.We had lot of doubts; whether to trust them or not,it involves investing our hard earned money. But he was patient with us,honest and assured the genuinity of their consultancy. I have checked it personally ,Payman Mehrani is ICCRC registered.I dint know of this before ,learnt about it after one experience.Shockingly,I could hardly find only four of the agencies we know of ,that are government registered. Be cautious people its your money and time.What I liked about XIPHIAS was that,they have a team for every step.They are professional and know what is required for each client.Everything is transparent ,worth every penny.Right from the ITA to the day we submitted our documents the team helped us, especially Svethaleena ,she guided us to organize all our documents. What a waste of money! I have applied for Australia PR 2.5 years ago and they haven’t contacted me about it yet. Terrible experience and I lost 1 lakh of my hard earned money. Please don’t opt for this place. They lack commitment and communication skills. I wish I could sue them for fraud
