Hi all, I want to share my experience with Randstad, I got selected for a reputed company, through Randstad, interview was directly with client company..and everything was smooth. Only problem was.. sometimes they dont answer your call...no other issues I faced. So I think it totally depends on your profile and the company youre applying for and your performance..no offense

One of my worst experiences is this company.Never take services from this .company.Not even remotely responsible for any given tasks.No proper feed backs

My son got call from hr jenifer from randstad. She harassed him and irrited. She is not fit to be hr . Jenifer is frm bangalore .

I agree , there is difference in contract and permanent contract , but dont trust this company for contract , they lay off in 6 months or before , I dont what contract they have with respective clients , worst company, single salarly family dependant dont ever join , you will be in trouble

Dont ever work for this company. Youll regret after working for this company. Once you left the company, theres no one to address your grievances. They will not response your email or call. This is actually a fraud company. Trying to fool the employees and earn from them. I dont mind even if this company have fool me but I will be happy atleast if they resolve my issue but since I already left the company theres no one in this company to help me to resolve my problem. I warn you guys not to work for this company

They make you wait for months after you got selected.Not Recommended

I placed a request to change the exit date of my employment on 18/12/2019, reason being the Randstad backend updated it incorrectly.Only if my exit date is updated correctly, I would be able to merge my PF accounts and withdraw the amount. And this was for a medical emergency which I have mentioned multiple times on email and on bold letters on the subject line. There has been around 50 mail exchanges spanning 6 months and till date the issue is not resolved. One team will forward to another, and the mail sits there unless I do a minimum of 4 or 5 follow ups. It is taking six months(and not done) to update the exit date so that I can merge my pf accounts. Such a highly inefficient and pathetic service the Randstad backend is providing. For a mistake done by these pathetic office, am following up for 6 months to avail no result till date. No am clueless as to whom should I contact to get this done. Any help or suggestions guys?

5 Star given only for one girl Sonaly, she respond my all calls and mails and all job done on time, i was lucky enough as employee i got a sincere lady to done my all office work, she is a great employee of Randstad, other all working like government office, there is no any reply for any mails and calls just reminder reminder, some time you will feel you are not a employee of company, like they bring you and dump on client place as atoadopted parents from Orphanage.....! after that i am very thankful for Randstad who provide me job when i need, thanks to Randstand,just need to make their employees sincerely to work and reply for their employees on time and cooperate with their employees because employee not working only for himself hi is working for company also

Terrible option for recruiters. Will take your money upfront and then find you unsuitable candidates. They are only there to somehow get the first payment before they move on to their next victim. Buyer beware.

They accidently did know about there new project with Maersk, and hired a candidate for HR recruitment role , and fired after 6 months , after performing well , Maersk lay off saying contract employee and due to market down and randstad said its new project we did not know they will do like this. whom to blame , its Randstad you should take new project with good company not a company to use for 5 months and do lay off.

Ranstad is a stuffing company, that means they recruit and place into other companies as their employees. The payroll is from ranstad side.Regarding MBA marketing they mostly get sales, field jobs. They get IT developer role too.

Dont waste your time , why because i got the mail from randstad for HSBCclient and i attend continuously two days. i cleared all my technical rounds at Randstad , at final they told client round they arrange with in two days, but now one month has done still i havent got any call and mail. very week i called them and asking.At final they told there is other voice process is there, if you are interested give the interview these type they told.So, my final conclusion dont wast your time and money.

The company Is posting jobs on naukri if try to call the company through mobile they are not responding for callsthen why you peoples are posting job and wasting our timethis is a bad signe of yor company reponseblity and growth please change this practice otherwise you will lose face value of your comany.

Very bitter experience in the job description it was clearly mentioned that they required ecommerce candidates...And the HR took my interview and told me they will call me on Monday...Till now I did not receive any call..#HR Atleast learn to give proper feedback so that we will not keep hope or will correct our mistake

Absolutely unprofessional people! They take interview even if they dont have job opening. Recently, they took interview for one of my friends, she cleared all rounds, even salary discussion completed and everything agreed on both side and next day, Randstad emailed her told that her profile was not shortlisted and when she asked why salary negotiation and all, then Randstad replied, Oh, it was just casual discussion!!What a non-sense people drama!! Never recommend

Worst company to work for. No accountability. No response to emails and calls. Once you are hired and deputed, you are on your own. There is hardly any support. They promise a lot but dont keep any promises. Their policy says that F&F after leaving will be settled in 60 days but its been 80 days now and there is no sight of my F&F. They have even stopped responding to mails. Absolute disgrace of a company!

Completely Unprofessional Staff. They are least bothered even to communicate the result of the final interview even though you had asked for that and had already cleared other rounds. Further they even block your email when get unselected at any of the stage.

Some people here are really good and some people are irresponsible, that he has given me experience and relieving letter without the randstad logo and black dark lines on the top and kept in the envelop which I did not notice which gave me lot of troubles in Bgv in my next job.. Later on when i approached him he told that was printer problem.. Certainly would have lost that job if they had not given me time to submit revise letters.. Such is the irresponsibility from them.. I got selected in a good reputed company though they informed tat I selected but I didnt receive the offer letter. Its been more than 6months now. They hesitate to arrange interview with other clients. Never go for this.

Maximum chennai consultancys were a fake one. They are sitting loot money of people by fake jobs. One another is Exceljuta Talent Solution private limited. Please please guys put an FIR for these firms so that the money laundering can stop.

Worst hr. Worst management. Never go for interview

There will always be a delay in salary... No response to ur queries for days or weeks. Project Managers are as bad as a one can be at their job. No sense of responsibility. Your issues will be resolved in terms of months or may not be resolved at all. The only good thing is u will be given an opportunity.

Very bad management. Very disappointing company. Few HR and staff are there for their own benefits. They seem very kind in the beginning but after joining they ignore.

They scheduled my interview with Accenture for testing profile, I went at Accentures office with the email which was sent by Randstad, the name they have mentioned in email as a contact person doesnt exists. Me and so many people wasted our time there. So I will suggest you please dont entertain them, they will waste your time aslo.

I am feeling ashamed to be a part of Randstand from last 1 year. I was getting proper response for PF claims. Is this the way Randstad will eat the associates PF money like anything.

Dear People,Please dont get into this payroll at any cost no matter if you don t have job.. either you will die or be alive, no people will respond to you even you get influenced by Mr N.Modi, I lost my job due to this fellows because they did not inform my contract got over, now I am jobless, wanted to get my housing loan paid via insurance but to claim my insurance these people do not respond.. I have written this email to human rights cell and CCB to but all are useless. no one helps in this country, becuase there is no labour form for IT people like us.

Pathetic service, always hires on contract for third party clients with Randstad payroll and when it comes to paying salaries, they have huge discrepancies. Forget about final settlements because when the contract gets over, they deduct for God knows reasons and would never justify for the same. Half of the time contact person wouldnt pick calls and if they pick by chance, they behave in rude way at times or else would say as wrong number!

Ive got nothing here.Total waste of time going so long distance from my residence. They take resumes and pretend to give direct jobs.But later send us to the other companies for interviews. Again submitting resumes and waiting for interview is a horrible thing.
