We are waiting for cashless claim but team taking too much time to approval. We suppose to get the discharge from hospital today morning around 11 am but vidal health insurance team taking time. Now its almost 5pm now still vidal team doing time. No speedy response. Lot of unacceptable conditions and terms. We are really unhappy with services. We dont recommend this vidal health insurance team.I have 1start because no option to give below 1 star. People are fooled by this insurance team.

They have a tie up with my employer Cerner healthcare solution and conducting vaccination drive for my company. I availed their services for my vaccination and took my first dose of vaccine on 10th June and their app automatically schedule d my 2nd dose of vaccination on 2nd sept. Now yesterday when I checked their app I found that they wiped out my first dose of vaccination details from their record and due to that my scheduled date of 2nd dose also disappeared. For my first dose of vaccination they have updated the status as no show. This really concerning and pathetic.

Its the most pathetic insurance company. Despite having cashless approval, they will make you wait for hours. To achieve their TAT of 2 hours, they will send a frivolous query and close the ticket. The patient and their families have to wait for hours in the hospital to get discharged even during this Covid times. No doubt that Covid is spreading like this. Its only due to apathy of insurance companies like these who dont care for anyone.

Im working for Accenture...my company has tied up with Vidal...it has been a terrible service received from the company. I had to process a reimbursement Request and it took 2 months to know the status...during this pendamic this sort of service is inhuman...there are other insurance companies provide better service...personally I suggest not to go with this company...I have paid premium for my mother this year...but will withdraw the subscription from next year...thanks for your service...

Really worst service from them, for small claim amount they are taking more than 3 months and not cleared so far. Customer care guys are least bothered about responding and hung up the calls in between. Even Supervisor and Concern manager wont respond to calls. Really pathetic.

Good insurance company for cashless treatments. But at the same time it is reverse when u want to claim your bills for hospitalisation. I have been using this insurance from past 10years and claimed only once for cashless hospitalisation and no issue. But there is tedious procedure for bill submission. They need cancelled check with name on it, passbook, and few forms to be filled and many more. They find one or the other problems to not to claim your amount. I didnt have bank check with name printed on it( I had only checkbook without name). It was required just to validate my account number. They dont need any alternative like passbook, statement with name and AC no printed on it also. My mobile no which is registered with them is also registered with bank. They can easily do Google pay or phone pay if they really want to pay. My premium to the insurance is deducted from the same bank account. Still they want the thing which I dont have. Still Im convincing (from 2-3 months) that the given account number is myne only. Just to claim 5k amount Im suffering. I dont know what drama they do for high amount.

I have added my mother as a dependent understanding that the previous time prior to September 2020 submitting just sister did not have any impact on my salary.This weird facility is through My Employer .I realized that there was a 251 rupees deduction in November month salary. When raised a ticket on that , they say I cannot remove mother from the dependent list until September 2020 as it is locked for 3 years .And I should have read the document.The truth is I didnt have time to read the document and I have been depressed .

I have paid for insurance top-up , even after month also the Vidal health insurance not processed my request, after payment excutives have been told that top up amount will be added to your policy with in one day , but it is not added even after one Month also , when we called for insurance claim excutives told that top up has not updated and they have internal issue and cant be solved we have to wait for one day where we need to pay extra charges for one day stay in hospital, worst service

Please do not go with Vidal Health Insurance, total waste of money, no proper customer care response, no proper web connectivity...i had an emergency and had to find out the network hospital list, since the website was not functioning properly, tried to reach out SPOC given for our org, but a careless answer of dont know was received from the SPOC.No response for a mail sent marked as emergency even after 12 hrs.Once again please do not waste your money by going with this insurance.

The tech park is super fancy with good choices in food and recreational activities.Commuting to the location is a hell of its own so make sure if youre coming you leave well before lean hours.The company itself is well furnished, clean and has a good bunch of professionals with a good understanding of the job they do.

I dont want to rate this insurance company. Worst experience ever had with this . Vidal does not understand Corona pandemic situation and for no reason with no exception its delaying the claim settlement. Its been three months now there have been no progress with claim. after submitting short fall documents they take good 7 to 10 days time to accept and then again come up with few more short fall documents. instead they could do all it once but they wont do. Even government is doing so many things for public but vidal is above than that, they want us to go out to get things done. WOW. Cancer itself is very expensive treatment where money plays vital role and holding any claim for three months does not make sense. We are not asking to settle claim without documents, but at least accept the docs submitted through APP . For what services mobile vidal app is created , when docs submitted is not accepted.Please understand and resolve query for mail sent

TPAs are not there to process genuine claims but deny for extra payment from insurance companies. These people deny as employees too get cut, if you see their brazen reviews of great place to work as Indians now think nothing of cheating fellow countrymen for extra cash. Those denied, approach Consumer court with proofs and youll get your claim, do not go to ombudsman as another front paid by insurers to fool ppl like TPAs.

Even 1 star rating is not applicable for this company, who does not understand that people cannot go out in this pandemic situation and do some exception with the policy.. Original discharge summary was submitted which has letter head of hospital and doctor signature on it and now they need hospital stamp in it(u can call to hospital itself to know the authenticity of discharge summary or u can check previous claim which did not had these stamps) .. We told it impossible to go out now due to corona pandemic situation and it would be great if they can take this as exception. But this insurance company does not understand the situation... Patient is diagnosed with cancer and treatment for this is expensive. Atleast this should have been understandable.. But its a big Nooooo.Not the helpdesk people speak properly not the comaplint tema. Even I have sent email now and if u still want u can ignore it.

Worst TPA ever, never recommendable. Unnecessarily pulling the claim settlement time to 21+ days when they have all the required docs. They put the claim on hold mentioning that they need chest x-ray of patient, while it was already there, they termed it as ultrasound.. they cant even differentiate in ultrasound and X ray. A common man who pays an amount of 4+ Lacs keeps on waiting for the settlement, god knows what will happen to a person who doesnt have amount, takes a loan and keep waiting for their settlement procedures...++ Even after submitting the chest x-ray they kept the process on hold for a long time and eventually after my 6 calls they accepted that they have the x-ray. Worst part is even after loan approval they take 7-10 days for amount disbursement. Pathetic agency, never recommended for any corporate as your staff will only suffer

The delay in approving and depositing the claim amount seems to be more than 3 months. Consumer has to continuously follow up with customer care. The customer care itself it not accessible most of the time specially on call , after u have applied for reimbursement.

Hospital falsely told me that the expenses cannot be claimed fully with cashless option. Thats why I opted to go for reimbursement claim to get most of my expenses covered. Worst experience with this people . My hospital have sent request for admitting me as I have to undergo operation . They are asking was I drunk when the accident happen. And declined my cashless request which was sent by my hospital with all documents. Asking FIR report . I have a problem on my bone , and u request FIR report and sing of police officer.. Your third class customer service making me go in round and round mail me this mail me that and yet no reply from you. I joined a new organisation in April. I was not given any information from Vidal that i need to add my dependents till some particular date No email no message no notification.And now when I want to use their services for my spouse they are saying you cannot add them now... WoW!!If you cannot provide services to your customers then why have you opened this fake company and misleading people that you will provide some kind of insurance services to their employees.. One word - Pathetic. They take ages to settle your claim. I wish if to go to consumer court dragging this idiots at work. Either they wait for you to die by giving you a high BP, else they think we should forget about our heard earned money. I dont know why my company has insurance tie up with this cheat TPA. Third class service. None of the team knows any medical term. My claim has been approved after 6 months and another 2 months passed but I did not receive my amount. They have all the reasons of world not to release the amount. Last, they will give you only 7 days to answer any shortfall of document. If you fail, then forget about the claim. Really pathetic service and even Vidal health Noida is also worst. They dont have decency to talk to insurer. They just pisses off you so much that you feel to forget about claim and curse those idiots all through life.
