Never ever approach them. they took 2 month time for processing a request and after cancellation of order now it is 2+ months and still not refund received.

Got trademark filing done with them. They are quite fast to action and get work done quickly.However, they should also ensure that their clients should only need to sign on papers, and rest everything (stamping, doorstep document collection, etc) should be done by them. Most of all, we are paying for convenience.

Our application was filed in 2012 after we paid the full amount. Objection was raised by 3rd party for which we again paid in 2014. From then till now,noone from this company has done any followup to expedite the process. Do not pay before your trademark is registered. I have had a horrible experience with BMC. No one from their company picks up calls. All the attributes of a fraud company. Be Aware.

I would give a zero star if its about ratings...Dont ever think about bmc group for free also. Those people dont pick up the calls for years nor interested in ua trademark work..I challenge if u call 50times also daily not even 1 call they will attend...

Got my application filed in 2014 and response to a query in nov2016. Its jan2017 , 3yrs since filing and no movement. My mails are unanswered, call donot get returned. Not even a courtesy call back. May be only corporates interest them...😕

Calls not answered... The counterparts in Pune office did not listen or understand the query... Giving a solution was far off... Not worth doing business with them...
