They helped me through all the processes of admission as well as visa.Even the consulting fees were reasonable and lower when compared with other consultancies.

I joined this place for Italy and Sweden counseling for Architecture and had a really bad experience. I got no inputs whatsoever on my sop, resume or portfolio. I just got demands to submit them along with a list of portfolio requirements. When I called to clarify some doubts I had regarding these requirements, they told me my counselor was out of town and would get back to me, which he never did, and I had to do it on my own because the deadline was approaching. A some time later, I got a random call asking me why I hadnt submitted my documents for colleges Id never heard of (they called me by mistake because they thought I was someone else) and when I asked if I could apply to these colleges which were never mentioned to me before, they said theyd call me back, and never did. In the end I applied to a college on my own and got admission. (I had asked them for counseling for this college at the start but they ignored me on that point as well) Post admission, I called to ask if they would help me with the visa process which is something that is part of their service I had paid for.The promised me help and went dark for 3 weeks (by which time I went through another free agency and started the process) and then gave me a half-hearted call saying that the counselor was back in town. This was the worst experience Ive ever had and I honestly cant believe I paid for absolutely no input. I couldve just done everything by myself right from the start.
